I NODI… NATO VENGONO AL PETTINE!
Torniamo al 27 di giugno dell’anno del Signore 1980, un aereo di linea passeggeri della compagnia aerea Itavia viene fatto a pezzi durante il volo. Due sono le possibilità per risalire alle cause della distruzione del velivolo: la prima è che sia stata collocata a bordo dell’aereo una bomba e fatta esplodere durante il volo e quindi si sarebbe trattato di un vero e proprio attentato terroristico, in questa direzione hanno così poi sentenziato i giudici dopo i vari gradi di processo previsti in Italia. La seconda ipotesi è che nell’area di volo di Ustica, del mar Tirreno, dell’aereo italiano vi era in transito contemporaneo anche un aereo libico in cui viaggiava l’allora premier libico Gheddafi, nemico della Francia ed era pertanto oggetto dei servizi segreti e governo francese dell’epoca che lo volevano destituire da dittatore della Libia e magari morto a tutti i costi perché lui rappresentava un serio pericolo economico nel campo petrolifero e militare nel centro e nord Africa… e proprio nelle ultime settimane tocchiamo con mano le preoccupazioni dell’epoca di Parigi e ne comprendiamo il “desiderio di farlo fuori”. Il tentativo di sparargli un missile andò parzialmente a vuoto, non riuscì a colpire l’areo in cui si trovava Gheddafi perché avvertito del tentativo di omicidio dall’allora Presidente del Consiglio Bettino Craxi, l’areo libico riuscì ad evitare l’attentato missilistico ma purtroppo per noi italiani il missile centrò inesorabilmente l’areo passeggeri italiano causando la morte di ben 81 passeggeri. Per la cronaca poi Gheddafi morì per mano dei libici rivoluzionari stessi a seguito dei bombardamenti francesi, britannici, americani ed italiani nel 2011, vergognosa aggressione militare di un Paese sovrano senza nessun valido motivo se non quello della difesa a tutti i costi dell’imperialismo franco-statunitense in Africa, rammento bene che allora nessuno si i indignò, a parte me e qualche altro desideroso di giustizia. Veniamo ai nostri giorni, accade che dopo ben 43 anni l’ex Presidente del Consiglio Giuliano Amato, lui è quello famoso per il ”furto del 6 per mille prelevato nella notte” ai correntisti italiani nell’estate del 1992, dichiara sorprendentemente che l’areo italiano sopra citato è stato centrato da un missile francese, azione militare eseguita con il consenso degli alleati americani e della NATO, smentendosi nei fatti su quanto aveva dichiarato precedentemente ai magistrati dell’epoca che indagavano sull’incidente aereo e conseguente e massacro di passeggeri. E qui che la sua esternazione solleva l’ovvio polverone mediatico e politico… già, perché logicamente ci si chiede del come e perché abbia mentito ai magistrati, sotto giuramento, negli anni a seguire il mostruoso incidente? E di grazia, perché tira fuori proprio ora una storia che agli italiani e parenti delle vittime fa molto male? In fondo a pensarci bene si parlava ben poco e raramente del disastro di Ustica e perché lo fa proprio in questi giorni quando la Francia è in profonda crisi e difficoltà di rapporti in Africa e in presenza di un governo in Italia di centro-destra della Meloni? Se veramente il DC9 Itavia è stato abbattuto da un missile, uso la formula ipotetica, dai militari francesi e tenutoci nascosto per ben 41 anni certamente è qualcosa che incrinerà i rapporti tra noi italiani e francesi perché una roba del genere è inaccettabile specie se a giocare sporco sono proprio i vicini di casa che noi chiamiamo “amorevolmente cugini d’oltre Alpi”… e non finisce qui, perché sicuramente anche gli statunitensi erano al corrente dell’attentato come tutta la NATO e quindi noi che siamo la classica ruota di scorta da usare e sacrificare nei momenti di necessita? Eh no cari tutti, l’Italia è il sesto Paese più industrializzato del globo e non possiamo né dobbiamo essere trattati come “schiavetti”… ora più che mai è necessario conoscere la verità perché sono sicuro che questa epocale rivelazione potrà anche incrinare i rapporti all’interno della Nato con conseguenze inaspettate. Vogliamo la verità e bisogna conoscerla perché è un diritto dei parenti delle vittime e di tutti gli italiani, e che non si cerchi di insabbiare la questione come si è soliti fare in Europa perché il risultato sarebbe un altro disastro.

L’ex premier racconta a La Repubblica la sua versione dei fatti: il 27 giugno 1980 “era scattato un piano per colpire l’aereo sul quale volava” il leader libico, che però “sfuggì alla trappola perché avvertito da Craxi”. E chiede che l’Eliseo prenda posizione. Parigi: “Francia ha già fornito ogni elemento in suo possesso”. Meloni: “Chiedo ad Amato di sapere se, oltre alle deduzioni, abbia elementi che permettano di tornare sulle conclusioni della magistratura e del Parlamento”
Ad abbattere l’aereo Dc9 dell’Itavia, precipitato nel Mar Tirreno il 27 giugno 1980 insieme ai suoi 81 passeggeri, è stato un missile francese. Esprime chiaramente la sua opinione sulla strage di Ustica l’ex premier Giuliano Amato, che in un’intervista a La Repubblica spiega: “Era scattato un piano per colpire l’aereo sul quale volava Gheddafi. Ma il leader libico sfuggì alla trappola perché avvertito da Craxi”. La versione dei fatti “più credibile”, continua Amato, è quindi quella della “responsabilità dell’aeronautica francese”, complici “gli americani” e “chi partecipò alla guerra aerea nei nostri cieli quel 27 giugno”. Non sarebbe dunque stata una bomba a far cadere l’aereo, come più volte ipotizzato. Adesso, oltre 40 anni dopo, “è arrivato il momento di gettare luce su un terribile segreto di Stato – o meglio – un segreto di Stati”: a farlo potrebbero essere il capo dell’Eliseo, Emmanuel Macron, oppure la Nato, “che in tutti questi anni ha tenacemente occultato” le informazioni in suo possesso. Proprio Macron, giovane e lontano anagraficamente dai fatti, per Amato dovrebbe “togliere l’onta che pesa sulla Francia”, provando l’estraneità ai fatti di Parigi oppure – in caso contrario – “porgendo le scuse più profonde all’Italia e alle famiglie delle vittime”. “Su questa tragedia la Francia ha fornito ogni elemento in suo possesso ogni volta che le è stato chiesto”, ha risposto il Quai d’Orsay. Il ministero degli Esteri francese ha aggiunto che ogni informazione è stata fornita “soprattutto nel quadro delle inchieste condotte dalla giustizia italiana. Restiamo ovviamente a disposizione per lavorare con l’Italia se ce lo chiederà”. Sul caso si è espressa anche la premier Meloni: “Chiedo ad Amato di sapere se, oltre alle deduzioni, sia in possesso di elementi che permettano di tornare sulle conclusioni della magistratura e del Parlamento”. Il ministro degli Esteri italiano Antonio Tajani ha invece detto che “Ustica resta una ferita aperta” perché tanti sono i punti oscuri ma tocca “alla magistratura verificare le parole dell’ex presidente del Consiglio Amato”.
La ricostruzione di Amato
Mentre si aspetta di vedere cosa uscirà dall’inchiesta bis sulla strage condotta dalla Procura di Roma (se andrà avanti), Amato punta il dito contro i militari francesi. Quel giorno, dice, si sarebbe dovuta simulare un’esercitazione della Nato, nel mezzo della quale – a un certo punto – un missile avrebbe dovuto colpire Gheddafi, che avrebbe dovuto essere a bordo di un Mig. L’attentato sarebbe così passato per “incidente involontario”. Il leader libico però su quel volo non salì mai, grazie a una soffiata, mentre il missile andrò dritto verso il Dc9. Secondo l’ex premier sarebbe partito da “un caccia francese”, forse dalla Corsica o dalla base militare di Solenzara. La persona che informò Gheddafi sarebbe invece stata Bettino Craxi. Amato lo avrebbe scoperto “più tardi, ma senza averne prova”.

En attendant de voir ce qui ressortira de l’enquête sur le massacre menée par le parquet de Rome (si elle continue), Amato pointe du doigt les militaires français. Ce jour-là, dit-il, il aurait fallu simuler un exercice de l’OTAN, au milieu duquel – à un moment donné – un missile aurait dû toucher Kadhafi, qui aurait dû se trouver à bord d’un Mig. L’attentat passerait ainsi pour un « accident involontaire ». Cependant, le dirigeant libyen n’est jamais monté à bord de ce vol, grâce à une information, alors que le missile se dirigeait directement vers le DC9. Selon l’ancien Premier ministre, il serait parti d'”un combattant français”, peut-être de Corse ou de la base militaire de Solenzara. La personne qui a informé Kadhafi aurait plutôt été Bettino Craxi. Amato l’aurait découvert “plus tard, mais sans en avoir la preuve”.
