UN CALCIO AL… DDL ZAN
Poco meno di un mese fa il senato italiano bocciò con il voto democratico il ddl Zan, voluto fortemente dal suo relatore on. Zan, e che prevedeva pene maggiori per chi offendeva i gay, pene ancora più severe per chi li picchiava perché magari visti in atteggiamenti affettuosi in pubblico arrecando fastidio all’occhio di alcuni passanti di indole violenta, oppure in particolar modo, tacere qualche padre accorto e dai principi molti diversi ed infastidito che si è prodigato nel difendere il proprio figliuolo dalla vista di scene premature per la sua comprensione allontanandosi o guardandoli con disprezzo. Un disegno di legge alquanto strano, confusionario ed equivoco nel suo testo e molto contestato, da me compreso, e che alla sua bocciatura parlamentare sono seguite delle vere e proprie rivolte e proteste… L’affondo è stato dettato delle forze politiche parlamentari sconfitte, quelle di sinistra, nelle TV la rabbia dello stesso Zan si toccava con mani, manifestazioni in tutta Italia dell’associazione Arcigay ed ovviamente di tutti coloro i quali si ritengono gay, lesbiche e trans e altri diversi, insomma sembrava che con la bocciatura del ddl Zan tutti i gay italiani fossero in pericolo di vita e o a rischio incolumità fisica ogni santo giorno. Esprimo il mio parere in merito senza assoluto timore… in Italia queste sono preoccupazioni inesistenti… certo, gli idioti ci stanno dappertutto ma questo non vuol dire che vi è un pericolo, poi mi pregio ricordare a tutti che la violenza sulle coppie non è solo esclusiva dei gay o lesbiche ma in Italia si contano a migliaia le violenze sulle coppie etero con stupri e rapine quindi… che senso ha battersi per qualcosa che al momento non è un’emergenza ? Bene, chiarito il mio punto vista e pensiero chiedo a tutti i manifestanti, politici della sinistra italiana e a quelli dell’associazione Arcigay italiana : ma voi guardate solo il “culo vostro “ oppure qualche volta vi degnate di scomodarvi per guardare il “culo degli altri” ? Già che bella domanda, magari qualcuno, per ora, non comprende il vero senso provocatorio della mia domanda, però pensateci bene… infatti tutti si sono spesi dopo la bocciatura parlamentare a dimostrare d’essere indignati e ad essere in ansia per i gay ma poi nei fatti questa gente che fa ? Niente, ognuno pensa per sé e… Dio per tutti ! Mentre chi scrive, al contrario di loro e del ddl Zan, è da anni che si occupa del tema gay nei paesi arabi e lancia allarmi sul pericolo islamico incombente in Europa e poi perché incompatibile con la nostra costituzione, ricordo a tutti gli amici che i gay e le lesbiche nei paesi di fede islamica se scoperti in intensi rapporti sessuali vengono “giustiziati” come i peggiori criminali… né possono assolutamente essere visti in atteggiamenti affettuosi in pubblico e i poverini… devono vivere in assoluta segretezza il loro amore. Per continuare la mia disamina dico che non ho trovato scritto nel ddl che bisogna boicottare i prossimi campionati del mondo di calcio 2022 in Qatar, né commerciare con tutti quei paesi islamici i quali negano il diritto alla vita dei gay e lesbiche. Ovvio, voi direte… ognuno guarda i fatti di casa sua, sarà così forse… però a quanto leggo dal link postato non tutto il mondo è paese ed ipocrita come il nostro… infatti gli svizzeri sono un tantino più avanti all’on. Zan in materia di difesa dei diritti dei gay e lo sono senza scrivere un ddl… e che hanno fatto i giovani socialisti svizzeri ? Bene, nonostante la loro nazionale si sia qualificata ai prossimi mondiali di calcio, che si svolgeranno nel Qatar nel 2022, hanno protestato e chiesto proprio alla loro federazione calcio nazionale di non partecipare al prossimo mondiale di calcio in un paese che non solo non riconosce i diritti dei gay ma addirittura li giustizia con la pena capitale… lodevole e meravigliosa richiesta… impari On. Zan. E noi e gli altri paesi europei, alcuni si sono associati a questa idea, che stiamo facendo ? Niente… siamo bravi solo a fare la pagliacciata dell’inginocchiamento e niente più, e dove stanno tutti i politici, società civile, pro gay e lesbiche che vanno in televisione a raccontarci che senza il ddl Zan si sono persi i diritti… e che fanno ? Ottenuta sul campo a spese dell’Italia la qualificazione diretta per i mondiali di calcio del 2022 in Qatar, i giovani socialisti chiedono ora alla Federazione elvetica di boicottare i mondiali qatarioti.

“Il Qatar ha una delle più orribili legislazioni anti-queer del mondo, con l’omosessualità punibile con la morte”, argomenta la Gioventù socialista (GISOLink esterno) in un comunicato martedì. “Inoltre più di 6’500 persone sono morte finora nella costruzione degli stadi per la Coppa del Mondo”.
La Svizzera non deve camminare sui cadaveri, viene affermato ancora dai giovani socialisti che ritengono che pure i canali televisivi debbano evitare di trasmettere le partite.
I lavoratori – si legge nella nota – “hanno dovuto vivere in condizioni di lavoro disumane, che devono essere descritte come schiavitù moderna”. La leadership politica del Qatar e la FIFA hanno quindi accettato e imposto migliaia di morti per ospitare il grande evento.
Nonostante “tutta la comprensibile gioia per la qualificazione della Nazionale” GISO auspica quindi il boicottaggio del torneo. “La leadership politica è letteralmente pronta a camminare sui cadaveri: la Svizzera non deve farlo”, afferma la presidente Ronja Jansen, citata nel comunicato.
Secondo la sezione giovanile del Partito socialista, occorre fermare la commercializzazione del calcio, uno sport che era in origine della classe operaia. GISO si dice anche consapevole che le condizioni in Qatar sono solo un sintomo di un sistema che mette il profitto al di sopra delle persone.
“Un boicottaggio della Coppa del Mondo sarebbe un primo passo verso un pianeta che non si costruisce sui cadaveri e permetterebbe al paese dove ha sede la FIFA di mandare un segnale che sia sentito a livello internazionale”, sostiene ancora Ronja Jansen.
I delegati di GISO si erano già espressi in giugno sul boicottaggio della manifestazione sportiva in Qatar, ma la qualificazione diretta ottenuta lunedì sera dalla Nazionale dà naturalmente nuova linfa alla rivendicazione.
Anche la Norvegia ci ha pensato
Nel mese di giugno di quest’anno la federazione norvegese, in un congresso straordinario e sotto la minaccia della FIFA di escludere la Norvegia dai mondiali del 2026, aveva deciso di partecipare ai mondiali nel caso la squadra scandinava si fosse qualificata.
Un movimento per il boicottaggio era partito a febbraio 2021 con la campagna di sensibilizzazione del club norvegese Tromso Idrettslag: “Non possiamo più stare seduti e guardare la gente morire in nome del calcio” aveva dichiarato, “non c’è alcun dubbio che la Coppa del Mondo non avrebbe mai dovuto essere assegnata al Qatar. Le condizioni di lavoro sono abominevoli, e in molti hanno perso la vita”.
Altri club professionisti norvegesi avevano seguito l’esempio del Tromso. Mentre a livello di federazioni, la Germania ha manifestato la sua posizione con una maglia indossata prima di Germania-Islanda con scritto ‘Human Right’.

Ad unirsi alla causa della Norvegia c’è anche la Danimarca. La federazione danese non boicotterà la competizione, ma il CT Kasper Hjulmand ha dichiarato che ogni calciatore che deciderà di non parteciparne avrà il suo pieno supporto.
Secondo un sondaggio del marzo scorso del Der Spiegel, il 68% dei tedeschi pensa che il boicottaggio della Coppa del Mondo in Qatar sarebbe “giusto” o “assolutamente giusto”, mentre l’83% degli intervistati pensa che sia stato un errore scegliere il Qatar come paese ospitante.

The GISO delegates had already expressed their opinion in June on the boycott of the sporting event in Qatar, but the direct qualification obtained on Monday evening by the national team naturally gives new life to the claim.
Norway has also thought about it
In June of this year, the Norwegian federation, in an extraordinary congress and under the threat of FIFA to exclude Norway from the 2026 World Cup, had decided to participate in the World Cup if the Scandinavian team qualified.

Il y a un peu moins d’un mois, le Sénat italien a rejeté le projet de loi Zan par un vote démocratique, fortement souhaité par son rapporteur l’Hon. Zan, et qui prévoyait des peines plus lourdes pour ceux qui ont offensé les homosexuels, des peines encore plus sévères pour ceux qui les battaient car peut-être vus dans des attitudes affectueuses en public, provoquant une gêne à l’œil de certains passants de nature violente, ou en particulier , en taisant quelque père astucieux et des principes très différents et contrariés qu’il s’est efforcé de défendre son fils de la vue des scènes prématurées pour sa compréhension en s’éloignant ou en les regardant avec mépris. Un projet de loi assez étrange, confus et équivoque dans son texte et très contesté, y compris moi-même, et qui après son rejet parlementaire ont été suivis de véritables émeutes et protestations… La fente a été dictée par les forces politiques parlementaires défaites, celles de gauche, à la télé la colère de Zan lui-même a été touchée avec des mains, des manifestations dans toute l’Italie de l’association Arcigay et évidemment de tous ceux qui se considèrent gays, lesbiennes et trans et autres différents, bref il semblait qu’avec le rejet du ddl Zan tout italien les homosexuels étaient en danger de mort et/ou de sécurité physique chaque jour. J’exprime mon opinion là-dessus sans crainte absolue… en Italie ce sont des soucis inexistants… bien sûr, les idiots sont partout mais cela ne veut pas dire qu’il y a un danger, alors j’ai l’honneur de rappeler à tout le monde que la violence contre les couples ce n’est pas seulement exclusif aux gays ou lesbiennes mais en Italie il y a des milliers de violences contre les couples hétérosexuels avec viol et vol alors … quel est l’intérêt de se battre pour quelque chose qui n’est pas une urgence pour le moment ? Bon, après avoir clarifié mon point de vue et ma pensée, je demande à tous les manifestants, hommes politiques de la gauche italienne et ceux de l’association italienne Arcigay : mais vous ne regardez que votre “cul” ou parfois vous daignez prendre la peine de regarder le ” cul des autres “? Déjà quelle bonne question, peut-être que quelqu’un, pour l’instant, ne comprend pas le vrai sens provocateur de ma question, mais réfléchissez-y… en fait, après le rejet parlementaire, tout le monde s’est dépensé après le rejet parlementaire pour démontrer qu’il sont indignés et anxieux pour les gays mais alors que font ces gens ? Rien, chacun pense pour soi et… Dieu pour tous ! Alors que l’écrivain, contrairement à eux et au projet de loi Zan, s’occupe depuis des années de la question des homosexuels dans les pays arabes et lance des alarmes sur le danger islamique qui se profile en Europe puis parce que c’est incompatible avec notre constitution, je rappelle à tous les amis que les homosexuels et les lesbiennes dans les pays de foi islamique si elles sont découvertes dans des relations sexuelles intenses sont “exécutées” comme les pires criminelles… elles ne peuvent pas non plus être absolument vues dans des attitudes affectueuses en public et les pauvres… doivent vivre leur amour dans le secret absolu. Pour continuer mon examen, je dis que je n’ai pas trouvé écrit dans le projet de loi qu’il faille boycotter les prochains championnats du monde de football 2022 au Qatar, ni commercer avec tous ces pays islamiques qui dénient le droit à la vie aux gays et lesbiennes. Les travailleurs – indique la note – « ont dû vivre dans des conditions de travail inhumaines, qui doivent être qualifiées d’esclavage moderne ». La direction politique du Qatar et de la FIFA a donc accepté et imposé des milliers de morts pour accueillir le grand événement.
Malgré “toute la joie compréhensible pour la qualification de l’équipe nationale” GISO espère donc un boycott du tournoi. “La direction politique est littéralement prête à marcher sur des cadavres : la Suisse ne doit pas le faire”, a déclaré la présidente Ronja Jansen, citée dans le communiqué.
Selon la section jeunesse du Parti socialiste, la commercialisation du football, un sport qui était à l’origine de la classe ouvrière, doit être arrêtée. Le GISO dit également qu’il est conscient que les conditions au Qatar ne sont que le symptôme d’un système qui place le profit avant les gens.

La Norvège y a aussi pensé
En juin de cette année, la fédération norvégienne, en congrès extraordinaire et sous la menace de la FIFA d’exclure la Norvège de la Coupe du monde 2026, avait décidé de participer à la Coupe du monde si l’équipe scandinave se qualifiait.
Un mouvement de boycott a démarré en février 2021 avec la campagne de sensibilisation du club norvégien de Tromso Idrettslag : “On ne peut plus s’asseoir et regarder les gens mourir au nom du football” a-t-il déclaré, “il ne fait aucun doute que la Cup del Mondo n’aurait jamais dû été affecté au Qatar. Les conditions de travail sont abominables, et beaucoup ont perdu la vie ».
D’autres clubs professionnels norvégiens avaient suivi l’exemple de Tromso. Au niveau de la fédération, l’Allemagne a manifesté sa position avec un maillot porté avant l’Allemagne-Islande avec la mention « Droit de l’homme ».
