I CANTI DELLE SIRENE!

Che una guerra stesse nascendo tra l’Ucraina e la Russia lo si sospettava sin dall’estate del 2021, poi l’assembramento di mezzi corazzati e blindati russi  al confine con l’Ucraina lasciavano intuire che l’ipotesi di un’invasione si stava tramutando in realtà. Le immagini satellitari americani di fine anno già  davano in modo eloquente una situazione molto preoccupante e cioè  chela Russia si stava preparando ad invadere militarmente l’Ucraina. Mi interesso del paese ucraino sin dal lontano 2014 e ho avuto modo di seguire passo dopo passo la politica di Poroshcenko  presidente dal 2014 al 2019 sino alla sconfitta alle elezioni presidenziali ad opera dell’attuale Zelensky.  Attore vincente alle lezioni che a parole voleva cambiare il suo Paese ma che nei fatti dopo appena un anno di governo fu costretto a cambiare  pezzi del suo governo in quanto la corruzione era parte integrale del suo governo partendo propri dal suo finanziatore e oligarca ucraino. Poi si è trovato coinvolto nella misteriosa vicenda dei laboratori chimici dove si studiavano patogeni per uso militare dove è coinvolto il figlio di Biden e dal 2021 ha stretto rapporti militari con l’amministrazione americana, facendo riempire di armi il Paese e creando i presupposti per diventare una base militare americana nel centro dell’Europa. E’ importante sapere chi è Zelensky… perché noi europei ci siamo fatti incantare dalle sue continue richieste di forniture di armi e aerei e lo stiamo seguendo con le bende agli occhi senza riflettere e ragionarci su laddove ci stanno portando i suoi “canti mediatici”. Anche perché sino al dicembre 2021 nell’UE nessuno si preoccupava dell’Ucraina né ci siamo mai interessati del suo popolo né delle sue difficoltà sanitarie o economiche ed i rapporti non erano certamente idilliaci, questo perché considerato sempre un Paese instabile e poco affidabile e veniva puntualmente emarginato. Ad invasione avvenuta, da parte delle forze militari russe, ecco che l’amministrazione americana temendo di perdere il predominio acquisito nel Paese inizia la sua politica di sbarramento all’odiato nemico russo e lo fa sostenendo a pieni mani l’Ucraina coinvolgendo l’UE tutta ed obbligandola a passi di natura economica con sanzioni alla Russia, creando nei fatti la crisi energetica nel continente europeo e senza minimamente preoccuparsi della sorte dei cittadini ed industrie  europee che già nel mese di gennaio 2022 lamentavano una situazione drammatica per l’aumento esponenziale del costo dei carburanti fossili con la prospettiva, ora è realtà, di una spaventosa recessione e aumento della povertà. E’ ovvio che gli americani possano far quel che credono, non sono  certamente io che può impedirlo ma un conto è la sua politica di espansione in Ucraina e un altro è la politica di coinvolgimento economica e militare che riguarda il mio Paese, già perché il vero e  drammatico problema è proprio nella strategia politica degli americani che passo dopo passo ci sta coinvolgendo nel conflitto armato dopo averci messo nei guai per i carburanti fossili  e tutto per difendere un paese che prima del 23 febbraio 2022 non ce ne fregavamo un tubo… E non venitemi a raccontare che è una lotta per la libertà perché affermare questo è un insulto all’intelligenza e alle tante stragi compiute proprio dagli americani e ometto di citarle tutte perché l’ho già fatto in passato… Come dire anche che le stragi e massacri di questi giorni, compresa quella terribile di oggi di Bucha, attendiamo verifiche sui reali responsabili, non mi sorprendono né mi stupiscono, in Siria si è visto di peggio, molto di peggio ed orribile… gente che è morta per opera del gas nervino è cosa nota tra i quali nelle immagini dei video si vedono donne e bambini, eppure nessuno in Europa si è preso il fastidio di difendere quella parte di popolo siriano ribellatosi ad Assad, escludo gli americani perché loro li armavano sapientemente né tantomeno ha sanzionato economicamente la Turchia di Erdogan per le stragi di curdi in Siria ed in Iraq… quindi guardiamo dal verso giusto i contenuti di questa guerra perché è identica a tante altre e non ha nulla di diverso se non sul piano mediatico che a differenza del passato è molto più attenta nei particolari e nella qualità di video che ci propinano. E quel che è successo in Libia e in Siria lo vedo ora in Ucraina con la differenza che ora abbiamo un Presidente e i suoi ministri che ogni santo giorno reclamano l’aiuto militare di altri Paesi ed il lor coinvolgimento senza rendersi conto che così facendo ci porterà sicuramente alla terza guerra mondiale con altre distruzioni e morti inimmaginabili. Giorni prima del l’invasione scrissi che Zelensky  avrebbe dovuto aprire un  dialogo col Cremlino al fine di evitare una guerra e ricordo bene per certi versi la sua sicurezza e anche un po’ di arroganza nel sottostimare il problema e non averlo fatto è stato un vero dramma. Purtroppo  noi europei ci siamo oramai dentro sino al collo, abbiamo problemi di gas e petrolio e tra un po’ ci toccherà anche fronteggiare la scarsità di materie prime e… “dulcis in fundo”, non è neanche da escludere un’escalation militare con la nostra partecipazione in ambito NATO nella in guerra, stralciando le nostre leggi costituzionali. “L’Italia ci mandi armi, il peggio deve ancora venire”

Kuleba, ministro degli Esteri ucraino, intervistato dal Corriere, ha fatto il punto sulla situazione parlando anche del Papa e di un eventuale rischio che potrebbe correre l’Italia. Da cristiano si è detto certo che Dio sarebbe molto contento se il Santo Padre decidesse di andare a Kiev e che verrebbe accolto a braccia aperte. Al Papa, il ministro 40enne chiederebbe di esercitare l’influenza che ha sui circoli russi per cercare di far terminare il prima possibile la guerra. Kuleba ha spiegato che era in programma una visita di Bergoglio già prima del 24 febbraio, giorno in cui ha avuto inizio il conflitto. Considerando il fatto che il patriarcato di Mosca fin dall’inizio si è schierato con Putin, come ha precisato il ministro 40enne, una eventuale visita di Papa Francesco non andrebbe comunque a facilitare i contatti con la Chiesa ortodossa russa.

Kuleba ha spiegato che il dialogo per arrivare alla pace è continuo, ma che ci sono ancora molti problemi non risolti. Inoltre, “qui vale la vecchia regola della diplomazia, per cui nulla è stato concordato sino a che tutto è stato concordato”, ha tenuto a dire. Ha poi aggiunto che, se da una parte si sta lavorando in modo diplomatico, dall’altra l’esercito russo continua però a sparare. Dopo questa premessa il ministro ha affrontato il tema italiano, dove il governo si trova ancora tra coloro che vorrebbero inviare aiuti e armi all’Ucraina, e chi invece non è d’accordo. Senza mezzi termini il ministro degli Esteri ha asserito che “coloro che rifiutano l’invio di armi all’Ucraina in realtà sostengono la continuazione della guerra. Prima noi saremo in grado di espellere i russi e prima la guerra sarà finita”.

Cosa si aspettano gli ucraini dall’Italia

Ha poi continuato affermando di apprezzare molto sia il premier Mario Draghi che il suo collega Luigi Di Maio, in quanto entrambi, fin dal primo momento, si sono schierati, dal suo punto di vista, con la parte giusta della storia. Quello che si aspettano gli ucraini è chiaro: l’invio dall’Italia delle armi necessarie a difendersi contro i russi, e anche l’entrata in Europa come membro della Comunità, sottolineando la scesa in campo del nostro Paese per permettere questo. Il fatto che la Russia sia tra i garanti viene spiegato da Kuleba ricordando che l’Ucraina deve rapportarsi con i russi per essere certa che in futuro non torneranno a invaderla. Per questo motivo devono assumersi un impegno davanti al mondo intero, che contenga delle clausole ben precise, che siano anche definite legalmente dal diritto internazionale. Il ministro ha poi ammesso di non fidarsi, ma anche che questo è necessario perché comunque la Russia confina con l’Ucraina.

Cosa rischia l’Italia

Il politico ha tenuto a rassicurare gli italiani, dopo aver premesso di essere a conoscenza che nel nostro Paese vi sono delle forze vicine al presidente russo. Ma per quanto riguarda le garanzie non sembra avere dubbi: “Si possono trovare modi per cui le garanzie non comportano automaticamente il vostro coinvolgimento bellico diretto”. Infatti, secondo quanto spiegato dal ministro ucraino, l’Italia potrebbe impegnarsi inviando armi e munizioni, ma non soldati o piloti di aerei e, in questo modo, la sicurezza italiana non verrebbe intaccata. Ha quindi sottolineato che lavorare per la sicurezza ucraina vuol dire per l’Europa lavorare anche per la sua sicurezza. Kuleba è convinto che l’Europa abbia da sempre commesso l’errore di non voler provocare la Russia per evitare reazioni. “Vi abbiamo ascoltato e siamo stati comunque attaccati senza che noi facessimo alcuna provocazione. La lezione è che Putin comprende soltanto il linguaggio della forza, disprezza l’Europa imbelle che resta sulla difensiva. Putin attacca quando il nemico è debole o crede che lo sia. Ecco il motivo per cui dobbiamo restare forti e uniti”.

Gli errori di Putin

Ma lo zar avrebbe però sbagliato a sottovalutare la capacità ucraina di combattere e allo stesso tempo la volontà europea di reagire in modo unitario, con sanzioni e invio di armi. “Noi ucraini dobbiamo vincere, non abbiamo alternative, se cediamo cessiamo di esistere”. Sulla

posizione della Cina, che è rimasta neutrale, non si sbilancia. Non ha infatti prove che sostenga la Russia, ma che abbia come interesse prioritario quello di far finire la guerra che intacca l’economia di tutti. “Siamo nel mezzo della guerra, il peggio deve ancora venire. L’Ucraina ha vinto la battaglia di Kiev, ma quella per il Donbass e nel Sud sta per cominciare e sarà terribile, devastante, lo prova tra l’altro lo scempio di Mariupol. Noi siamo pronti, non ci tireremo indietro e speriamo nel vostro sostegno”, ha concluso il ministro degli Esteri ucraino.

“Italy send us weapons, the worst is yet to come”

Kuleba, Ukrainian foreign minister, interviewed by Corriere, took stock of the situation, also speaking of the Pope and of a possible risk that Italy could run. Un acteur gagnant dans les leçons qui en paroles voulait changer son pays mais qui en fait après seulement un an de gouvernement a été contraint de changer des pans de son gouvernement car la corruption faisait partie intégrante de son gouvernement à commencer par son financier et oligarque ukrainien. Puis il s’est retrouvé impliqué dans l’histoire mystérieuse des laboratoires chimiques où des agents pathogènes à usage militaire ont été étudiés où le fils de Biden est impliqué et à partir de 2021, il a établi des relations militaires avec l’administration américaine, remplissant le pays d’armes et créant les conditions pour devenir un Base militaire américaine en Europe centrale. Il est important de savoir qui est Zelensky… car nous, Européens, nous nous sommes laissés envoûter par ses demandes constantes de fournitures d’armes et d’avions et nous le suivons les yeux bandés sans réfléchir et penser où ses “chants médiatiques nous mènent”. “. Aussi parce que jusqu’en décembre 2021 dans l’UE, personne ne se souciait de l’Ukraine et nous ne nous souciions jamais de son peuple ou de ses difficultés sanitaires ou économiques et les relations n’étaient certainement pas idylliques, c’est parce qu’elle a toujours été considérée comme un pays instable et peu fiable et a été ponctuellement marginalisée . Après l’invasion par les forces militaires russes, l’administration américaine, craignant de perdre la domination acquise dans le pays, entame sa politique de blocage de l’ennemi russe détesté et le fait en soutenant pleinement l’Ukraine en impliquant l’ensemble de l’UE et en la forçant à prendre des mesures de nature économique avec des sanctions contre la Russie, créant effectivement la crise énergétique sur le continent européen et sans se soucier le moins du monde du sort des citoyens et des industries européennes qui se plaignaient déjà en janvier 2022 d’une situation dramatique due à l’augmentation exponentielle du coût de combustibles fossiles avec la perspective, devenue réalité, d’une récession effrayante et d’une pauvreté croissante. Il est évident que les Américains peuvent faire ce qu’ils croient, ce n’est certainement pas moi qui peux l’empêcher mais une chose est sa politique d’expansion en Ukraine et une autre est la politique d’implication économique et militaire qui concerne mon pays, déjà parce que le problème réel et dramatique est précisément dans la stratégie politique des Américains qui, étape par étape, nous implique dans le conflit armé après nous avoir mis en difficulté pour les combustibles fossiles et tout pour défendre un pays auquel avant le 23 février 2022 nous ne donnions pas un putain… Et ne me dites pas que c’est un combat pour la liberté car dire cela est une insulte à l’intelligence et aux nombreux massacres commis par les américains et j’omets de tous les citer car je l’ai déjà fait par le passé. .. Comment puis-je dire aussi que les massacres et les massacres de ces derniers jours, dont le terrible d’aujourd’hui à Bucha, nous attendons des contrôles sur les vrais auteurs, ils ne me surprennent ni ne m’étonnent, en Syrie nous avons vu pire, beaucoup plus heureux et horrible … les gens qui sont morts des gaz neurotoxiques sont une chose bien connue parmi laquelle dans les images des vidéos, vous pouvez voir des femmes et des enfants, mais personne en Europe n’a pris la peine de défendre cette partie du peuple syrien qui s’est rebellée contre Assad, j’exclus les américains parce qu’ils les ont sagement armés ni qu’il a sanctionné économiquement la Turquie d’Erdogan pour les massacres de Kurdes en Syrie et en Irak… alors regardons le contenu de cette guerre dans le bon sens car il est identique à beaucoup autres et n’a rien de différent sauf au niveau des médias qui, contrairement au passé, sont beaucoup plus attentifs aux détails et à la qualité des vidéos qu’ils nous livrent. Et ce qui s’est passé en Libye et en Syrie, je le vois maintenant en Ukraine avec la différence que nous avons maintenant un président et ses ministres qui demandent chaque jour l’aide militaire d’autres pays et leur implication sans se rendre compte que ce faisant, cela nous apportera certainement. à la troisième guerre mondiale avec d’autres destructions et des morts inimaginables. Quelques jours avant l’invasion, j’ai écrit que Zelensky aurait dû ouvrir un dialogue avec le Kremlin afin d’éviter une guerre et je me souviens bien à certains égards de sa sécurité et aussi un peu d’arrogance à sous-estimer le problème et ne pas l’avoir fait était un vrai drame . Malheureusement, nous, les Européens, sommes maintenant dedans non au cou, nous avons des problèmes de gaz et de pétrole et dans quelques temps nous devrons également faire face à la rareté des matières premières et … “last but not least”, une escalade militaire avec notre participation à l’OTAN n’est pas à régler soit dans la guerre, brisant nos lois constitutionnelles. “L’Italie nous envoie des armes, le pire est à venir”

En tant que chrétien, il s’est dit certain que Dieu serait très heureux si le Saint-Père décidait de se rendre à Kiev et qu’il serait accueilli à bras ouverts. Le ministre de 40 ans demanderait au pape d’exercer l’influence qu’il a sur les milieux russes pour tenter de mettre fin à la guerre au plus vite. Kuleba a expliqué qu’une visite de Bergoglio était déjà prévue avant le 24 février, jour du début du conflit. Considérant le fait que le patriarcat de Moscou s’est d’emblée rangé du côté de Poutine, comme l’a souligné le ministre de 40 ans, une éventuelle visite du pape François ne faciliterait en aucun cas les contacts avec l’Église orthodoxe russe.
