E’ indubbio che la propaganda sia l’arma principale della tragedia della guerra russo-ucraino, oddio… è cosa normalissima e consuetudine in tempo di pace tra i politici e partiti che si accusano vergognosamente l’un l’altro senza dignità e rispetto per gli avversari… figuriamoci in un conflitto bellico dove si registrano un aggressore ed un aggredito che si danno battaglia senza quartiere indipendentemente dalle motivazioni storiche e recenti. Poi c’è da aggiungere che al momento la propaganda ucraina e la strumentalizzazione dei fatti inerenti le morti di tanti civili che giacciono sulle pubbliche strade, veri o non veri, funziona molto meglio di quella russa e ne hanno fatto un’efficace arma della comunicazione per smuovere le coscienze e ricevere armamenti d’ogni genere, come per esempio la questione bambini ucraini che secondo Kiev verrebbero uccisi dai soldati russi senza motivo alcuno e giusto per il gusto di farlo… ammazzati con quella efferatezza che fa davvero rivoltare le coscienze degli umani… ma sarà vero? No… non è assolutamente onorevole né bello giocare con le parole e con i filmati dei morti per fini propagandistici… bisogna dirlo, è immorale ed inumano però è anche vero che bisogna far di necessità virtù e capisco, anche se non approvo, che anche quella è crudele strategia militare. Sui morti di Bucha poi hanno costruito una vera e propria offensiva propagandistica e mediatica senza precedenti che però ha sortito l’effetto sperato, voluto e lacerato le coscienze degli europei e nord-americani tanto da ricevere in tempi ristretti tante armi e aiuti alimentari e sanitari. Eh sì, in guerra come in amore tutto… è lecito, e noi occidentali che assistiamo inermi alla propaganda russa-ucraina dobbiamo anche porci il dilemma se credere o non credere e a chi credere… se certi drammatici episodi qualche dubbio lo sollevano. Giorni addietro ci hanno narrato la morte dei bambini ammazzati per mano dei soldati russi e ora ci viene raccontato che sempre i soldati russi, questa è davvero singolare, pagano i bambini ucraini perché spiano i movimenti e scoprire dove sono ubicate le postazioni dell’esercito ucraino e riferirli a loro attraverso la messaggeria degli smartphone. Ovviamente queste sono solo informazioni e allarmi che provengono dai servizi segreti ucraini e che non possono, ovviamente, trovare conferma o smentita dalla parte opposta bellica né ci viene spiegato, per equità di giudizio, come facciano questi bimbi a chattare con i soldati russi ed informarli considerando che girare per le città sotto i bombardamenti non è certamente cosa semplice e chi fornisce loro un telefonino funzionante ed attivo eludendo la sorveglianza e il sospetto dei genitori o parenti che vivono con loro? E’ scontato che questa novità in campo spionistico desti preoccupazione e timore tra la popolazione perché vede i loro piccoli che potrebbero essere anche vittime del fuoco amico… “durante il lavoro sporco di piccolo spione”. Vero è che in guerra tutto è lecito ma se la notizia è reale e non è frutto della fantasia propagandistica ucraina è qualcosa di assolutamente vergognoso che va oltre il crimine, già perché “usare i bambini” non è assolutamente umano. Teniamo conto che a causa dei bombardamenti e combattimenti tra i due belligeranti è possibile che tanti bambini perdano la loro vita e che muoiano insieme a tanta gente che è rimasta lì perché non sa dove andare e non vuol fuggire e loro sono le vittime predestinate della guerra e odio pensare che le loro morti diventino oggetto di video propagandistici. Un nuovo retroscena svela un lato inaspettato della guerra: i servizi di sicurezza dell’Ucraina hanno riferito su Telegram che gli occupanti russi stanno pagando i bambini ucraini per ricevere alcune informazioni. In particolare, starebbero pagando delle “baby spie” per spiare l’esercito e scoprire la posizione delle forze armate.

Stando a quanto riferito dal sito di informazione “Nv”, gli occupanti russi utilizzano bambini ucraini minorenni per scoprire le posizioni delle forze armate. La scoperta, riferita dagli 007 dell’Ucraina su Telegram, ha destato sconcerto e ha alimentato le paure della popolazione.
A Kharkiv, secondo quanto ricostruito dal sito di informazione, gli occupanti avrebbero stabilito un contatto con un minore attraverso una chat di Telegram. Gli occupanti avrebbero promesso esplicitamente un pagamento in denaro per le informazioni sulle posizioni delle forze armate in città.
Così, proprio in seguito a questa fuga di notizie, l’agenzia ha chiesto a tutti i genitori di vigilare in modo particolare sui messaggi e sulle persone con cui si mettono in contatto i figli e le figlie.

Gli agenti di sicurezza ucraini sono riusciti a intercettare le chat tra i soldati russi e i bambini ucraini in tempo, appena prima che i piccoli potessero riferire importanti informazioni.
La vicenda è accaduta nella regione di Luhansk, dove due soldati russi si sono rivolti direttamente a dei bambini offrendogli denaro in cambio di informazioni sulla posizione e sulle rotte delle truppe ucraine.
Uno di loro, che ha 16 anni, ha condiviso con il sito “Nv” le chat che lo hanno visto protagonista. All’inizio il ragazzo si è spaventato ma gli occupanti sono riusciti a “calmarlo” dicendogli che la sua giovane età lo avrebbe protetto da ogni possibile conseguenza.
Dal momento che gli 007 ucraini sono riusciti a intercettare le informazioni, i ragazzi non hanno avuto il tempo di passarle al nemico.
In Ucraina, al contrario dell’Italia dove si diventa maggiorenni a 18 anni, il passaggio alla maggiore età si verifica proprio a 16 anni e in alcuni ambiti della vita pubblica già a partire dai 14 anni

Il ne fait aucun doute que la propagande est l’arme principale de la tragédie de la guerre russo-ukrainienne, oh mon Dieu … c’est très normal et coutumier en temps de paix entre politiciens et partis qui s’accusent honteusement sans dignité ni respect pour les adversaires … et encore moins dans un conflit de guerre où il y a un agresseur et un attaqué qui se battent sans quartier, sans tenir compte des raisons historiques et récentes. Ensuite, il faut ajouter qu’à l’heure actuelle la propagande ukrainienne et l’exploitation des faits concernant la mort de nombreux civils qui gisent sur la voie publique, vrais ou faux, fonctionnent bien mieux que la russe et en ont fait une arme de communication efficace .. pour remuer les consciences et recevoir des armes de toutes sortes, comme la question des enfants ukrainiens qui selon Kiev seraient tués par des soldats russes sans aucune raison et juste pour le plaisir… tués avec cette brutalité qui tourne vraiment les consciences les humains à l’envers… mais sera-ce vrai ? Non… ce n’est absolument pas honorable ni beau de jouer avec les mots et avec les films des morts à des fins de propagande… il faut le dire, c’est immoral et inhumain mais c’est aussi vrai qu’il faut faire une vertu de nécessité et je comprends, même si je n’approuve pas, que même cela est une stratégie militaire cruelle.
