Nuove ed incredibili, aggiungo quanto terrificanti e allucinanti, le notizie e i raccapriccianti particolari che stanno emergendo sul ritrovamento dell’arsenale di armi e bombe a mano che ci giungono dalla città pugliese di Andria. È ovvio quanto scontato che il quantitativo di armi e materiale ritrovato nella masseria si ricolleghi a qualche importante organizzazione legato al mondo della malavita pugliese o forse della camorra o della mafia. Certo è che ci sono tutti i necessari requisiti e presupposti per definirlo un deposito della mafia, infatti solo un’organizzazione di quello stile è in grado di approvvigionarsi, acquistare e gestire un ingente quantitativo di armi e riuscire a stoccarlo in una masseria, luogo certamente affidabile considerato il notevole quantitativo di armi. Quindi riflettiamo un attimino sulle modalità dello spostamento di quel materiale per capire chi c’è dietro… la roba ha viaggiato in perfetta copertura e su furgoni o addirittura su dei camion, e per farlo arrivare sino alla masseria in assoluta tranquillità sicuramente i conducenti dei veicoli in questione avevano delle precise informazioni sul come muoversi nella zona e quali zone soggette a controllo da evitare. Quindi che si sia di fronte alla mafia o altra organizzazione è cosa certa, basta capire ora chi sono i “complici dell’alto livello” anche perché serve capire quale sia il livello di sviluppo evolutivo malavitoso nella regione Puglia … È ovvio quanto sorprendente che vedere associato il nominativo del Gip di Bari, De Benedictis, rammento che lo stesso è stato arrestato giorni fa per aver pilotato le inchieste d’accordo con un avvocato di Bari, al ritrovamento di armi nella masseria andriese mi lascia interdetto e forse non solo me ! Quindi il magistrato non solo è colluso con l’avvocato arrestato ma addirittura appare un “mammasantissima”… “un pezzo da 90” , infatti col passar delle ore la sua figura e il suo ruolo appaiono più vicino a quello di un boss mafioso che ad un rispettato e solerte magistrato. Poi c’è anche il risvolto giudiziario, e già… perché essendo un magistrato vien da pensare a chissà quanti delinquenti abbia salvato da una pena e galera certa e all’opposto, a chissà quanti avrà “regalato dei torti”. Altro che uscito dal tunnel della disperazione e pronto a collaborare con la giustizia come lui ha dichiarato giorni fa… poteva farlo prima se soffriva a vivere in quello stato ! Per come la vedo io quello è un vero “Padrino” della mafia pugliese e l’avvocato forse è il suo braccio destro, spero di sbagliarmi appieno, e tutte quelle armi sarebbero servite ad imporre la loro volontà da perfetto clan mafioso padrone del territorio delle province di Bari e Andria e forse anche della zona di Foggia. Sì, ne sono convinto, la procura di Lecce ha visto giusto e sicuramente sta agendo con tatto e fine intelligenza e sicuramente nei prossimi giorni assisteremo ad altri arresti eccellenti. 65 kalashnikov per essere utilizzati occorrono 65 uomini oppure l’arsenale è un semplice deposito di smistamento e vendita di armi. Insomma, da come la si vuol leggere e vedere laq questione quello dell’arresto del gip di Bari è una vera “bomba atomica della magistratura pugliese”… la cui deflagrazione colpirà ancora e i cui effetti li vedremo a breve. Sospetto – quello della reale proprietà delle armi – corroborato dalle dichiarazioni spontanee rese dall’imprenditore agricolo dopo la perquisizione.
Tannoia è indagato per detenzione illegale di armi e ricettazione (alcune delle armi ritrovate, da guerra e comuni, sono risultate clandestine, senza matricola, di provenienza delittuosa). La misura cautelare a suo carico è stata disposta dal gip del Tribunale di Trani Ivan Barlafante, su richiesta della Procura, al termine dell’udienza di convalida dell’arresto in flagranza di reato. Davanti al gip Tannoia si è avvalso della facoltà di non rispondere, riservandosi di fornire la sua versione fatti ai magistrati salentini titolari del fascicolo. Ma in sede di dichiarazioni spontanee ha già riferito agli agenti che le armi non erano sue: il locale in cui sono state ritrovate era nella disponibilità del giudice De Benedictis, la cui passione per le armi è molto nota negli ambienti giudiziari.
LA DIFESA DEL GIUDICE: STA MALE – «E’ irriconoscibile. Chiederemo che venga sottoposto d’urgenza ad un visita medico-legale di parte perché temiamo per la sua salute». Lo riferiscono i legali dell’ex gip di Bari Giuseppe De Benedictis, detenuto nel carcere di Lecce dal 24 aprile nell’ambito dell’inchiesta sulle presunte scarcerazioni di pregiudicati in cambio di mazzette di denaro. Questa mattina i legali di De Benedictis, Saverio Ingraffia e Gianfranco Schirone, hanno avuto un colloquio in carcere con il proprio assistito, al termine del quale hanno ravvisato la gravità dello stato psico-fisico in cui l’ex giudice si troverebbe, confermato a loro dire anche dal medico del carcere. «Non riesce a toccare cibo – racconta l’avv.Schirone -. Non è stato in grado neppure di sostenere il colloquio, di fornirci un benché minimo contributo. Non è presente e non risponde ad alcuno stimolo. Si è lasciato andare. Nelle prossime ore chiederemo una perizia medico-legale perché il timore per la sua salute è davvero molto alto».
Nelle prossime ore il gip del Tribunale di Lecce Giulia Proto deciderà sulla richiesta di arresti domiciliari avanzata dai due legali al termine dell’interrogatorio di garanzia di De Benedictis le cui dimissioni dalla magistratura sono state accolte dal Csm.
