DALLA PARTE DI GRETA E DELLA… CEDRATA !
A quanto pare gli innumerevoli cortei in giro per il mondo, solo in quello occidentale però, e le continue richieste ecologiche che giungono dai tanti giovani del venerdì in piazza e dalla meravigliosa Greta Thunberg per un mondo più pulito e senza co2… finalmente sono arrivate a destinazione, un po’ lontanuccio dall’Europa ma ci siamo. Udite udite e gioite cari ecologisti tutti… da alcuni giorni il Libano è la nuova frontiera dell’ecologia… “la pulizia del pianeta A” è il nuovo “ombelico del mondo” e la riscossa parte ora dal lì e si comincia nuovamente a vivere una… nuova era, infatti il governo del paese dei cedri ha deciso, purtroppo contro la comprensione del popolo libanese perché non condivide la scelta… e chissà perché,, di smettere di inquinare la sua aria, passando ad un sistema di assoluta ecologia e… unica al mondo allo “zero assoluto di emissione”, quindi ha spento le sue centrali elettriche e di fatto ha impedito il funzionamento di frigoriferi, aria condizionata e di tutti quegli apparecchi elettrici che necessitano di elettricità per il suo funzionamento e che al momento, non essendoci alternative in Libano, viene prodotta con il sistema inquinante attraverso la combustione di carburante fossile, un sistema utilizzato da tanti “inquinatori del mondo”. E’ noto a tutti che il petrolio e i suoi derivati sono il primo elemento di scontro e acerrimo nemico nell’ideologia dell’attivista Greta che lo addita come il principale responsabile dell’inquinamento ambientale e riscaldamento globale ed è ovvio che sapere che le centrali elettriche in Libano sono ferme chiaramente per lei saranno come una lieta novella e premio per la sua battaglia e campagna contro i fossili. E che la lieta novella… allora giri felice e prosperosa per il mondo… finalmente c’è il primo paese al mondo che ha detto “no al petrolio e no al carbone”… osanniamo la vittoria di Greta perché finalmente tutte le sue proteste si sono materializzate e il Libano, come lei ha sempre accusato, non recita il banale quanto noioso “bla…bla…bla…” che tutti gli altri stati del mondo continuano a ripetere come una nenia stomachevole. Greta ed ora può ritenersi soddisfatta, i giovani libanesi un po’ meno, ce l’ha fatta a convincere il primo paese al mondo a non usare più l’elettricità e gioiamo insieme a lei perché da qualche giorno il paese dei cedri si occuperà solo di produzione dei cedri e della cedrata… rigorosamente fatta a mano. Che meraviglia pensare ad un Libano non più inquinato… immagino la felicità dei giovani libanesi che smetteranno di usare gli inquinanti telefonini, computer e tante altre diavolerie elettriche che indirettamente inquinano l’ambiente. Penso che i giovani e studenti libanese ora possano fare a meno di protestare il venerdì visto che il paese è oramai tutto verde. Certo, il Libano meriterebbe il Green Pass italiano come primo stato al mondo altamente ecologico… e mica è niente una roba del genere. Greta ha vinto la sua prima battaglia, non ancora la guerra contro l’inquinamento ma è questione di tempo e poi… anche l’Italia e tutti i paesi occidentali spegneranno le loro centrali elettriche ad alimentazione di fossili e gas e così anche noi occidentali ci allineeremo al paese mediorientale. Sono felicissimo per Greta che vede realizzarsi il sogno di un mondo pulito e sono contento per lei anche perché non abbiamo un pianeta B ! Un violento incendio è divampato lunedì mattina in uno dei serbatoio degli impianti petroliferi di Al-Zahrani, nel sud del Libano. Stando a quanto riportato dal quotidiano locale L’Orient-le Jour non ci sarebbero feriti e tutti i lavoratori dello stabilimento sarebbero incolumi, ma il rogo preoccupa per l’intensità, la vicinanza con altri serbatoi e il rischio esplosione.
Sul posto oltre alla protezione civile sono intervenuti i vigili del fuoco, arrivati anche da Beirut proprio per aiutare a circoscrivere l’incendio ed evitare che le fiamme si propaghino. Presente anche l’esercito per l’evacuazione dell’area, mentre il traffico è stato interamente deviato verso l’autostrada, inizialmente chiusa in via precauzionale e poi riaperta.
Il ministro dell’Energia, Walid Fayad, ha spiegato dopo una riunione al Gran Serail (quartier generale del Primo Ministro del Libano) che il serbatoio in fiamme “appartiene all’esercito libanese e contiene carburante”, sottolineando che l’incendio sarebbe “sotto controllo”. Il primo ministro Nagib Mikati avrebbe già richiesto un sopralluogo di Fayad per avere un aggiornamento sulla situazione, e un report per capire che cosa abbia causato l’incendio.
Gli impianti petroliferi di Zahrani fanno parte dell’infrastruttura che ospita le riserve di carburante importato prima della distribuzione. Il Libano è da mesi paralizzato dalla carenza di carburante (il prezzo del petrolio intanto lunedì mattina ha superato gli 80 dollari a barile, prezzo che non raggiungeva dal 2014) e in balia di una grave crisi energetica a causa dell’interruzione dell’approvvigionamento.
Sabato la centrale elettrica di Zahrani, adiacente agli impianti, è stata chiusa insieme con quella di Deir Ammar, nel nord del Paese, dopo l’esaurimento delle scorte di carburante, lasciando al buio 6 milioni di persone. La discesa sotto la soglia dei 270 megawatt ha infatti reso impossibile stabilizzare la rete, con un conseguente black-out totale. Domenica l’esercito del Libano ha donato un rifornimento di olio combustibile – circa 6 milioni di litri – consentendo a Électricité du Liban (EDL), la società elettrica nazionale, di riprendere a fornire elettricità nelle case per un limitato numero di ore al giorno, ma è molto probabile che il blackout totale duri per diversi giorni.

Écoutez, entendez et réjouissez-vous chers écologistes tous… depuis quelques jours le Liban est la nouvelle frontière de l’écologie… “le nettoyage de la planète A” est le nouveau “nombril du monde” et la reprise commence maintenant à partir de là et il recommence à vivre une… ère nouvelle, en effet le gouvernement du pays des cèdres a décidé, malheureusement contre l’entendement du peuple libanais car il ne partage pas le choix… et qui sait pourquoi, d’arrêter de polluer son air, passant à un système d’écologie absolue et … unique au monde au “zéro absolu d’émissions”, alors il a fermé ses centrales électriques et empêché efficacement le fonctionnement des réfrigérateurs, de la climatisation et de tous ces appareils électriques qui nécessitent de l’électricité pour son fonctionnement et qu’à l’heure actuelle, comme il n’y a pas d’alternative au Liban, elle est produite avec le système polluant par la combustion de combustible fossile, un système utilisé par de nombreux “pollueurs du monde”. Greta et maintenant elle peut être satisfaite, les jeunes Libanais un peu moins, elle a réussi à convaincre le premier pays au monde d’arrêter d’utiliser l’électricité et on se réjouit avec elle car pendant quelques jours le pays des cèdres n’aura affaire qu’à des production de cèdres et cèdre … strictement à la main. Quelle merveille de penser à un Liban qui n’est plus pollué… J’imagine le bonheur des jeunes Libanais qui cesseront d’utiliser des téléphones, ordinateurs et bien d’autres appareils électriques polluants qui polluent indirectement l’environnement. Je pense que les jeunes et les étudiants libanais peuvent désormais se passer de manifester le vendredi car le pays est désormais tout vert. Bien sûr, le Liban mérite le Green Pass italien en tant que premier État hautement écologique au monde… et ce n’est rien de tel. Greta a gagné sa première bataille, pas encore la guerre contre la pollution mais c’est une question de temps et puis… L’Italie et tous les pays occidentaux fermeront aussi leurs centrales à combustibles fossiles et à gaz et nous, les Occidentaux, nous alignerons aussi sur le Moyen Pays de l’Est. Je suis très heureux pour Greta qui voit le rêve d’un monde propre se réaliser et je suis heureux pour elle aussi car nous n’avons pas de planète B ! Un violent incendie s’est déclaré lundi matin dans l’un des réservoirs de l’usine pétrolière d’Al-Zahrani, dans le sud du Liban. Selon ce qui a été rapporté par le journal local L’Orient-le Jour il n’y aurait pas eu de blessés et tous les ouvriers de l’usine seraient indemnes, mais l’incendie inquiète quant à l’intensité, la proximité avec d’autres réservoirs et le risque d’explosion.
En plus de la protection civile, des pompiers sont également intervenus, venus également de Beyrouth pour aider à limiter l’incendie et empêcher les flammes de se propager. L’armée était également présente pour l’évacuation de la zone, tandis que le trafic était entièrement dévié vers l’autoroute, d’abord fermée par précaution puis rouverte.

Dimanche, l’armée libanaise a fait don d’un ravitaillement en fioul – environ 6 millions de litres – permettant à Électricité du Liban (EDL), la compagnie nationale d’électricité, de reprendre l’approvisionnement en électricité des foyers pendant un nombre limité d’heures par jour. probablement que la panne totale durera plusieurs jours.
