GLI ALLARMI INASCOLTATI… E ORA?

To’, guarda un po’ ora a cosa ci tocca nuovamente ad assistere, un’altra di quelle solite pantomime dei “politici camomilla”, che occupano stabilmente gli studi televisivi, che ora ci vogliono tranquillizzare sul problema gas e vendono l’aria riscaldata per dirci che il prossimo inverno non avremo problemi di gas perché gli stoccaggi sono a buon punto e non dovremmo avere particolari problemi.  Quindi tutto bene ? Ovviamente no, perché sono solo balle colorate ed effetti speciali per stupirci come al solito… Infatti oggi ho scoperto che il famoso gas liquido che dovrebbe arrivarci dagli USA con le navi, probabilmente andranno a Piombino dove verrà ubicata una nave rigassificatore che lo convertirà dallo stato liquido a quello aeriforme, nei fatti ci costerà venti volte di più di quanto costa agli americani stessi e di grazia, qual è il vantaggio economico per noi italiani ed europei ad averlo? In definitiva è Joe Biden, e nessuno lo neghi, che ha deciso di portare avanti le sanzioni economiche sui fossili contro la Russia, restrizioni che si stanno rivelando mortali per noi europei e per piacere non venitemi a raccontare che lo scenario che si sta materializzando non era prevedibile, e Joe lo sapeva bene, perché io stesso, piccolissimo analista, lo preventivavo e addirittura lo scrivevo ancor prima dello scoppio della guerra russo-ucraina… sollevando il problema forniture e sottolineando quanto fossimo dipendenti dalla Russia per i fossili e che pertanto bisognava agire con calma e pazienza e magari tergiversare a dichiarare guerra economica ai russi perché farlo, ci sarebbe costato tanto… e invece no, tutti presi dalla frenesia della solidarietà ideologica e della difesa della libertà ci siamo schierati affianco dell’l’Ucraina senza tener conto delle conseguenze. Ci hanno raccontato per mesi che la libertà ha un prezzo… Bene ora paghiamolo per intero, purtroppo sarò costretto anch’io a pagarlo pur essendo su altre posizioni, e quando leggiamo sui quotidiani gli allarmi lanciati dalle associazioni dei commercianti o delle industrie il disastro al quale dovremo assistere nei prossimi mesi  al momento niente si muove… Allora vi dico: non preoccupatevi se ci saranno disoccupati e gente alla fame, ed ora possiamo aggiungere anche al freddo e non preoccupatevi più di tanto se le aziende chiuderanno… già, perché ci resterà la grande soddisfazione che stiamo soffrendo fame e freddo per difendere la libertà del popolo ucraino. E quando sentiremo urlare la gente comune, perché disperata dall’aumento dei prodotti alimentari o di tanti poveri che aumenteranno e dei disoccupati di tante aziende che chiuderanno.. per piacere, non voltatevi dall’altra parte come fate da anni per i morti e la libertà rubata al popolo curdo, per i tanti bombardamenti in Siria degli americani o delle continue offensive contro proprio i curdi “dall’amico Erdogan”… già ora non è più dittatore ma nostro caro amico… ma guarda un po’! E ‘scontato che il popolo europeo sia in apprensione e molto timoroso perché oltre al freddo e fame, il vero e grande problema di difficile soluzione, almeno lo è al momento,  è rappresentato dalle forniture di gas alle piccole, medie e grandi industrie e cioè, le cosiddette energivore che hanno bisogno di essere riforniti e a basso costo, diversamente non riusciranno a contenere i costi produttivi e saranno destinati alla chiusura se non proprio al fallimento.  Questi sono le preoccupazioni e i timore di un possibile scenario apocalittico e la sua visione allucinante è ora negli occhi di tutti. Vorrei fantasticare per un attimo e penso che se si potesse tornare indietro nel tempo non tutti sarebbero ancora solidali con l’Ucraina tanto da dichiarare guerra economica al nostro principale fornitore o magari, avrebbero agito con più cautela come consigliavo.  Ora che il panico si sta diffondendo tra il popolo,, ovviamente  si addebitano colpe  e responsabilità a gente del passato che ha stipulato accordi convenienti  con i russi anziché andare a bucare il fondo dell’ l’Adriatico, come fanno i croati, oppure  completare ed incrementare il progetto TAP, il gas che arriva dall’Azerbaijan sulle coste salentine, che ci avrebbe assicurato rifornimenti sicuri già in precedenza… I tanti no del passato ora ci ritornano come… macigni sul groppone e come al solito la colpa è sempre degli altri e mai di chi governa! … 25082022 …by… https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/

La corsa continua degli aumenti dell’energia e un’inflazione prossima all’8% – per quasi l’80% dovuta proprio all’impennata dei prezzi delle materie prime energetiche – mette a rischio da qui ai primi sei mesi del 2023 circa 120mila imprese del terziario di mercato e 370mila posti di lavoro.

È quanto si legge in una nota di Confcommercio-Imprese per l’Italia che ha stimato l’impatto dei recenti aumenti dell’energia e dell’inflazione sulle imprese del terziario di mercato. Tra i settori più esposti, il commercio al dettaglio – in particolare la media e grande distribuzione alimentare che a luglio ha visto quintuplicare le bollette di luce e gas – la ristorazione e gli alberghi con aumenti tripli rispetto a luglio 2021, i trasporti che oltre al caro carburanti (+30-35% da inizio pandemia ad oggi) si trovano ora a dover fermare i mezzi a gas metano per i rincari della materia prima; ma a risentire pesantemente di questa situazione sono anche i liberi professionisti, le agenzie di viaggio, le attività artistiche e sportive, i servizi di supporto alle imprese e il comparto dell’abbigliamento che, dopo una stagione di saldi marginalmente favorevole, si trova oggi a dover sopportare incrementi consistenti. Complessivamente, la spesa in energia per i comparti del terziario nel 2022 ammonterà a 33 miliardi di euro, il triplo rispetto al 2021 (11 mld) e più del doppio rispetto al 2019 (14,9 mld). Uno scenario che desta forte preoccupazione e che, in assenza di interventi specifici e nuove misure di sostegno, rischia – anche alla luce delle ulteriori restrizioni nella fornitura di gas annunciate dalla Russia – di ampliare il numero di imprese che potrebbero cessare l’attività e causare una forte frenata all’economia nella seconda parte dell’anno.

Évidemment non, car ce ne sont que des balles colorées et des effets spéciaux pour nous émerveiller comme d’habitude… En fait aujourd’hui j’ai découvert que le fameux gaz liquide qui devrait arriver des USA par bateaux, ira probablement à Piombino où un bateau de regazéification sera situé qui le convertira de l’état liquide à l’état gazeux, en fait cela nous coûtera vingt fois plus cher que ce qu’il en coûte aux Américains eux-mêmes et heureusement, quel est l’avantage économique pour nous Italiens et Européens de l’avoir ? En définitive c’est Joe Biden, et personne ne le nie, qui a décidé d’appliquer des sanctions économiques sur les fossiles contre la Russie, des restrictions qui s’avèrent mortelles pour nous Européens et s’il vous plaît ne me dites pas que le scénario qui se matérialise n’est-ce pas était prévisible, et Joe le savait bien, car moi-même, un petit analyste, je l’avais budgétisé et même écrit avant même que la guerre russo-ukrainienne n’éclate … soulevant le problème de l’approvisionnement et soulignant à quel point nous étions dépendants de la Russie pour les fossiles et que donc il fallait agir calmement et patiemment et peut-être tergiverser pour déclarer la guerre économique aux Russes car cela nous aurait coûté tellement cher… mais non, tous pris par la frénésie de solidarité idéologique et de défense des libertés que nous avons alignées aux côtés de l’Ukraine sans tenir compte des conséquences. On nous dit depuis des mois que la liberté a un prix… Bon maintenant payons-le en entier, malheureusement je serai obligé de le payer aussi malgré le fait d’être dans d’autres postes, et quand on lit dans les journaux les alertes lancées par les associations de commerçants ou d’industries la catastrophe que nous devrons voir dans les mois à venir en ce moment rien ne bouge… Alors je vous le dis : ne vous inquiétez pas s’il y aura des chômeurs et des affamés, et maintenant on peut aussi ajouter à la froid et ne vous inquiétez pas trop si les entreprises ferment .. oui, car nous nous retrouverons avec la grande satisfaction de souffrir de la faim et du froid pour défendre la liberté du peuple ukrainien. Et quand on entend crier des gens ordinaires, parce qu’ils sont désespérés par l’augmentation des produits alimentaires ou par tant de pauvres qui vont augmenter et par les chômeurs de nombreuses entreprises qui vont fermer .. s’il vous plaît, ne vous détournez pas comme vous l’avez fait pour ans pour les morts et la liberté volée au peuple kurde, à cause des nombreux bombardements en Syrie par les Américains ou des offensives continues contre les Kurdes “par son ami Erdogan” … déjà maintenant il n’est plus un dictateur mais notre cher ami … mais regarde! Il va de soi que les Européens sont inquiets et très craintifs car, outre le froid et la faim, le vrai et grand problème difficile à résoudre, du moins pour le moment, est représenté par l’approvisionnement en gaz des petites, moyennes et grandes industries, c’est-à-dire les soi-disant consommatrices d’énergie qu’il faut approvisionner et à faible coût, faute de quoi elles ne pourront pas contenir les coûts de production et seront vouées à la fermeture sinon à la faillite. Ce sont les inquiétudes et les craintes d’un éventuel scénario apocalyptique et sa vision hallucinante est désormais aux yeux de tous. Je voudrais fantasmer un instant et je pense que si nous pouvions remonter le temps, tout le monde ne serait pas encore suffisamment solidaire avec l’Ukraine pour déclarer la guerre économique à notre principal fournisseur ou peut-être auraient-ils agi avec plus de prudence comme je l’ai conseillé. Globalement, les dépenses énergétiques des secteurs tertiaires s’élèveront en 2022 à 33 milliards d’euros, soit le triple par rapport à 2021 (11 milliards) et plus du double par rapport à 2019 (14,9 milliards). Un scénario très préoccupant et qui, en l’absence d’interventions spécifiques et de nouvelles mesures de soutien, risque – également à la lumière des nouvelles restrictions d’approvisionnement en gaz annoncées par la Russie – d’augmenter le nombre d’entreprises qui pourraient sortir de l’activité et provoquer un fort ralentissement de l’économie au second semestre.
