MA AL DOPO NESSUNO CI PENSA?

Alla fine  ci siamo accodati alla linea degli altri paesi europei… poi in fondo noi italiani siamo fatti così, brava gente pacifica e sempre titubante ad intraprendere iniziative che potrebbero danneggiarci ma poi quando siamo costretti abbandoniamo la consueta cautela perché a volte ci sono situazioni nelle quali non vogliamo vergognarci di andare controcorrente, poi quando vediamo gli altri invece muoversi nell’opposta  direzione alla nostra solo allora, per non essere criticati ed estromessi dal tavolo dei potenti, prontamente ci adeguiamo e ci sottomettiamo alle decisioni altrui che in alcuni casi sono alquanto discutibili o inutili… Ora dopo Lituania, Germania e Francia anche noi italiani  finalmente abbiamo preso coraggio ed espulso 30 diplomatici russi perché sospettati di spionaggio… d’accordo, potrebbe anche essere vero che tutta questa gente siano degli spioni ma perché buttarli fuori ora e non prima? Giunti al punto di rottura anche sulle relazioni mi chiedo perché continuiamo a giocare una doppia partita con lo stesso giocatore, eh sì… la prima è ancora di sudditanza alle forniture energetiche mentre la seconda è improntata sulla forza delle sanzioni economiche e militare attraverso le armi che noi diamo agli ucraini. E’ chiaro che nel contesto della guerra russo-ucraina ci sono tanti elementi indigesti terrificanti ed inaccettabili  come la guerra stessa, i morti civili ammazzati, col classico colpo di pistola sparato alla nuca, e col grave sospetto di un vero e proprio genocidio, tuttavia non intendo soffermarmi sulle stragi perché ad oggi la matrice non è  sufficientemente chiara e preferisco attendere le indagini e la loro relazione definitiva per esprimere un parere, anche perché, proprio stasera, un noto quotidiano statunitense, con un suo articolo inchiesta, ha posto degli interrogativi sulla vera matrice della strage di Bucha… sospetti che assolverebbero nei fatti i russi… quindi meglio essere cauti e accorti prima di incriminare qualcuno. Quel che non riesco a comprendere sono le scarse capacità diplomatiche dei nostri ministri degli esteri e l’assenza di lungimiranza necessaria che deve essere dote innata di ogni uomo di governo per poter affrontare il discorso problematiche del dopo guerra, certo…  ci sarà la ricostruzione di un Paese grande due volte l’Italia, da risollevare l’economia della zona Europa ora in crisi con l’inflazione che ci svaluta tutti risparmi e poi, dovremo anche vedere in che condizioni si troverà la Russia  a livello economico per cercare di evitare che davvero possa diventare un grande Venezuela come auspica Biden. Ho dubbi che Putin e i suoi  non abbiano già pensato a tutti risvolti economici ai quali sarebbero andati incontro dopo l’invasione dell’Ucraina  e penso che immaginavano che l’occidente si sarebbe scagliato contro di loro con una tale violenza finanziaria senza precedenti e quindi sicuramente avranno preso le loro contro misure e spostati i loro interessi in Asia. Al punto in cui siamo bisogna aver il coraggio di decretare l’embargo dei fossili e farla finita con questa ipocrisia altrimenti la si smetta di dare armi all’esercito ucraino con la mano destra mentre con la sinistra si prende il gas… Se invece si vuol continuare ad avere un rapporto diplomatico ed un canale aperto la si smettesse di recitare queste pantomime da teatro… perché espellere 30 diplomatici, presunte spie,  è solo un sciocchezza che ci fa aumentare le distanze con i russi e se diventano stellari alla fine l’unica cosa che otterremo è il totale distacco politico e comunicativo della Russia con l’occidente… e   chiedo ai nostri governanti europei: così andrebbe bene e questo quello che volete? Proprio non mi garba questo modo di far politica indipendentemente dalle ragioni della guerra, si poteva e si può supportare l’Ucraina in tanti modi ma non bisognava farlo in maniera palese e creando la frattura diplomatica con la Russia… mi sembrano strategie da malati psichiatrici… abbiamo creato il caos per niente… Tutti i grandi Paesi fomentano le guerre e vendono miliardi di dollari di armamenti ai belligeranti nello stesso momento ma non lo vengono a dire in Tv né lo fanno sapere ai quotidiani che poi ci fanno titoloni grandi quanto una montagna. Diplomatici russi espulsi, la Lega si smarca. Il responsabile Esteri Fontana: “Storia insegna che la pace non si raggiunge in questo modo”

“La Farnesina avrà fatto le sue valutazioni e siamo certi che i provvedimenti saranno giustificati in modo chiaro e completo. Di certo, la storia insegna che la pace si raggiunge con il dialogo e la diplomazia e non espellendo i diplomatici. MAIS PERSONNE N’Y PENSE APRÈS ?

Au final, nous avons rejoint la ligne des autres pays européens … alors au fond, nous, les Italiens, sommes comme ça, des gens bons, pacifiques et toujours hésitants à prendre des initiatives qui pourraient nous nuire mais ensuite, quand nous sommes obligés, nous abandonnons la prudence habituelle car parfois il y a des situations dans lesquelles on ne veut pas avoir honte d’aller à contre-courant, alors quand on voit les autres aller dans le sens inverse du nôtre seulement alors, pour ne pas être critiqué et exclu de la table des puissants, on s’empresse s’adapter et se soumettre aux décisions des autres qui, dans certains cas, sont quelque peu discutables ou inutiles … Maintenant, après la Lituanie, l’Allemagne et la France, nous aussi, les Italiens, avons enfin pris courage et expulsé 30 diplomates russes parce qu’ils sont soupçonnés d’espionnage … d’accord, il se pourrait aussi que tous ces gens soient des espions mais parce que les jeter dehors maintenant et pas avant ? Ayant atteint le point de rupture également sur les relations, je me demande pourquoi nous continuons à jouer un double jeu avec le même joueur, oui… le premier est toujours l’assujettissement aux approvisionnements énergétiques tandis que le second est basé sur la force des sanctions économiques et militaires à travers armes que nous donnons aux Ukrainiens. Il est clair que dans le contexte de la guerre russo-ukrainienne, il y a de nombreux éléments indigestes terrifiants et inacceptables tels que la guerre elle-même, les morts civils tués, avec le classique coup de feu dans la nuque, et avec le sérieux soupçon de un vrai génocide, cependant je n’ai pas l’intention de m’attarder sur les massacres car à ce jour la matrice n’est pas suffisamment claire et je préfère attendre les enquêtes et leur rapport définitif pour émettre un avis, aussi parce que, rien que ce soir, un puits -un journal américain connu, avec son article d’investigation, a posé quelques questions sur la véritable matrice du massacre de Bucha… des soupçons qui absoudraient en fait les Russes… alors mieux vaut être prudent et prudent avant d’inculper quelqu’un. Ce que je ne comprends pas, ce sont les faibles compétences diplomatiques de nos ministres des Affaires étrangères et le manque de prévoyance nécessaire qui doit être un don inné de tout homme de gouvernement pour pouvoir aborder le discours problématique de l’après-guerre, bien sûr … il y aura la reconstruction d’un pays deux fois plus grand que l’Italie, pour relancer l’économie de la zone Europe aujourd’hui en crise avec une inflation qui dévalue l’ensemble de nos économies et puis, il faudra aussi voir dans quelles conditions la Russie se retrouvera à un niveau économique pour essayer de l’empêcher de devenir vraiment un grand Venezuela comme l’espère Biden. Je doute que Poutine et son peuple n’aient pas déjà pensé à toutes les implications économiques auxquelles ils auraient été confrontés après l’invasion de l’Ukraine et je pense qu’ils imaginaient que l’Occident les aurait fustigés avec une telle violence financière sans précédent et donc ils le feront certainement ont pris leurs contre-mesures et déplacé leurs intérêts vers l’Asie. Au point où nous en sommes il faut avoir le courage de décréter l’embargo sur les fossiles et en finir avec cette hypocrisie sinon on arrête de donner les armes à l’armée ukrainienne avec la main droite alors qu’avec la gauche on prend le gaz… Si au contraire on vouloir continuer à avoir une relation diplomatique et un canal ouvert si on arrête de réciter ces pantomimes de théâtre… car expulser 30 diplomates, espions présumés, c’est juste un non-sens qui nous fait augmenter la distance avec les Russes et s’ils deviennent stellaires à la fin le la seule chose que nous obtiendrons est le détachement politique et communicatif total de la Russie vis-à-vis de l’Occident … et je demande à nos dirigeants européens : ce serait bien et que voulez-vous ? Je n’aime tout simplement pas cette façon de faire de la politique quelles que soient les raisons de la guerre, vous pourriez et pouvez soutenir l’Ukraine de plusieurs manières mais vous ne devriez pas le faire de manière claire et créer une rupture diplomatique avec la Russie … ils me paraissent être des stratégies de malade psychiatrique… on a créé le chaos pour rien… Tous les grands pays fomentent des guerres et vendent des milliards de dollars d’armements aux belligérants en même temps mais ils ne viennent pas le dire sur TV ou faites savoir aux journaux qu’ils nous font alors des gros titres de la taille d’une montagne.
