VERGOGNA RAZZISTA !

Ci siamo, ora l’opera d’arte della discriminazione razziale è completa… a dir la verità, e provocatoriamente parlando, non capisco cosa stiano aspettando i parlamentari italiani ed europei ad approvare una legge razziale e alla  sua promulgazione contro…  la “razza dei russi e bielorussi”, almeno così potrei convincermi e farmi una ragione sul perché dell’esclusione degli “atleti diversamente abili”… russi e bielorussi dai giochi di Pechino 2022, le Paralimpiadi giusto per esser precisi, dedicati ai portatori di handicap. Certo perché proprio non riesco a mandar giù l’idea che delle persone con evidenti disabilità vengano ancor di più penalizzate nella vita ed escluse dai giochi olimpici, anche perché penso che nulla hanno a che fare con la guerra in corso. Le Paralimpiadi sono un evento molto particolare e di una sensibilità unica nel suo genere…  sono giochi riservati a chi nella vita è nato sfortunato oppure a chi ha subito una menomazione causata da un incidente o da una malattia e per loro è una vetrina mondiale di rilancio morale e rivincita nella vita… Già, per un disabile essere gratificato in una competizione sportiva o addirittura riuscire a conquistare una medaglia potrebbe rappresentare l’apice della gloria e il raggiungimento di un obiettivo che lo ripaghi da tanta sfortuna e lo invogli a vivere meglio la sua vita come un essere umano di… assoluta normalità e valore, questo è in sintesi la psicologia di chi è “diversamente abile” e noi occidentali l’abbiamo volgarmente cestinata nel rispetto del pensiero unico che obbliga che tutto dev’essere contro i russi ed ora anche contro i bielorussi… e sinceramente veder discriminati dei disabili mi chiedo quale insegnamento lasciamo ai posteri e alle nuove leve… per come la vedo io è una “vergogna epocale” e non ci sono giustificazioni… E’ scontato che l’atleta disabile abbia in sé lo spirito della competizione sportiva che nulla ha a che fare con i principi politici, conflitti militari o peggio razziali e ricordo a tutti che i giochi olimpici sono la massima espressione dello sport e… “promuovono l’abbattimento di ogni barriera o confine tra i popoli” e quindi,  da un profonda riflessione per quanto scritto come devo interpretare lo “spirito olimpico” del Comitato Internazionale Paralimpico ? Come al solito si predica bene quando conviene ma poi si razzola male e contro gli stessi principi quando vi è la necessità di farlo.  Cosa diavolo c’entra la guerra tra russi ed ucraini con il mondo sportivo olimpico  dei diversamente abili ? Perché discriminare degli atleti, che credo non abbiano nessuna colpa né responsabilità, visto che non sono parte attiva nel conflitto né potrebbero partecipare fisicamente considerando le loro condizioni fisiche ? Quindi dopo l’abbattimento delle figure culturali russe ora si è passati a quelle sportive e mi chiedo che diavolo è diventato e dove è andato a finire lo “spirito sportivo e olimpico” se si discriminano gli atleti per questioni di conflitti armati, politici o religiosi ? Nel passato ci sono state altre situazioni di contrasti politici tra URSS e mondo occidentale, ovviamente i giovani non ricordano n’è a loro noto, ma in quei casi erano i governi che autonomamente decidevano di non partecipare ai giochi olimpici con l’inno e la bandiera nazionale ma i loro atleti, se intendevano farlo, potevano  partecipare nel rispetto di quei valori di indipendenza dalle questioni belliche. Che dire, l’occidente vuol vendere la democrazia a tutti e poi si  tradisce e perde banalmente la possibilità di dimostrare che il rispetto per gli uomini e la libertà individuale sono beni preziosi ed intoccabili… ma non è stato fatto e il C.I.P. si dovrebbe vergognare per aver umiliato dei disabili che indipendentemente dalla loro nazionalità hanno tutta la mia solidarietà. In ultimo un ringraziamento particolare va ai “soliti media italiani ed europei”… nessun servizio televisivo né una citazione a questo vergognoso ed inenarrabile episodio… la guerra è una cosa orribile ma voi del C.I.P. ieri avete dichiarato guerra anche a dei disabili…. e non cercate giustificazioni perché non ce ne sono, potevate farli partecipare senza inno e bandiera dei loro Paesi  e il problema si sarebbe risolto e lo spirito olimpico preservato e salvato… E’ evidente che voi non siete proprio come me, per voi le soluzioni son sempre di carattere politico e proni al potere… Bravissimi… avete inciso nella storia una pagina nera di vera discriminazione razziale ed ingiustificata che resterà una macchia indelebile nella storia delle Olimpiadi per i diversamente abili e creerà un precedente molto pericoloso. 04032022 https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/

Alla vigilia della cerimonia d’apertura, l’Ipc è costretta a tornare sui suoi passi dopo la decisione di far gareggiare gli atleti sotto bandiera neutra: “La guerra è arrivata ai Giochi. Dopo la nostra decisione, molte nazioni hanno minacciato di ritirarsi e così facendo non avremmo avuto competizioni regolari. Agli 83 atleti coinvolti dico che siete vittime delle azioni dei vostri governi”

Gli atleti provenienti da Russia e Bielorussia non potranno partecipare alle Paralimpiadi invernali del 2022 di Pechino al via domani, 4 marzo, neanche da “neutrali” come deciso in un primo momento. Prosegue la mobilitazione dello sport dopo l’attacco all’Ucraina e in questo senso viaggia anche la decisione del Comitato Internazionale Paralimpico. Una decisione che Mosca ha definito “mostruosa”.

“La guerra è arrivata a questi Giochi”

Andrew Parsons, presidente del comitato paralimpico internazionale, ha dichiarato: “All’IPC siamo fermamente convinti che sport e politica non debbano mescolarsi. Tuttavia, non per colpa sua, la guerra è ora arrivata a questi Giochi e dietro le quinte molti governi stanno avendo un’influenza sul nostro amato evento. L’IPC è un’organizzazione basata sui vari comitati e siamo ricettivi alle opinioni delle nostre organizzazioni. Quando i nostri membri hanno eletto il Consiglio nel dicembre 2021, è stato per mantenere e sostenere i principi, i valori e le regole del Movimento Paralimpico. In quanto membri del Consiglio, questa è una responsabilità e un dovere che prendiamo molto sul serio”.

“Scelta obbligata per salvare i Giochi”

La decisione presa oggi è arrivata dopo le pressioni di vari comitati. “L’escaltion è stata una sorpresa. Nessuno di noi pensava che intere delegazioni si sarebbero ritirate o avrebbero minacciato di farlo dopo anni di allenamenti e fatiche. E’ stata una sorpresa. Capiamo e immaginavamo la posizione dell’Ucraina. Ci abbiamo parlato. Ma molte delegazioni hanno minacciato di avere la stessa reazione. Nelle ultime 12 ore un numero considerevole di comitati ci ha detto che se non avessimo riconsiderato la nostra decisione, era probabile che ci sarebbero state gravi conseguenze per i Giochi Paralimpici Invernali di Pechino 2022. Numerosi comitati paralimpici, alcuni dei quali sono stati contattati dai loro governi, squadre e atleti, stanno minacciando di non competere”.

83 atleti russi e bielorussi costretti a rientrare

“Agli atleti paralimpici dei due paesi diciamo che siamo molto dispiaciuti – prosegue il presidente dell’Ipc – che siate colpiti dalle decisioni che i vostri governi hanno preso la scorsa settimana violando la tregua olimpica. Siete vittime delle azioni dei vostri governi. 83 atleti Paralimpici sono direttamente interessati da questa decisione. Tuttavia, se questi dovessero restare qui a Pechino, è probabile che le nazioni si ritirino e non avremmo Giochi validi. Se ciò dovesse accadere, l’impatto sarebbe di portata molto più ampia”. Poi Parsons ha parlato dell’aria che si respira dentro il villaggio olimpico. “Ogni bomba che cade sull’Ucraina genera disgusto e rabbia. Dobbiamo fermare tutto questo. Il Cremlino: “Decisione mostruosa”

Il portavoce del Cremlino, Dmitry Peskov, ha definito una disgrazia la decisione di bandire gli atleti russi e bielorussi dalle Paralimpiadi. “Questa situazione è mostruosa. È una vergogna per il Comitato paralimpico internazionale, non riesco a trovare altre parole per descriverla”, ha detto all’agenzia di stampa statale Tass. “Condanniamo l’Ipc per questa decisione”.

Voilà, maintenant l’œuvre d’art de la discrimination raciale est terminée … à vrai dire, et de manière provocante, je ne comprends pas ce qu’attendent les parlementaires italiens et européens pour approuver une loi raciale et sa promulgation contre … la “race des Russes et des Biélorusses”, au moins pour que je puisse me convaincre et comprendre pourquoi l’exclusion des “athlètes handicapés” … Russes et Biélorusses des jeux de Pékin 2022, les Jeux paralympiques pour être précis, dédiés à la porteurs de handicap. Bien sûr, parce que je ne peux tout simplement pas avaler l’idée que les personnes avec des handicaps évidents soient encore plus pénalisées dans la vie et exclues des Jeux Olympiques, aussi parce que je pense qu’elles n’ont rien à voir avec la guerre en cours. Les Paralympiques sont un événement très spécial avec une sensibilité unique… ce sont des jeux réservés à ceux qui sont nés malchanceux dans la vie ou à ceux qui ont subi une déficience causée par un accident ou une maladie et pour eux c’est une vitrine mondiale. vengeance morale et vengeance dans la vie… Oui, pour une personne handicapée être gratifié dans une compétition sportive ou même pouvoir remporter une médaille pourrait représenter le summum de la gloire et l’atteinte d’un but qui le rembourse pour tant de malheur et l’attire lui de mieux vivre sa vie d’être humain de… normalité et valeur absolues, c’est en résumé la psychologie de ceux qui sont “handicapés” et nous occidentaux l’avons vulgairement saccagée dans le respect de la seule pensée qui oblige à ce que tout soit ‘étant contre les Russes et maintenant aussi contre les Biélorusses… et voyant sincèrement les personnes handicapées discriminées je me demande quel enseignement nous laissons à la postérité et aux nouvelles recrues… pour combien Je vois que c’est une “honte d’époque” et il n’y a aucune justification … Il va de soi que l’athlète handicapé a en lui l’esprit de compétition sportive qui n’a rien à voir avec des principes politiques, militaires ou pire des conflits raciaux et je rappeler à tous que les Jeux Olympiques sont la plus haute expression du sport et … “favorisent la démolition de toute barrière ou frontière entre les peuples” et donc, à partir d’une profonde réflexion sur ce qui est écrit, comment je dois interpréter “l’esprit olympique” du Comité Paralympique International ? Comme d’habitude, nous prêchons bien quand cela nous convient mais ensuite nous grattons mal et contre les mêmes principes quand c’est nécessaire. Qu’est-ce que la guerre entre Russes et Ukrainiens a à voir avec le monde sportif olympique des handicapés ? Pourquoi discriminer des athlètes qui, selon moi, n’ont ni faute ni responsabilité, étant donné qu’ils ne participent pas activement au conflit et qu’ils ne pourraient pas y participer physiquement compte tenu de leur condition physique ? Donc, après le meurtre de personnalités culturelles russes, nous sommes maintenant passés au sport et je me demande ce qu’il est devenu et où est passé “l’esprit sportif et olympique” si les athlètes sont discriminés pour des raisons de conflits armés, politiques ou religieux . ? Dans le passé, il y a eu d’autres situations de conflit politique entre l’URSS et le monde occidental, évidemment les jeunes ne s’en souviennent pas, mais dans ces cas, ce sont les gouvernements qui ont décidé de manière autonome de ne pas participer aux Jeux Olympiques avec l’hymne et le drapeau national mais leurs athlètes, s’ils le souhaitaient, pourraient participer dans le respect de ces valeurs d’indépendance vis-à-vis des enjeux de guerre. Que dire, l’Occident veut vendre la démocratie à tout le monde et puis se trahit et perd trivialement l’occasion de démontrer que le respect des hommes et la liberté individuelle sont des atouts précieux et intouchables… mais cela n’a pas été fait et le C.I.P. il devrait avoir honte d’humilier des personnes handicapées qui, quelle que soit leur nationalité, ont toute ma solidarité. Enfin, un merci spécial aux “médias italiens et européens habituels” … pas de reportage télévisé ni de mention à cet épisode honteux et innommable … la guerre est une chose horrible mais vous du C.I.P. hier vous avez aussi déclaré la guerre aux personnes handicapées…. et ne cherchez pas de justifications car il n’y en a pas, vous pourriez les faire participer sans l’hymne et le drapeau de leur pays et le problème serait résolu et l’esprit olympique préservé et sauvé … Force est de constater que vous n’êtes pas tout à fait comme moi, pour vous les solutions sont toujours d’ordre politique et enclines au pouvoir… Bravissimi… vous avez gravé dans l’histoire une page noire de véritables discriminations raciales et injustifiées qui restera une tache indélébile dans l’histoire des JO pour handicapés et créera un précédent très dangereux. 04032022 https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/

A la veille de la cérémonie d’ouverture, l’IPC est contraint de revenir sur ses pas après la décision de laisser les athlètes concourir sous le drapeau au neutre : “La guerre est arrivée aux Jeux.
