I CAMPI DELLA VERGOGNA !
Sono decenni che sento parlare di comprensione e rispetto per le minoranze Rom, per la loro cultura e storia e di accettare il loro modo di vivere un po’ selvaggio… Ok, va benissimo tutelare le minoranza e rispettare le loro scelte anche se non le condivido… però devo confessare che non ho mai ben compreso e mi riesce difficile dare un senso al termine “rispetto”… Già, il rispetto solitamente viaggia a doppio binario e a sensi opposti e mai solo in unica direzione come avviene con la comunità dei viventi dei predetti Rom, difatti quando vedo e tocco con mano le assurde realtà dei campi Rom, ne ho visti tanti e in condizioni disastrose, vien da chiedermi se siamo solo noi cittadini italiani comuni, che viviamo nella normalità e in appartamenti di stabili condivisi e in un contesto civile, a doverli rispettare nonostante loro abbiano una visione contrapposta alla nostra cultura mentre di contro, loro non rispettano mai le stesse regole per rispetto agli altri residenti italiani. Due modi diversi di convivere, due pesi e due misure… cioè io devo accettare la loro cultura ma loro non intendono accettare le nostre leggi e cultura… passi pure per la cultura ma le leggi no ! Quando ci troviamo di fronte a scandalose ed inaccettabili baraccopoli dove vivono dei bambini e delle donne, ambienti ricolmi di rifiuti senza nessuna forma di prevenzione igienico sanitaria per i bambini stessi e privati di quella cultura necessaria utile per integrarsi in futuro nel contesto della società italiana… fatti gravissimi che non si possono accettare né rimanere inermi e disinteressati. Come anche la carenza di responsabilità dei genitori Rom nel far frequentare assiduamente le scuole dell’obbligo ai loro figli o mandare negli asili i pubblici i più piccoli… ciò è deleterio per la loro crescita mentale perché la scuola è l’inizio fondamentale del percorso integrativo che servirà a formare i nuovi cittadini…. Ed è proprio l’assenza di rispetto alle più elementari norme di integrazione dei loro figli che crea una frattura insanabile tra loro e noi, il voler rimanere sempre ai margini della società non è un buon viatico per i loro ragazzi, capisco gli adulti che orami sono abituati ma la nuova generazione non può più continuare a vivere in questi “campi della vergogna”. Eppure non sono poi così pochi, infatti ad oggi sono presenti in numeri considerevoli nel territorio italiano, si calcola che possano essere quasi 130 i campi Rom… diffusi su tutto il territorio italiano senza distinzione tra nord e sud o centro… che coinvolgono una popolazione abbastanza cospicua, basti pensare che in tutta Italia sono tra i 150mila e i 180 mila individui di cui ben 70mila sono ufficialmente residenti e registrati all’anagrafe. Ci sono campi come quello di Stornara, nella provincia di Foggia, che conta una popolazione di oltre un migliaio di abitanti e in pieno inverno, in quella zona fa davvero freddo, quanto ovvio è che le stufe elettriche o a carbone o legna siano gli unici sistemi per riscaldarsi, quanto logico è che in presenza di pareti di compensato o di cartone e lamiere, che oggi vengono chiamate elegantemente… “moduli”, l’incendio sia la cosa più probabile che si possa verificare in quel contesto. E qui adesso dobbiamo distribuire le responsabilità della morte di due innocenti, una morte orribile che nessuna madre e padre vorrebbero mai vedere ed ascoltare, ma intanto addito la loro madre rea di averli lasciati soli a dormire… Eh già, come si può pensare di lasciarli soli a dormire e non vegliarli o magari spegnere la stufa prima d’allontanarsi da loro per un’esigenza ? Qualunque siano le motivazioni certamente non si giustifica “l’abbandono di due bambini incapaci di potersi difendere da un eventuale pericolo”. Penso che nessuna madre o padre di cultura italiana lascerebbe i propri figli, di quella età, in balia delle incognite e pericoli che si potrebbero venire a materializzarsi in una baracca di cartone e lamiera, e non voglio pensare che quel modo assurdo di fare rientri nella loro cultura perché difficilmente ci crederei… Siamo dinanzi alla irresponsabilità ed immaturità a concepire e crescere dei figli in modo civile e sicuro. In ultimo, le responsabilità vanno condivise tra il Prefetto di Foggia, il sindaco stesso della città di Stornara e ovviamente il presidente della Regione Puglia Emiliano che della questione Rom proprio non la vogliono risolvere ed affrontare in modo serio e definitivo. I campi Rom in quelle condizioni vanno abbattuti senza se e ma e la gente messa in case popolari e punto. L’incendio si è sviluppato stamani nel campo di Stornara, i corpi sono stati trovati in una baracca bruciata

Due bambini di 2 e 4 anni sono morti in un incendio che si è sviluppato attorno alle 9 nel campo nomadi di Stornara a Foggia.
Secondo le prime informazioni dei vigili del fuoco, che erano al lavoro per spegnere le fiamme, sono bruciate alcune baracche e in una di queste sono stati ritrovati i corpi dei due piccoli.
I bambini sono fratelli e sarebbero morti soffocati. Pare che i piccoli fossero a letto al momento del rogo. Quattro i moduli abitativi distrutti dalle fiamme.
Per il momento sono due le ipotesi al vaglio dei vigili del fuoco sulla causa dell’incendio. Secondo la prima ricostruzione l’incendio potrebbe essere divampato da un braciere a legna ricavato nei bidoni usati per conservare l’olio. Mentre la seconda ipotesi prende in considerazione la possibilità di una stufa alimentata a legna, non a norma che avrebbe determinato il rogo e la conseguente morte dei due fratellini.
“Il padre era andato a lavorare in campagna mentre la mamma era andata in bagno. Quando la donna è tornata ha trovato la baracca in fiamme” ha raccontato Rosaria, una donna romena che vive da sei mesi nel campo rom di Stornara. “I bambini dormivano – ha spiegato la donna -. Quando la mamma è tornata ha visto le fiamme”.
“È il momento che le parole lascino spazio ai fatti nella speranza che simili tragedie non abbiano a ripetersi” così si è espresso il sindaco di Stornara (Foggia), Rocco Calamita, nel post pubblicato sulla sua pagina Facebook, con riferimento all’incendio avvenuto questa mattina nel campo rom, in cui hanno perso la vita due fratellini di 2 e 4 anni.
“Oggi ho il triste, ingrato compito di portare a conoscenza di tutta la comunità di Stornara il tragico evento verificatosi nel campo rom. Mai avrei pensato e voluto affrontare una situazione così dolorosa. Nel rogo verificatosi questa mattina hanno trovato la morte due bambini. Difficile trovare le parole per esprimere il dolore mio, dell’intera amministrazione e di tutta la popolazione di Stornara”, ha scritto.

Two different ways of living together, two weights and two measures … that is, I have to accept their culture but they do not intend to accept our laws and culture … pass for culture but the laws no! The fire broke out this morning in the Stornara camp, the bodies were found in a burnt shack Two children aged 2 and 4 died in a fire that broke out around 9 in the nomad camp of Stornara in Foggia.

Depuis des décennies, j’entends parler de compréhension et de respect des minorités roms, de leur culture et de leur histoire et d’accepter leur mode de vie un peu sauvage… D’accord, c’est bien de protéger les minorités et de respecter leurs choix même si ce n’est pas le cas. d’accord avec eux… mais je dois avouer que je n’ai jamais bien compris et qu’il m’est difficile de donner un sens au terme “respect”… Oui, le respect voyage généralement sur deux voies et en sens opposés et jamais seulement dans une direction comme cela arrive avec la communauté vivante des Roms susmentionnés, en fait quand je vois et touche les réalités absurdes des camps de Roms, j’en ai vu beaucoup et dans des conditions désastreuses, je me demande si nous ne sommes que des citoyens italiens ordinaires, qui vivent dans la normalité et dans des appartements d’immeubles partagés et dans un contexte civil, de devoir les respecter malgré leur vision opposée à notre culture alors qu’en revanche, ils ne respectent jamais les mêmes règles par respect pour les autres résidents italiens. Deux manières différentes de vivre ensemble, deux poids et deux mesures… c’est-à-dire que je dois accepter leur culture mais ils n’ont pas l’intention d’accepter nos lois et notre culture… passent pour de la culture mais les lois non ! Lorsque nous sommes confrontés à des bidonvilles scandaleux et inacceptables où vivent des enfants et des femmes, des environnements pleins de déchets sans aucune forme de prévention sanitaire pour les enfants eux-mêmes et privés de cette culture nécessaire et utile pour s’intégrer à l’avenir dans le contexte de la société italienne. .. faits très graves qui ne peuvent être acceptés ou restent impuissants et désintéressés. De même que le manque de responsabilité des parents roms à faire fréquenter assidûment leurs enfants à l’école obligatoire ou à envoyer le public le plus jeune dans les jardins d’enfants… citoyens …. Et c’est justement le manque de respect des règles d’intégration les plus élémentaires de leurs enfants qui crée un fossé irrémédiable entre eux et nous, le désir de rester toujours en marge de la société n’est pas un bon viatique pour leurs enfants , je comprends les adultes qui y sont désormais habitués mais la nouvelle génération ne peut plus continuer à vivre dans ces “champs de la honte”. Pourtant ils ne sont pas si peu nombreux, en effet aujourd’hui ils sont présents en nombre considérable sur le territoire italien, on estime qu’il peut y avoir près de 130 campements roms… répartis sur tout le territoire italien sans distinction entre nord et sud ou centre.. . qui concernent une population assez importante, il suffit de penser que dans toute l’Italie, il y a entre 150 000 et 180 000 individus dont 70 000 sont officiellement résidents et inscrits au registre. Il y a des champs comme celui de Stornara, dans la province de Foggia, qui a une population de plus d’un millier d’habitants et en plein hiver, dans cette région il fait vraiment froid, comme il est évident que des poêles électriques ou à charbon ou à bois sont les seuls systèmes pour se réchauffer, comme il est logique qu’en présence de murs en contreplaqué ou en carton et en tôle, que l’on appelle aujourd’hui élégamment … “modules”, le feu est la chose la plus probable qui puisse se produire dans ce contexte . Et voilà maintenant qu’il faut se répartir la responsabilité de la mort de deux innocents, une mort horrible qu’aucun père et mère ne voudraient jamais voir et entendre, mais en attendant je signale leur mère coupable de les avoir laissés seuls pour dormir. .. Ah oui, comment penser à les laisser dormir seuls et ne pas les surveiller ou peut-être éteindre le poêle avant de les laisser pour un besoin ? Quelles qu’en soient les raisons, “l’abandon de deux enfants incapables de se défendre d’aucun danger” n’est certainement pas justifié. Je pense qu’aucune mère ni aucun père de culture italienne ne laisserait ses enfants, de cet âge, à la merci des inconnus et des dangers qui pourraient venir se matérialiser dans une cabane en carton et tôle, et je ne veux pas penser que cela façon absurde de faire leur culture parce que j’aurais du mal à y croire… Nous sommes confrontés à l’irresponsabilité et à l’immaturité de concevoir et d’élever des enfants de manière civile et sûre. Enfin, les responsabilités doivent être partagées entre le préfet de Foggia, le maire de la ville de Stornara lui-même et évidemment le président de la région des Pouilles Emiliano qui ne veulent tout simplement pas résoudre la question des Roms et la traiter de manière sérieuse et définitive. . Les camps de Roms dans ces conditions doivent être démolis sans compromis et les personnes placées dans des logements sociaux et des points. L’incendie s’est déclaré ce matin dans le camp de Stornara, les corps ont été retrouvés dans une cabane incendiée
Gérer Deux enfants âgés de 2 et 4 ans sont morts dans un incendie qui s’est déclaré vers 9 heures dans le camp nomade de Stornara à Foggia.
Selon les premières informations des pompiers, qui s’employaient à éteindre les flammes, des huttes ont été incendiées et dans l’une d’elles les corps des deux enfants ont été retrouvés.
Les enfants sont frères et sœurs et seraient morts étouffés. Il semble que les petits étaient au lit au moment du bûcher. Quatre modules de logement détruits par les flammes.
Pour le moment, deux hypothèses sont examinées par les pompiers sur la cause de l’incendie. D’après la première reconstitution, l’incendie aurait pu être déclenché à partir d’un brasero à bois obtenu à partir des bacs servant à stocker le pétrole. Tandis que la seconde hypothèse prend en considération la possibilité d’un poêle à bois, non conforme à la loi, qui aurait conduit au bûcher et à la mort conséquente des deux frères.
“Le père était allé travailler à la campagne tandis que la mère était allée aux toilettes. Quand la femme est revenue, elle a trouvé la cabane en feu”, a déclaré Rosaria, une Roumaine qui a vécu pendant six mois dans le camp rom de Stornara. “Les enfants dormaient – a expliqué la femme -. Quand la mère est revenue, elle a vu les flammes”.
“Il est temps que les mots laissent place aux faits dans l’espoir que des tragédies similaires ne se reproduisent pas”, a déclaré le maire de Stornara (Foggia), Rocco Calamita, dans le post publié sur sa page Facebook, en référence à l’incendie qui s’est produit. .. ce matin dans le camp de Roma, où deux frères âgés de 2 et 4 ans ont perdu la vie.
« Aujourd’hui, j’ai la tâche triste et ingrate de porter l’événement tragique qui a eu lieu dans le camp de Roms à l’attention de toute la communauté de Stornara. Je n’aurais jamais pensé et voulu faire face à une situation aussi douloureuse. Deux enfants sont morts dans le “incendie qui a eu lieu ce matin. Difficile de trouver les mots pour exprimer ma douleur, toute l’administration et toute la population de Stornara”, a-t-il écrit.
