L’ABORTO ? BUTTIAMOLO NEL CASSONETTO !
Già, non comprendo il perché di tanta euforia… proprio non ci riesco a capire quelle giovani donne che saltano di gioia, esultano e si assembrano felici per festeggiare una vittoria epocale, sicuramente loro la intendono una vittoria… però in fin dei conti mi chiedo perché saltano soddisfatte e felici ? Sì oggi le ho vedute numerose in un servizio filmato televisivo e a dir la verità ho pensato che quando si parla di aborto non ci sono né vittorie né sconfitte e tutto quello che ne viene dev’essere affrontato con la necessaria serietà e responsabilità e possibilmente restando con i piedi per terra. E già… il punto è proprio questo… gioiscono perché ora si può ritornare finalmente all’aborto libero ed indiscriminato, per il momento lo si può tornare a farlo, e sì… perché un giudice federale ha annullato le disposizioni dello stato del Texas in materia di aborto volontario, sospendendo la legge che vietava l’interruzione della gravidanza dopo la sesta settimana anche in caso di stupro compreso quello familiare. A tal proposito c’è subito da dire, e senza equivoci o giustificazioni particolari, che la gravidanza originata da stupro o incesto va interrotta immediatamente se il volere della gravida va in quella direzione e fin qui sono d’accordo con le festanti, tuttavia eviterei di saltar di gioia né festeggerei perché lo ritengo un atto di civiltà e di giustizia anche se viene interrotta la vita di un esserino e ciò è una questione che non sollecita in me certe emozioni. Archiviato il disgustoso e rivoltante argomento stupro resta sempre il solito problema e cioè, non riesco a capire tantissime donne che desiderano interrompere una gravidanza che non rientra nello stupro di violenza e allora, perché si vuol abortire liberamente ? Torno a ripetere un concetto espresso già diverse volte e lo ripeto ovvero : trovo ridicolo ed irresponsabile che nel 2021, con tanti sistemi di prevenzione e sicurezza sessuale, si debba continuare a parlare di gravidanza non voluta con conseguente aborto, ritengo sia una linea conseguenziale di ragionamento inaccettabile e schizofrenico e soprattutto irresponsabile perché abortire non è come andare a farsi una vacanza. Ecco perché non posso apprezzare e condividere la gioia e i salti di tante donne giovani, va bene quando si è stata violentata ma non va bene assolutamente come soluzione finale ad un orgasmo non ben calcolato. Tante ragazze abortiscono segretamente e lo fanno perché vogliono nasconderlo alla famiglia o addirittura al proprio compagno e questo modo di fare oggigiorno è allucinante, basta parlarne col proprio medico di base o meglio ancora col proprio ginecologo e il problema prevenzione vi “viene bello cucito addosso” e così state tranquille quando vi… godete la vita e così facendo il problema aborto lo si ripone nel cassonetto dei rifiuti. La legge sull’aborto in Texas, che vieta le interruzioni di gravidanza dopo la sesta settimana anche in caso di stupro e incesto, è stata temporaneamente bloccata da un giudice federale, in quella che è una vittoria preliminare per l’amministrazione Biden. In base alla decisione del giudice distrettuale Robert Pitman, i medici possono tornare a praticare l’aborto senza il timore di essere denunciati.
“Scioccante privazione di un diritto importante” – Si tratta della prima mossa che mette in dubbio la costituzionalità della norma. “Questa Corte non consentirà che questa scioccante privazione di un diritto così importante continui un giorno di più”, ha scritto il giudice Pitman nella sua decisione.
Il Texas farà ricorso – La Casa Bianca era ricorsa contro la norma e la decisione di Pitman rappresenta una vittoria, anche se probabilmente temporanea. Il Texas ha infatti annunciato di voler ricorrere in appello contro la decisione del giudice.
Il cosiddetto Senate Bill 8, che vieta l’interruzione di gravidanza dopo le sei settimane dal concepimento, è stato di fatto sospeso in attesa dei procedimenti sulla sua legalità. Anche in questo periodo di incertezza, però, nel Texas i servizi per le donne che intendono abortire potrebbero rimanere bloccati: i medici, infatti, temono di poter essere denunciati se non ci sarà una base legale permanente che stabilisce l’incostituzionalità della norma.
La Casa Bianca contro la legge sull’aborto – La decisione è stata presa in seguito alla decisione dell’amministrazione Biden di contestare il testo in tribunale perché incostituzionale. La legge del Texas, promulgata dal governatore Repubblicano Greg Abbott a maggio, proibisce l’interruzione di gravidanza a partire da quando viene rilevato il battito cardiaco, circa sei settimane, un periodo in cui una donna potrebbe anche non sapere di essere incinta. Oui, je ne comprends pas la raison de tant d’euphorie… Je ne peux tout simplement pas comprendre ces jeunes femmes qui sautent de joie, se réjouissent et se rassemblent heureuses pour célébrer une victoire historique, elles signifient sûrement une victoire… mais en les comptes de fin je me demande pourquoi ils sautent satisfaits et heureux? Oui, aujourd’hui je les ai vus nombreux dans un service vidéo de télévision et à vrai dire je pensais qu’en matière d’avortement il n’y a ni victoires ni défaites et que tout ce qui en découle doit être confronté avec le sérieux et la responsabilité nécessaires et peut-être rester avec terre à terre. Et oui… c’est justement ça… ils se réjouissent car maintenant on peut enfin revenir à l’avortement gratuit et sans discrimination, pour le moment on peut le refaire, et oui… parce qu’un juge fédéral a annulé les dispositions de l’état du Texas sur l’avortement volontaire, suspendant la loi qui interdisait l’interruption de grossesse après la sixième semaine même en cas de viol, y compris de viol familial. A cet égard, il faut dire immédiatement, et sans malentendu ni justifications particulières, que la grossesse issue d’un viol ou d’un inceste doit être interrompue immédiatement si la volonté de la femme enceinte va dans ce sens et pour autant je suis d’accord avec les fêtards, cependant J’éviterais de sauter de joie ou de célébrer car je considère cela comme un acte de civilisation et de justice même si la vie d’une créature est interrompue et c’est une question qui ne stimule pas certaines émotions en moi. Une fois que le sujet dégoûtant et révoltant du viol a été classé, le même problème demeure et c’est-à-dire que je ne peux pas comprendre beaucoup de femmes qui souhaitent interrompre une grossesse qui ne fait pas partie du viol avec violence et alors, pourquoi voulez-vous avoir un avortement librement ? Je recommence à répéter un concept déjà exprimé à plusieurs reprises et je le répète : je trouve ridicule et irresponsable qu’en 2021, avec autant de systèmes de prévention et de sécurité sexuelle, on doive continuer à parler de grossesse non désirée avec avortement conséquent, je crois c’est une suite de raisonnements inacceptables et schizophrènes et surtout irresponsables car avorter n’est pas comme partir en vacances. C’est pourquoi je ne peux pas apprécier et partager la joie et les sauts de tant de jeunes femmes, ça va quand on a été violée mais ce n’est absolument pas bon comme solution finale à un orgasme mal calculé. Beaucoup de filles se font avorter en cachette et le font parce qu’elles veulent le cacher à leur famille ou même à leur partenaire et cette façon de faire aujourd’hui est hallucinante, il suffit d’en parler à votre généraliste ou encore mieux avec votre gynécologue et le problème de la prévention ” vient magnifiquement cousu sur” et donc rassurez-vous quand vous … profitez de la vie et, ce faisant, le problème de l’avortement est remis à la poubelle.
