SIAMO SENZA GAS RUSSO!
Ebbene il “dado è tratto”! Sì, oggi il Parlamento europeo ha approvato all’unanimità l’embargo sui fossili, quindi niente più importazioni “dell’amletico gas e zero petrolio” e neanche a parlarne di combustibile nucleare. E’ davvero incredibile quanto grande sia l’amore occidentale per la difesa della libertà del popolo ucraino e al diritto della sua sovranità per tutto il territorio dell’Ucraina Crimea compresa. Già perché ora i problemi si sono allargati e moltiplicati in modo preoccupante e divenuti così complessi che pensare e sperare di risolverli ora sarà proprio un’impresa, ovviamente sono mie considerazioni, perché ora con l’approvazione dell’embargo il Parlamento di Bruxelles ha decretato che l’embargo stesso potrebbe essere revocato solo nel caso in cui la Russia ritirasse le sue truppe e si ristabilisse l’integrità territoriale dell’Ucraina… Già ma quale, quella prima del 2014 o quella dopo la nascita delle due repubbliche dell’est-Ucraina? No perché forse in pochi hanno capito fino in fondo il senso dell’invasione militare russa nei confronti della confinante Ucraina, l’esigenza nasce dal fatto che la Crimea viene ritenuta da Putin parte integrante della Russia e non intende assolutamente rinunciarvi, anche perché Sebastopoli, è nella punta estrema della Crimea sul mar Nero, è un porto strategico militare che mai e poi mai sarebbe potuta finire nelle mani della NATO. E poi c’è da aggiungere un altro elemento di valore strategico fondamentale e cioè, che se l’Ucraina fosse entrata nella organizzazione militare della NATO una volta che si sarebbe consolidata all’interno dell’organizzazione atlantica nessuno le avrebbe più impedito di attaccare i russi per riprendersi la Crimea e i russi stessi rispondendo al fuoco, visto che l’annessione alla Crimea non è stata riconosciuta in sede internazionale, ecco che avrebbe innescato l’articolo 5 della NATO e quindi la Russia si sarebbe dovuta confrontare militarmente contro la NATO e non più solo contro l’esercito ucraino. E’ in questa ottica che si è mosso Putin, spinto evidentemente da informazioni segrete che davano l’ingresso nella NATO dell’Ucraina imminente e allora “è stato costretto” a giocare di anticipo. Seguo le vicende russe-ucraine dal lontano 2013 perché interessato dalle vicende del Donbass e a dir il vero già prima della guerra avevo intuito le future mosse di Putin e paventato l’ipotesi di invasione precisamente alla fine dei giochi olimpici invernali della Cina… e così è stato, ecco perché lui chiedeva la neutralità e il disarmo del Paese e la rinuncia alla NATO e che venisse inserito nella Costituzione ucraina come unica garanzia degli accordi, se ci ragionate su è un ragionamento di logica che però non è stato gradito a Zelensky o forse consigliato da potenze straniere di non accettarlo. Quindi ora attendiamo il peggio perché l’armata russa e la sua aviazione militare non hanno più interesse ad avere un rapporto di facciata con noi occidentali in quanto ogni sorta di relazione è stata troncata e noi occidentali” siamo stati così bravi” d’averlo messo con le spalle al muro, isolato ed ora obbligato ad essere escluso dai rapporti commerciale e persino buttato fuori dal Consiglio ONU dei diritti umani… decisione grave che mai prima d’ora si era registrata e in verità sembra un vero e proprio accanimento e un regolamento di conti se consideriamo che gli Stati Uniti in 77 anni di guerre ne hanno combinato di peggio nel Vietnam e nel mondo partendo dalle due bombe atomiche di Hiroshima e Nagasaki… è evidente che siamo arrivati alle soglie di uno scontro armato tra la NATO e la Russia, conflitto che si sta giocando sul suolo ucraino e da questa notte ho la sensazione che le cose cambieranno e certamente non in bene perché nei fatti Putin non intende cedere a nessun costo la Crimea, e di questo dobbiamo tenerne conto, e non si fermerà neanche ad un’ipotetica terza guerra mondiale. Niente, è dal 24 di febbraio che invito il governo ucraino ad iniziare a parlare di armistizio e non di resa…. assolutamente no, arrendersi vorrebbe dire sottomettersi al più forte e questo non va bene ma un armistizio è tutt’altra cosa e la dignità e libertà sono salve unitamente a tante decine di migliaia di ucraini innocenti che potrebbero morire sotto le bombe oltre le sofferenze che certamente non mancheranno. E di sofferenze dobbiamo parlarne anche noi europei perché è vero che io posso far a meno del condizionatore d’aria e della caldaia per l’acqua calda e calore… ma mi son posto un problema ed una sola domanda: ma i cittadini statunitensi faranno a meno di caldaie e condizionatori d’aria per la libertà degli ucraini? E già… non dimentichiamoci che Biden è il “vero artefice e falco” dell’embargo di gas e petrolio. Concludo evidenziando la nostra stupidità nell’aver gestito una questione spinosa come questa e ricordo che l’Algeria, quella che ci darà il 30% del gas, oggi ha votato unitamente alla Cina ed altri contro l’esclusione della Russia dal predetto Consiglio e questo non vi dice niente? Previsto l’embargo energetico nei confronti della Russia
In sede di Parlamento europeo è stata approvato «l’embargo totale e immediato sulle importazioni dalla Russia di petrolio, carbone, combustibile nucleare e gas». La risoluzione è passata a larga maggioranza, con 513 voti favorevoli, 22 contrari e 19 astensioni.
Gli eurodeputati italiani che hanno partecipato al voto si sono espressi tutti a favore, tranne Francesca Donato, eletta nella Lega e ora tra i Non Iscritti, che ha votato contro dopo aver nei giorni scorsi messo in discussione la veridicità di quanto accaduto a Bucha.
Le misure entreranno in vigore nel limite della sicurezza di approvvigionamento energetico necessario per soddisfare il fabbisogno europeo, e si riserva un eventuale revoca delle sanzioni «nel caso in cui la Russia adotti provvedimenti intesi a ripristinare l’indipendenza, la sovranità e l’integrità territoriale dell’Ucraina entro i suoi confini riconosciuti a livello internazionale e ritiri completamente le proprie truppe dal territorio ucraino».
Le sanzioni dell’Ue verso la Russia
I deputati hanno chiesto ai leader Ue di escludere la Russia dal G20 e da altre organizzazioni multilaterali – l’Interpol o l’Unesco – per dare «un segnale importante del fatto che la comunità internazionale non tornerà a lavorare come di consueto con lo Stato aggressore».
Per rendere le sanzioni più efficaci, il Parlamento chiede che le banche russe siano escluse da Swift – Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. Ancora, vietare l’ingresso nelle acque territoriali dell’Ue e l’attracco nei porti dell’Ue di qualsiasi nave battente bandiera russa, oltre che il trasporto di merci su strada da e per Russia e Bielorussia.
I deputati chiedono anche di «sequestrare tutti i beni appartenenti ai funzionari russi o agli oligarchi associati al regime di Putin, ai loro rappresentanti e prestanome».
La Russia è colpevole di crimini di guerra
Infine, gli eurodeputati sottolineano che gli autori dei crimini di guerra devono essere ritenuti responsabili. Chiedono per questo l’istituzione di un tribunale speciale delle Nazioni Unite per i crimini in Ucraina, e che vengano intensificate le consegne di armi a Kiev, così che possa difendersi.
In particolare, si fa riferimento alla strage di Bucha e alle offensive che hanno quasi completamente distrutto Mariupol, Volnovakha e altre città e villaggi.

No, because perhaps few have fully understood the meaning of the Russian military invasion of the neighboring Ukraine, the need arises from the fact that Crimea is considered by Putin an integral part of Russia and absolutely does not intend to give it up, also because Sevastopol, it is at the extreme tip of Crimea on the Black Sea, it is a strategic military port that never, ever could have ended up in the hands of NATO. An energy embargo against Russia is expected
The European Parliament approved “the total and immediate embargo on imports from Russia of oil, coal, nuclear fuel and gas”. The resolution passed by a large majority, with 513 votes in favor, 22 against and 19 abstentions.

Il est vraiment incroyable de voir à quel point l’amour occidental pour la défense de la liberté du peuple ukrainien et le droit de sa souveraineté sur tout le territoire de l’Ukraine, y compris la Crimée, est grand. Oui, parce que maintenant les problèmes se sont élargis et multipliés de manière inquiétante et sont devenus si complexes que penser et espérer les résoudre sera désormais une véritable entreprise, ce sont évidemment mes considérations, car maintenant avec l’approbation de l’embargo, le Parlement de Bruxelles a décrété que l’embargo lui-même ne pourrait être levé qu’au cas où la Russie retirerait ses troupes et rétablirait l’intégrité territoriale de l’Ukraine… Oui, mais laquelle, celle d’avant 2014 ou celle d’après la naissance des deux républiques de l’est de l’Ukraine ? Et puis il y a un autre élément de valeur stratégique fondamentale à ajouter et c’est que si l’Ukraine était entrée dans l’organisation militaire de l’OTAN une fois consolidée au sein de l’organisation atlantique, personne ne l’aurait empêchée d’attaquer les Russes pour reprendre la Crimée et les Russes eux-mêmes en ripostant, étant donné que l’annexion à la Crimée n’était pas reconnue internationalement, cela aurait déclenché l’article 5 de l’OTAN et donc la Russie aurait dû affronter militairement l’OTAN et non plus seule contre l’armée ukrainienne. C’est dans cette perspective que Poutine a agi, évidemment poussé par des informations secrètes qui donnaient à l’Ukraine une entrée imminente dans l’OTAN, puis “a été contraint” de jouer en avance. Je suis les événements russo-ukrainiens depuis 2013 car je m’intéressais aux événements du Donbass et pour dire la vérité déjà avant la guerre j’avais pressenti les futurs mouvements de Poutine et redoutais l’hypothèse d’une invasion précisément à la fin des Jeux olympiques d’hiver en Chine … et c’était le cas, c’est pourquoi il a demandé la neutralité et le désarmement du pays et la renonciation à l’OTAN et que cela soit inclus dans la Constitution ukrainienne comme seule garantie des accords, si vous y réfléchissez, c’est un raisonnement logique qui n’a cependant pas été apprécié par Zelensky ou peut-être conseillé par des puissances étrangères de ne pas l’accepter. Rien, depuis le 24 février j’ai invité le gouvernement ukrainien à commencer à parler d’armistice et non de reddition… absolument pas, se rendre signifierait se soumettre au plus fort et ce n’est pas bien mais un armistice c’est tout autre chose et la dignité et la liberté sont sauvés avec tant de dizaines de milliers d’Ukrainiens innocents qui pourraient mourir sous les bombes ainsi que les souffrances qui ne manqueront certainement pas. Et nous les Européens devons aussi parler de souffrance car c’est vrai que je peux me passer du climatiseur et de la chaudière pour l’eau chaude et le chauffage… mais je me suis posé un problème et une seule question : mais les citoyens américains se passeront-ils des chaudières et des climatiseurs pour la liberté des Ukrainiens ? Et oui… n’oublions pas que Biden est le “véritable architecte et faucon” de l’embargo pétrolier et gazier. Je conclus en soulignant notre bêtise d’avoir géré un dossier épineux comme celui-ci et je rappelle que l’Algérie, celle qui nous donnera 30 % du gaz, a voté aujourd’hui avec la Chine et d’autres avec Est-ce que je trouve l’exclusion de la Russie du Conseil susmentionné et cela ne vous dit rien ? La Russie est coupable de crimes de guerre
Enfin, les députés soulignent que les auteurs de crimes de guerre doivent être tenus pour responsables. C’est pourquoi ils appellent à la création d’un tribunal spécial des Nations unies pour les crimes en Ukraine, et à une intensification des livraisons d’armes à Kiev, afin qu’elle puisse se défendre.
