MA E’ DAVVERO UN BUON… GIORNO ?
Buongiorno al nuovo giorno e buona domenica al nuovo Sindaco di sinistra della città di Torino, buongiorno al Questore e al Prefetto, sempre della citta di Torino, e buongiorno e buona domenica all’illustrissima ministro degli interni Luciana Lamorgese, che, rammento a tutti, il suo primario compito da assolvere ogni giorno… è quello di garantire la sicurezza del territorio dello stato italiano e soprattutto dei suoi cittadini… Mi piace scriverlo per evidenziare quali sono i suoi compiti istituzionali ai quali deve sempre adempiere. “Care istituzioni tutte” ve lo sto auspicando la buona giornata perché ci tengo a voi e tengo a cuore la vostra salute, ma in verità vi dico che… da quanto leggo sui quotidiani nazionali e ascolto dai notiziari Tv oggi per voi non è certamente una buona giornata anzi, direi proprio che è una infausta giornata, e sì… perché ieri sera, mi pregio informarvi, che non è stata garantita né la sicurezza stradale degli automobilisti, né si è garantita l’incolumità dei cittadini, né quella del territorio italiano, perché avete permesso, con il vostro tacito consenso, di far entrare e circolare liberamente, e senza controlli sanitari, diverse migliaia di persone a bordo dei loro autoveicoli e consentito di assembrarsi nelle zone deserte ai margini della città di Torino. Parliamo di giovani, e non di pericolosi terroristi che viaggiano in incognito, vogliosi di divertirsi e far baldoria, con l’unico fine di partecipare ad un altro “maxi rave party” organizzato nella città torinese attraverso un social e non da un’organizzazione sovversiva. Evento che ci richiama alla memoria, l’ultimo in ordine di tempo, quello del 18 agosto 2021 di Viterbo…. Già come se non fosse stato sufficientemente indigesto il “rave party viterbese”, vergognoso e scandaloso, fa “andato in onda” tra l’altro in una proprietà privata, ora assistiamo al replay di quello di agosto, e qui che l’incapacità delle istituzioni la si è “toccata con mano” nuovamente ieri sera, dove centinaia di automezzi, tra auto e camper, sono passati inosservati, ma solo dalle forze di polizia, per le zone limitrofe alla citta e si sono diretti nella zona esterna alla città per un mega rave party… e il bello è, che l’han fatta sotto il naso a tutte le forze di polizia, nessuna esclusa, a dimostrazione che il territorio non è pattugliato, né tanto meno le zone esterne alla città vengono controllate dalla polizia locale né da quella nazionale… in definitiva, il territorio italiano è in balia di chi desidera entrarci a farci quel che desidera… Attenzione però, consto che questi party si organizzano solo in Italia ma non nella civilissima e vicina Francia e… chissà perché mai “cara ministro Lamorgese” ? Siamo arrivati al punto in cui basta un semplice coordinamento attraverso un comunissimo social per poter permettere a diverse migliaia di persone, italiani e francesi nel caso specifico, di organizzarsi per festeggiare insieme per alcuni giorni tra alcool e droghe, sesso, musica e balli sfrenati in una determinata zona del nostro paese, strafottendosene della legalità e delle necessarie autorizzazioni per l’evento, non dimenticando anche il problema pandemico che è più che mai attivo. Ovvio che quando sono intervenuti i carabinieri per smobilitare la massa di giovani e per cercare di impedire il flusso continuo di partecipanti in arrivo, e che intendevano raggiungere la location indicata, si sono verificati incidenti, lancio di sassi verso le forze di polizia e carabinieri che hanno come risultato il ferimento di tre poliziotti . Alcuni giovani, poi resosi conto della situazione, hanno invertito la rotta e sono ritornati alle loro case ma il punto di discussione è sempre lo stesso, ovvero il “modus operandi” della ministro Luciana Lamorgese, purtroppo lei… per l’ennesima volta si è dimostrata non all’altezza del compito assegnatole dal governo, infatti poteva benissimo immaginare che il ponte della festività dei Santi poteva indurre a manifestazioni di vario genere o ad eventi particolari non autorizzati come quello di Viterbo, e pertanto avrebbe dovuto prenderne le adeguate contromisure preventive. Migliaia di camper e di auto che intralciano la circolazione e a tratti la impedisce non possono passare inosservate, e se sono riusciti ad arrivare al Nichelino è perché nessuno glielo ha impedito o segnalato alla polizia locale la presenza di tante persone o forse… si sono volutamente dimenticati di intervenire o forse come penso maldestramente io si sono disinteressati ? Dubbio amletico… ma che dopo la storia del rave party di mezz’estate penso che la ministro abbia tante responsabilità da condividere soprattutto con il Prefetto. Ritengo che la politica messa in partica dall’attuale ministro in materia di sicurezza nazionale sia lacunosa e molto preoccupante, lei non è in grado di prevenire nulla e si trova sempre nelle peggiori situazioni perché nei fatti non ha una visione ampia da fredda calcolatrice, quel che serve per un buon ministro egli interni, e quel manca in lei è proprio la capacità di capire che se permetti ad uno qualcosa poi gli altri lo emuleranno all’infinito. Rave party alle porte di Torino. Sono migliaia i giovani che da ieri sera, rispondendo all’appello lanciato dagli organizzatori su Telegram, hanno raggiunto l’area industriale abbandonata tra Borgaretto e Nichelino. Persone e mezzi che hanno causato non pochi disagi alla circolazione, costringendo i carabinieri, intervenuti con pattuglie anche dalle province limitrofe, a bloccare le strade della zona.
Il rave è ancora in corso.
Il tempestivo intervento dei carabinieri, in collaborazione con le altre forze dell’ordine, ha evitato l’arrivo di almeno altre 10mila persone. Sono molti infatti quelli che se ne sono andati dopo l’individuazione dei punti del rave, organizzato via Telegram, convinti ad andare via dall’immediato e massiccio dispiegamento di forze dell’ordine.
Sul posto anche il neo prefetto di Torino, Claudio Palomba.
“La situazione è grave; complessa, ma grave; ben gestita e sotto controllo”. Lo sostiene il sindaco di Nichelino Giampiero Tolardo, raggiunto telefonicamente dall’ANSA, dopo il sopralluogo nella zona tra il suo Comune e Borgaretto, alle porte di Torino, occupata ieri sera da migliaia di giovani per un rave party. “Attualmente stimiamo che ci siano circa quattro mila persone all’interno di un capannone abbandonato – spiega Tolardo – ci sono molti mezzi parcheggiati lungo la strada, ma si sta gestendo con le forze dell’ordine e la Croce Rossa il deflusso”.
Denuncia Eugenio Bravo, segretario generale del sindacato di polizia Siulp Torino: tre poliziotti sono stati feriti, uno alla testa, colpito da una pietra durante “una sassaiola contro le forze dell’ordine”, gli altri due “nel tentativo di essere investiti da un camion di questi individui che male tollerano la presenza delle forze dell’ordine”.

Bonjour au nouveau jour et bon dimanche au nouveau maire de gauche de la ville de Turin, bonjour au chef de la police et au préfet, également de la ville de Turin, et bonjour et bon dimanche au très illustre Ministre de l’Intérieur Luciana Lamorgese, qui, je le rappelle à tous, sa tâche première à accomplir chaque jour… est de garantir la sécurité du territoire de l’État italien et surtout de ses citoyens… J’aime écrire lui de mettre en évidence ses missions institutionnelles qu’il doit toujours remplir. “Chères toutes les institutions” Je vous souhaite une bonne journée car je tiens à vous et je tiens à votre santé, mais en vérité je vous le dis… d’après ce que je lis dans les journaux nationaux et écoute les journaux télévisés, aujourd’hui ce n’est certainement pas pour vous une bonne journée en effet, je dirais que c’est une mauvaise journée, et oui… car hier soir, j’ai l’honneur de vous informer, que ni la sécurité routière des automobilistes n’a été garantie, ni la sécurité des citoyens n’a-t-elle pas été garantie, ni celle du territoire italien, car vous avez autorisé, avec votre consentement tacite, à permettre à plusieurs milliers de personnes d’entrer et de circuler librement, et sans contrôle sanitaire, à bord de leurs véhicules et autorisés à se rassembler dans les zones désertes à la périphérie de la ville de Turin. Nous parlons de jeunes, et non de terroristes dangereux qui voyagent incognito, désireux de s’amuser et de faire la fête, dans le seul but de participer à une autre “maxi rave party” organisée dans la ville de Turin via un réseau social et non par une organisation subversive . Evénement qui nous rappelle, le dernier dans l’ordre chronologique, celui du 18 août 2021 à Viterbe…. Comme si la “viterbo rave party”, honteuse et scandaleuse, n’était pas suffisamment indigeste, elle “passait à l’antenne” entre autres en une propriété privée, maintenant on assiste à la rediffusion de celle d’août, et ici que l’incapacité des institutions a été “touchée” à nouveau hier soir, où des centaines de véhicules, dont des voitures et des camping-cars, sont passés inaperçus, mais uniquement par la police forces, pour les zones adjacentes à la ville et se sont dirigés vers la zone à l’extérieur de la ville pour une méga fête rave … et la beauté est qu’ils l’ont fait sous le nez de toutes les forces de police, aucune exclue, démontrant que le le territoire n’est pas patrouillé, ni les zones en dehors de la ville contrôlées par la police locale ou nationale… finalement, le territoire italien est à la merci de ceux qui souhaitent entrer ce que vous voulez… Attention, cependant, contre à cela ces fêtes ne sont organisées qu’en Italie mais pas dans la France très civilisée et voisine et… qui sait pourquoi « cher ministre Lamorgese » ? Nous en sommes arrivés au point où une simple coordination à travers un réseau social très commun suffit pour permettre à plusieurs milliers de personnes, italiennes et françaises en l’occurrence, de s’organiser pour faire la fête ensemble pendant quelques jours entre alcool et drogue, sexe, musique et danse débridée dans une certaine région de notre pays, s’énervant sur la légalité et les autorisations nécessaires à l’événement, sans oublier le problème de la pandémie plus actif que jamais. Évidemment, lorsque les carabiniers sont intervenus pour démobiliser la masse des jeunes et essayer d’empêcher le flux continu d’arrivants de participants, et qui entendaient atteindre l’endroit indiqué, il y a eu des accidents, des jets de pierres en direction de la police et des carabiniers qui ont fait des blessés de trois policiers. Certains jeunes, réalisant alors la situation, ont inversé le cours et sont rentrés chez eux mais le point de discussion est toujours le même, c’est le “modus operandi” de la ministre Luciana Lamorgese, malheureusement elle… pas à la hauteur de la tâche qui lui a été assignée par le gouvernement, en effet elle pouvait très bien imaginer que la fête des Saints pouvait conduire à divers types d’événements ou à des événements particuliers non autorisés comme celui de Viterbe, et donc elle aurait dû prendre les contre-mesures préventives appropriées. Des milliers de campeurs et de voitures qui entravent la circulation et parfois l’empêchent ne peuvent pas passer inaperçus, et s’ils ont réussi à se rendre au Nichelino c’est parce que personne ne les a empêchés ou signalé la présence de tant de personnes à la police locale ou peut-être. .. volontairement oublié d’intervenir ou peut-être comme je pense maladroitement qu’ils sont désintéressés ? Doute hamlétique… mais qu’après le récit de la rave party du milieu de l’été je pense que le ministre a beaucoup de responsabilités à partager notamment avec le préfet. Je crois que la politique mise en place par l’actuelle ministre de la sécurité nationale est incomplète et très préoccupante, elle ne peut rien empêcher et est toujours dans les pires situations car en fait elle n’a pas de vision large comme une froide calculatrice, ce qu’il faut à un bon ministre qu’il stagiaire, et ce qui lui manque, c’est précisément la capacité de comprendre que si vous permettez quelque chose à l’un, les autres l’imiteront à l’infini. Rave party à la périphérie de Turin. Des milliers de jeunes qui depuis hier soir, répondant à l’appel lancé par les organisateurs sur Telegram, ont atteint la zone industrielle abandonnée entre Borgaretto et Nichelino. Des personnes et des véhicules qui ont causé pas mal de désagréments à la circulation, obligeant les carabiniers, qui sont également intervenus avec des patrouilles des provinces voisines, à bloquer les routes de la zone.
La rave est toujours en cours.
L’intervention opportune des carabiniers, en collaboration avec les autres forces de police, a empêché l’arrivée d’au moins 10 000 autres personnes. En fait, nombreux sont ceux qui sont partis après l’identification des points de la rave, organisée via Telegram, convaincus de quitter le déploiement immédiat et massif des forces de l’ordre.
Le nouveau préfet de Turin, Claudio Palomba, était également sur place.

C’est ce qu’a affirmé le maire de Nichelino Giampiero Tolardo, joint par téléphone par l’ANSA, après l’inspection dans la zone située entre sa commune et Borgaretto, près de Turin, occupée hier soir par des milliers de jeunes pour une rave party. “Actuellement, nous estimons qu’il y a environ quatre mille personnes à l’intérieur d’un entrepôt abandonné – explique Tolardo – il y a beaucoup de véhicules garés le long de la route, mais la sortie est gérée avec la police et la Croix-Rouge”.
Eugenio Bravo, secrétaire général du syndicat de police Siulp Turin dénonce : trois policiers ont été blessés, l’un à la tête, touché par une pierre lors d'”un jet de pierre contre la police”, les deux autres “dans une tentative de se faire écraser par un camions de ces individus qui tolèrent mal la présence de la police ».
