“L’accoglienza e l’ospitalità sono i sani principi dell’Europa”… I migranti vanno accolti e poi redistribuiti equamente su tutto il territorio dell’Unione ! Quante volte i media pro Europa e pro immigrati ci hanno bombardato con queste “lodevoli intenzioni teoriche”, e quanto volte, per anni interi, ci hanno ipocritamente detto che l’accoglienza veniva pagata con soldi europei dettati solo dal principio della solidarietà umana… Già…poi quando alcuni paesi dell’est si sono rifiutati di accettare i migranti ecco che la drammatica verità è venuta a galla e cioè che le spese di accoglienza erano, e sono, a carico dei paesi di prima accoglienza e siccome l’unico paese che ne accoglie a decine di migliaia all’anno dal lontano 2011 è l’Italia e non la Francia o la Germania allora va tutto bene e bisogna essere solidali con l’Italia… Già solo a parole perché nei fatti è tutta un’altra storia. Infatti ai francesi e tedeschi, fateci caso, non hanno mai detto una parola né rimproverato il modus operandi del presidente Macron nella sua opera di respingimento dei migranti verso la Gran Bretagna e l’Italia… tradotto in semplici parole come utile mezzo per la sua rielezione in chiave elettorale… Già come se a lui fosse concesso e permesso tutto senza mai un rimbrotto né una richiesta di chiarimenti da parte della commissione europea…. già i chiarimenti vengono richiesti solo e sempre all’Italia, ed è un classico quello richiesto oggi in merito alle misure precauzionali sanitarie adottate per i viaggiatori in entrata da altri paesi compreso quelli europei. E che sia permesso tutto ai cugini francesi lo si evince anche dal modo di gestire i migranti giunti da loro clandestinamente da Ventimiglia… Già, per Macron è facile prendere i migranti clandestini e… clandestinamente riportarli oltre il proprio confine e sul territorio italiano, di nascosto e col favore delle tenebre e accompagnati dagli uomini della gendarmeria locale, un’invasione di polizotti francesi in territorio italiano è una questione di assoluta gravità però siccome l’autore “di questa bellissima idea” viene proprio dal presidente Macron allora va tutto bene e l’Italia… suo malgrado, si è dovuta piegare e riprendersi i migranti perché loro arrivavano proprio dal suo territorio in quanto erano riusciti a superare il confine clandestinamente. Poi, quando c’è qualcuno che non ci sta alle loro regole farlocche, in particolar modo i paesi di Visegràd, sull’immigrazione imposta ed obbligatoria… “tra l’altro sarebbe bello capire su quale articolo costituzionale dell’Unione Europea si fondi e verta l’obbligatorietà dell’accoglienza di migranti per ogni singolo paese specie se non viene richiesto l’asilo politico”… ma questa è un’altra storia, e quando qualche paese si mette di traverso ai loro disegni… ecco che la mannaia della commissione europea si scaglia contro di loro con una violenza inaudita solo perché loro hanno “rotto gli schemi della sudditanza e disubbidito”. No, questa Unione Europea non mi piace per niente anche perché consto che è sottomessa spesso ne volentieri al volere del cancelliere della Germania e del presidente Macron, che spero, nota personale, esca dall’Eliseo il più presto possibile e non venga rieletto ma spedito a casa. E allora… pongo, e per l’ennesima volta, la solita domanda : ma se nel gestire l’immigrazione l’Europa è assente e non è in grado di gestire il fenomeno migrazione sulle sue coste meridionali del Mediterraneo, se non è in grado di gestire la pandemia con disposizioni sanitarie unitarie ed efficaci, n’è in grado di dare un indirizzo fermo e deciso in politica estera e né addirittura può farlo in campo militare… allora mi spiegate a cosa serve l’Unione Europea ? Solo per le misure dei cetrioli e delle vongole o per ridurre le proprietà immobiliari a valore da catapecchie ? Macron rivoluziona Schengen ma ci rimette sempre l’Italia

Al vice presidente della Commissione Europea Margaritis Schinas hanno dato anche il titolo di Commissario per lo stile di vita europeo, ma si meriterebbe pure la rappresentanza per l’ipocrisia. Ieri illustrando una riforma del Trattato di Schengen scritta su misura per il signore dell’Eliseo Emmanuel Macron e presentata alla vigilia della presidenza di turno francese (al via il 1° gennaio), Schinas ha precisato che «la soluzione a tutto è l’adozione del patto per le migrazioni e 7 l’asilo». Peccato che i vertici Ue – pur di evitare una riforma del Trattato di Dublino invocata dall’Italia, ma pericolosissima per Macron in vista del voto per l’Eliseo Ventimiglia. Adesso, grazie alle modifiche proposte, quegli eccessi diventeranno legge. E l’Italia dovrà accettarli. Il tutto mentre l’eventuale modifica di Dublino e delle regole che c’impediscono sia di chiudere i nostri confini marittimi, sia di redistribuire in Europa i migranti, vengono rinviate a non prima della prossima estate. Ovviamente sia il rinvio, sia la modifica di Schengen rispondono all’esigenza di favorire un Macron che sui migranti si gioca la partita con le destre di Eric Zemmour e Marine Le Pen. Mentre la modifica di Dublino lo costringerebbe ad accettare nuove regole sulla redistribuzione, capaci di comprometterne la rielezione, l’opportunità di rispedire i gendarmi ai confini di Italia e Spagna saranno rivendute come grandi novità, che potrebbero venir introdotte a ritmi serrati grazie al semestre di presidenza europea francese. «Normalmente spiega Procaccini – una modifica simile ci metterebbe due anni a passare, ma qui siamo davanti a una forzatura francese e i tempi, vista l’imminenza del voto per l’Eliseo, potrebbero ridursi a qualche mese». Rimane da vedere la reazione del governo italiano a cui resta la possibilità di minacciare un “no” in sede di Consiglio Europeo che comprometterebbe l’indispensabile unanimità. Ma si tratterebbe di un sgarbo non da poco all’indomani dalla firma del Trattato del Quirinale, nel pieno di una presidenza di turno francese e nel mezzo di una campagna elettorale decisiva per Macron. Eppure sarebbe un “no” indispensabile per ribadire, con Spagna, Grecia e Malta, il dramma del Mediterraneo. Un fronte dove si contano 1559 vittime nei primi 11 mesi del 2021 contro i 1448 del 2020 (dal rapporto di Migrantes fondazione della Cei). E crescono i minori non accompagnati destinati ai mercati del sesso e del lavoro nero passati, in Italia, dai 5.979 del 2020 agli attuali 9.385 (+62%). Il tutto mentre gli aventi diritto allo status di rifugiato restano meno del 12%.

« L’accueil et l’hospitalité sont les principes sains de l’Europe »… Les migrants doivent être accueillis puis redistribués équitablement sur tout le territoire de l’Union ! Combien de fois les médias pro-européens et pro-immigrés nous ont bombardés de ces « louables intentions théoriques », et combien de fois, pendant des années entières, nous ont-ils hypocritement dit que l’accueil était payé avec de l’argent européen dicté uniquement par le principe de solidarité humaine… Ouais… puis quand certains pays de l’Est ont refusé d’accepter les migrants, la vérité dramatique s’est révélée et c’est que les frais d’accueil étaient, et sont, pris en charge par les pays de premier accueil et depuis le ‘ le seul pays qui en accueille des dizaines de milliers par an depuis 2011 c’est l’Italie et pas la France ou l’Allemagne alors tout va bien et il faut être solidaire avec l’Italie… Juste des mots car en fait c’est une toute autre histoire. En fait, les Français et les Allemands, faites-y attention, n’ont jamais dit un mot ni reproché le modus operandi du président Macron dans son travail de refoulement des migrants vers la Grande-Bretagne et l’Italie… traduit en mots simples comme un moyen utile pour sa réélection dans une clé électorale… Déjà comme s’il était tout accordé et autorisé sans jamais un blâme ni une demande d’éclaircissements de la Commission européenne… déjà les éclaircissements sont demandés uniquement et toujours à l’Italie, et il est un classique est celui qui s’impose aujourd’hui au regard des mesures de précaution sanitaires adoptées pour les voyageurs entrant en provenance d’autres pays y compris européens. Et que tout est permis aux cousins français se voit aussi dans la manière dont ils gèrent les migrants qui arrivent clandestinement de Vintimille… frontière et sur le territoire italien, secrètement et à l’aide des ténèbres et accompagné des hommes de la gendarmerie locale, une invasion de policiers français sur le territoire italien relève pourtant d’une gravité absolue, puisque l’auteur “de cette belle idée” vient du président Macron tout va bien et l’Italie… malgré elle, elle a dû plier et reprendre les migrants car ils arrivaient de son propre territoire car ils avaient réussi à passer la frontière clandestinement. Ensuite, quand il y a quelqu’un qui ne respecte pas leurs règles bidons, notamment les pays de Visegràd, sur l’immigration imposée et obligatoire… “entre autres, il serait bien de comprendre quel article constitutionnel de l’Union européenne est fonds et met l’accent sur le caractère obligatoire de l’accueil des migrants pour chaque pays, surtout si l’asile politique n’est pas demandé “… mais c’est une autre histoire, et quand certains pays se mettent en travers de leurs desseins… voilà que le couperet de la Commission européenne lance contre eux avec une violence sans précédent uniquement parce qu’ils ont “brisé les schémas de sujétion et désobéi”.
