IL COMICO CHE NON FA PIU’ RIDERE … MA PIANGERE!

“RIPORTO UN MIO ARTICOLO DEL 25 FEBBRAIO 2022, E CIOE’ ESATTAMENTE IL GIORNO DOPO L’INVASIONE RUSSA, ECCO COSA SCRIVEVO QUEL GIORNO E QUALI SCENARI PREVEDEVO. OGGI DOPO 48 GIORNI DI GUERRA SONO MACABRA REALTA’”!

È evidente che in fatto di  contatti diplomatici con influenti personaggi e conseguente strategia proprio non ha confidenza anzi, direi che da quanto ho visto nell’ultimo mese guidare un paese grande come l’Ucraina e 45 milioni di suoi cittadini non è cosa sua, ha commesso una serie di errori sfidando continuamente e pubblicamente la Russia e messo in difficoltà internazionale Putin, dimenticando che fare il comico quando si è a capo di una Stato è particolarmente pericoloso, specie quando al tuo confine c’è un esercito di 200 mila persone con mezzi ed aerei pronti ad attaccarti.  Non dimentico con quanta supponenza trattava la questione di assoluta delicatezza… sicurezza ed anche un po’ d’arroganza dovuta, e questo bisogna dirlo e rimarcarlo, supponendo, erroneamente, che l’Europa la proteggesse militarmente in caso di conflitto armato. E non dimentichiamo la sua dichiarazione, alquanto provocatoria e fuori luogo visto il momento di alta tensione in atto, “proprio il giorno prima dell’invasione russa” dove disse che lui intendeva portare l’Ucraina nella NATO e nell’Unione europea. Già… nell’ascoltarlo non ho avuto dubbi neanche per un attimo a pensare che a seguito di quanto dichiarato i russi l’avrebbero invasa  il giorno dopo e incredibilmente così è stato. “ Caro Presidente Zelensky”, sei simpatico e sicuramente i tuoi cittadini ti vorranno bene, hai coraggio ma devo dirtelo, non hai le capacità per svolgere il mandato che ti hanno dato gli ucraini… non si gioca una partita a Poker con una coppia contro di due contro chi ha 4 assi in mano… dovevi cercare di trasmettere calma e serenità al tuo avversario e portarlo a tutti i costi ad un tavolo di dialogo per cercare una soluzione con l’importante mediazione del Presidente Macron che in questo semestre europeo n’è il Presidente di turno. Questo è quello che è mancato al Presidente ucraino, ed è un errore che molti popoli fanno quando decidono di mandare a comandare il governo di un grande Paese e di un popolo meraviglioso… un comico che non ha esperienze politiche né ha avuto nel passato responsabilità amministrative locali o regionali e noi in Italia… curiosamente ne sappiamo qualcosa di simile con risultati disastrosi. Bisogna essere onesti e dire che l’Unione europea tutta, la Gran Bretagna e il “meraviglioso Biden” prima dell’invasione russa si erano riempiti la bocca di promesse a favore dell’Ucraina, loro sono buoni e bravi perché pensavano che bastasse la loro “autorevole voce e presenza da far giungere al Cremlino” per intimorire Putin e farlo desistere e aggiungo che, nessuno di loro ha mai posto la questione sul tavolo della discussione e soluzione come il rifiuto dell’ingresso nella NATO dell’Ucraina stessa anzi, hanno sempre rifiutato qualunque accordo proposto dai russi ai quali si è lasciato ben poca scelta e spazio di manovra se non quella di sottostare alle decisioni dei potenti del mondo. Zelensky doveva essere più cauto ed acuto, questo gli rimprovero, e capire che tutti quei soldati al suo confine erano le avvisaglie di qualcosa di spaventoso… ora vuole trattare… e che cosa deve trattare ?  I morti sono morti e la gente che è fuggita forse non ritornerà più… ora vuol farlo… adesso che il Paese vede buona parte dei suoi figli  in fuga verso l’Europa in quelli che sono i viaggi della salvezza e speranza… mentre in questo momento per le strade di Kiev e delle altre città ucraine si inizia a battagliare strada per strada, scontri ravvicinati che ci porteranno chissà quanti morti. Sì, lo confesso… sono molto arrabbiato con Zelensky perché si è fidato ciecamente delle promesse  fasulle dei governanti europei senza capire che lui è stato manovrato sapientemente perché non immaginava neanche che in caso di conflitto armato nessun paese della NATO né in forma autonoma avrebbe mandato i propri… figli a morire per la libertà dell’Ucraina… né tantomeno gli americani intendono far guerra ai russi in territorio ucraino dove troverebbe un secondo Vietnam… e poi il gas russo serve agli europei… e come serve, e non si fa guerra a chi ti fornisce la linfa vitale per la tua industria e le abitazioni !  Queste sono valutazione che Zelensky non ha saputo fare… né le ha pensate perché non ha esperienza né conosce la storia sovietica ed americana ed europea ed il loro modo di fare affari e soldi a danno degli altri. Quel che rattrista è che tanta brava gente ora fugge dalle sue case e tanti bambini si troveranno in mondo nuovo senza i loro amichetti e loro abitudini e questo perché un comico ci voleva farli ridere ed ora li fa piangere ! 25022022  RIPUBBLICATO  IL  12042022

Nei mesi che precedettero l’invasione russa dell’Ucraina, il capo della Cia William Burns intraprese due missioni top secret. La prima a Mosca, per recapitare a Vladimir Putin il messaggio che l’Occidente avrebbe risposto con dure sanzioni se avesse attaccato il Paese vicino. La seconda a Kiev, per rivelare al presidente Volodymyr Zelensky i piani del Cremlino, fornendo informazioni cruciali nei primi giorni di guerra per sventare il blitz contro l’aeroporto della capitale. A svelare il retroscena è il Wall Street Journal in un ampio servizio che ricostruisce tutte le tappe della crisi e che accende i riflettori su quella che è stata una figura chiave: il 66/enne William Burns, uno dei più brillanti diplomatici americani, già ambasciatore Usa a Mosca, quindi sottosegretario e vicesegretario di stato nell’amministrazione Obama, durante la quale fu tra i negoziatori dell’accordo sul nucleare insieme all’attuale consigliere per la sicurezza nazionale Jake Sullivan.

Il capo della Cia volò segretamente a Kiev a metà gennaio per vedere Zelensky e gli rivelò i piani russi e le direttrici d’attacco. Gli spiegò che Putin aveva preparato una guerra lampo puntando su Kiev dalla Bielorussia. E che mirava ad un obiettivo strategico, l’aeroporto Antonov a nord della capitale per far sbarcare i paracadutisti, prendere Kiev e decapitare il governo, saltando così la difesa ucraina ai confini. Informazioni preziose, che hanno consentito di organizzare la controffensiva. Infatti le truppe russe non sono riuscite a impossessarsi dello scalo e alcuni giorni fa si sono ritirate dalla regione della capitale. Probabile che il Cremlino contasse su un’azione di una quinta colonna, composta da collaborazionisti, che doveva favorire l’eliminazione di Zelensky o costringerlo alla fuga.
Gli Usa, in quelle ore drammatiche dell’inizio dell’offensiva russa, offrirono infatti al presidente ucraino una via d’uscita, per portarlo in salvo. Ma lui si rifiutò, continuando a restare nella capitale per dirigere la resistenza.
Il primo viaggio nella capitale russa, a inizio novembre, era già noto ma il quotidiano fornisce particolari inediti su questa missione inusuale per un capo dell’intelligence, ma non forse per uno con il suo passato diplomatico. A Mosca il capo degli 007 americani lanciò il suo monito in un collegamento criptato con lo ‘zar’ che, isolato nella sua residenza di Sochi, respinse i sospetti di invasione e criticò gli Usa per aver ignorato per anni le richieste di sicurezza russe. Aggiungendo che l’Ucraina “non è un Paese reale”, come disse poi ricordando che i suoi confini furono tracciati arbitrariamente da Lenin e che ora esiste solo perché nel 1991 l’Urss collassò.

Tornato a Washington, Burns informò Joe Biden che Putin non aveva preso una decisione ma era fortemente propenso a invadere.
Nei tre mesi successivi, mentre Emmanuel Macron e Olaf Scholz facevano viaggi a vuoto al Cremlino nel disperato tentativo di evitare la guerra, la Casa Bianca ha faticato a convincere gli alleati europei a creare un fronte unito. Ma alla fine c’è riuscita, grazie anche alle mosse della Cia, che ha rivelato in anticipo le mosse dello ‘zar’. (ANSA).

Il est évident qu’en termes de contacts diplomatiques avec des personnalités influentes et de stratégie conséquente, il n’a aucune confiance en fait, je dirais que d’après ce que j’ai vu le mois dernier diriger un pays aussi grand que l’Ukraine et 45 millions de ses citoyens est pas son truc, il a commis une série d’erreurs en défiant continuellement et publiquement la Russie et en mettant Poutine en difficulté internationale, oubliant qu’être comédien quand on est à la tête d’un État est particulièrement dangereux, surtout quand à sa frontière il y a un armée de 200 000 personnes avec des véhicules et des avions prêts à vous attaquer. Je n’oublie pas avec quelle arrogance il traitait la question de la délicatesse absolue… de la sécurité et même d’un peu d’arrogance, et il faut le dire et le remarquer, supposant, à tort, que l’Europe la protégerait militairement en cas d’attaque armée conflit. Et n’oublions pas sa déclaration, quelque peu provocatrice et déplacée compte tenu du moment de haute tension actuel, “juste la veille de l’invasion russe” où il dit avoir l’intention de faire entrer l’Ukraine dans l’OTAN et l’Union européenne. La seconde à Kiev, pour révéler les plans du Kremlin au président Volodymyr Zelensky, fournissant des informations cruciales dans les premiers jours de la guerre pour déjouer le blitz contre l’aéroport de la capitale.
