SE NON CONOSCI L’ARTE… E’ MEGLIO CHE  DORMI!

Dopo l’invasione russa in territorio ucraino e la nostra palese presa di posizione, di tutta l’area NATO, a favore del popolo ucraino, scrissi che la strategia di schierarsi subito contro i russi  sia a livello diplomatico quanto quella economica era sciocca perché sarebbe stata deleteria per noi occidentali ed in particolare per noi europei e che le conseguenze economiche disastrose che avrebbero provocato le sanzioni alla Russia le avremmo viste in piena estate. Erano i primi giorni di marzo e già guardavo con preoccupazione il futuro di quei paesi deboli nelle produzione di gas e petrolio con in testa la Germania e la mia adorata Italia. Non è che io sia un genio assoluto ma ci voleva davvero poco, o niente per chi è un analista dei mercati finanziari, per capire che noi europei non saremo in grado di essere autonomi energicamente non prima del 2027 e forse anche 2030 e nonostante ciò tutti i capi di governo e ministri degli esteri, compreso l’alto commissario della politica estera dell’UE , proni e pronti ad allinearsi alle parole del presidente americano e a dar del maiale e criminale al Presidente della Federazione russa. Pensate che le ingiurie Putin le abbia dimenticate? Non credo che le abbia cestinate… le ha solo conservate nel cassetto della sua scrivania e le tirerà fuori al momento opportuno… scordatevi e cancellatevi dalla capoccia che lui sia un idiota e che non ci restituirà quel che ha ricevuto… Dopo il primo errore di valutazione nell’invasione ha corretto il tiro, riposizionato le sue truppe ed è passato dalla “semplice operazione militare “ alla vera e propria guerra, infatti ora i bombardamenti della seconda fase non sono più mirati come prima e la guerra la si vede in tutta la sua crudeltà e le relazioni diplomatiche sono affidate alla comicità ed ironia che nella storia diplomatica non si riscontrava da secoli, Il Presidente Putin che fa gli auguri al collega Mattarella nella festa della Repubblica italiana dopo che ha visto il suo stesso ambasciatore non essere invitato ufficialmente alla manifestazione è qualcosa che fa davvero ridere. E devo dire che con quel gesto Putin ha dimostrato un senso inedito di ironia ma nel contempo “tiene per le palle tutti i governi occidentali e africani”… perdonate la mia trivialità ma a volte bisogna usare il termine più appropriato per esser chiari nel pensiero, ed è così perché ora oltre il problema rifornimenti fossili si è aggiunto anche quello, serissimo e pericoloso, del grano… apparentemente sembrerebbe una sciocchezza  ma purtroppo in assenza del cereale non potremo “dar le brioche al popolo che ha fame” per plagiare la volontà della Regina francese Maria Antonietta perché in assenza di pane… si rischia esattamente quel che è successo nel 1789 in Francia. Già, potremo avere rivoluzioni a catena e per emulazioni, sommosse e logici scontri tra le forze di polizia e popolazioni, questo è lo scenario prevedibile in Africa mentre in Europa assisteremo alla crescita infinita dei costi dei prodotti alimentari e petroliferi con la allucinante ipotesi, non tanto remota, che tanti africani ed asiatici coglieranno al volo la possibilità di arrivare in Europa ed entrarci con lo status di  “migranti affamati” e noi…. come ci regoleremo quando nei nostri porti arriveranno a centinaia di migliaia e non li potremo fermare perché il nostro ministro degli interni ha una filosofia tutta sua? E come potranno essere fermati se già ora, dato al 31 maggio, sono arrivati solo in Italia in oltre ventimila? E secondo voi, la rotta dei Balcani via Turchia sarà diversa da quella Mediterranea? Eh sì, perché ora il grano è la vera… “bomba nucleare”…  che potrebbe affossare l’Europa sotto i colpi dell’immigrazione e quando tra un paio di mesi il fenomeno non sarà più controllabile come reagiranno i nostri meravigliosi governi occidentali? E’ ovvio che “il macellaio e  criminale” russo  giocherà la sua partita col fine di farci male e anche di brutto, perché poi oltre al grano lui potrà interromperci anche le forniture di gas, quando vuole e a suo piacimento. Per un attimo mettiamo da parte sia il grano che le forniture dei fossili ed ipotizzate se la tanto decantata offensiva ucraina di giugno, grazie alle nostre armi e soldi, potrà essere così efficace e riesca a far indietreggiare i russi sino al mare… Ma se davvero dovesse accadere una roba del genere…  voi pensate che la situazione gas e petrolio resterà così com’è oggi e cioè, che noi potremo averli a nostro piacimento? E’ ovvio che quanto predico dal mese di febbraio è la mia percezione di dover, nostro malgrado, affrontare un periodo di profonda crisi economica e questa possibilità, lo ripeto pe r l’ennesima volta, si poteva evitare dando le armi e soldi sottobanco agli ucraini e rimanendo in ipocrite ma buone relazioni diplomatiche ed economiche con la Russia e non speculare politicamente sulla pelle degli ucraini con slogan di falsa solidarietà e buonismo tutto europeo che già conosciamo da anni con l’accettazione in toto dei migranti durante i periodi di campagna elettorale. Molto bene… il nostro continente si appresta a ricevere milioni di affamati oltre i milioni di ucraini già presenti in Europa senza casa e lavoro e mantenuti da noi… con una produzione in spaventoso calo, un’inflazione che ha già eroso le retribuzioni e che vedrà molte partite IVA “partire per altri lidi” dove sarà possibile lavorare e produrre non escludendo paesi come l’Ungheria, la Cina e la stessa Russia. Un incubo ricorrente. Sempre più minaccioso. È quello di un flusso di migranti continuo, massiccio, ingovernabile. I segnali ormai si ripetono incessanti. Il 28 maggio sulle coste italiane sbarcano in 305. Il giorno dopo sono 360. In quello successivo ne arrivano 562. Il 31 maggio 280, il primo giugno 237, il 2 giugno 316. Dal primo gennaio il totale sbarchi è di 20.028 persone. Impressiona il confronto con gli anni precedenti: l’anno scorso, stesso periodo, eravamo a quota 14.962. L’aumento così quest’anno è di circa il 34%. Nel 2020 giunse nello stesso periodo una cifra quasi irrilevante: 5.358. Ma eravamo in piena pandemia.

Il nodo politico

Il timore sempre più forte del ministero dell’Interno, in Italia ma anche negli altri Paesi dell’Unione affacciati sul Mediterraneo, si fonda sullo scenario disastroso in continuo peggioramento del continente africano. La crisi del grano in Ucraina piomba come una bomba atomica su un continente già disseminato ovunque di rovine e macerie. Ma il non detto dei politici europei responsabili del governo dei flussi è un altro. Il conflitto russo ucraino resterà per mesi in primo piano. Insieme alle conseguenze economiche devastanti per tutti già adesso. Così la criticità dei viaggi disperati degli immigrati, mai davvero diventata priorità politica, ora rischia di restare di nuovo in seconda fila. Come minimo.

L’iniziativa di Lamorgese

La titolare del Viminale si muove nel paradosso di un terreno noto ma intriso di incognite. Le rotte dei flussi

I viaggi della disperazione seguono percorso noti. A intensità variabile. Approdano in Sicilia, certo, ma sempre di più anche sulle coste ioniche della Calabria. Va ricordato il sistema complesso di monitoraggio e intervento: Guardia Costiera, Guardia di Finanza, Polizia delle Frontiere, prefetti, dipartimento delle Libertà civili del ministero Interno. Di certo, le Ong (organizzazioni non governative) si stanno muovendo per i soccorsi. I segnali sono stati già accertati.

Eran los primeros días de marzo y ya miraba con preocupación el futuro de aquellos países débiles en la producción de gas y petróleo, pensando en Alemania y mi querida Italia. No es que sea un genio absoluto pero a los que somos analistas de mercados financieros les costó muy poco, o nada, entender que los europeos no podremos ser energéticamente autónomos no antes de 2027 y quizás incluso de 2030 y, a pesar de ello, todo el jefes de gobierno y ministros de relaciones exteriores, incluido el alto comisionado de política exterior de la UE, propensos y listos para alinearse con las palabras del presidente estadounidense y llamar al presidente de la Federación Rusa un cerdo y un criminal. ¿Crees que Putin ha olvidado sus insultos?
