Quando uno stato che si professa democratico e applica rigorosamente tutte le norme costituzionali e dove la giustizia, elemento fondante di uno stato di diritto, funziona senza “sbavature ideologiche” giudicando imparzialmente i colpevoli, allora lo si può definire uno stato moderno civile ed equo e corretto nell’applicazione delle sue leggi. Queste sono le basilari regole e principi di uno stato liberal democratico e non quelle di uno stato canaglia dove il despota o dittatore di turno gestisce la giustizia a proprio piacimento e a seconda delle convenienze. Tutti ricorderanno l’attentato dinamitardo dell’aereo britannico a Lockerbie in Scozia, fatto in briciole nel dicembre 1988, che causò la morte di 270 persone, i responsabili dell’attentato terroristico furono individuati in due terroristi libici, presunti agenti segreti del governo di Gheddafi, l’allora leader del paese, despota e padrone assoluto della Libia. Ricordo molto bene l’ira dei britannici e la richiesta di estradizione dei due terroristi ovviamente non accolta, Gheddafi si oppose tenacemente, perché nei fatti il mandante era lui, e “proteggeva i suoi sicari di morte”. Un tira e molla che è durato sino al 2002 poi il dittatore si è dovuto piegare alla giustizia e spedire i criminali in Inghilterra per il giusto processo. Ovviamente sto parlando di un episodio drammatico che vedeva da una parte un governo democratico e civile e dall’altra un paese totalitario e terrorista che non ha neanche uno straccio di costituzione ma solo leggi legate ai cammelli e tende da deserto. Ora pensiamo un attimo al gioco delle scambio delle parti e al posto della Libia ci mettiamo la Francia e a quello della Gran Bretagna lo sostituiamo con l’Italia. I morti del terrorismo ci sono e quindi siamo a posto, solo che di terroristi anziché due ce ne mettiamo 10. L’equazione così è completa ma le cose non tornano perché non mi risulta che la Francia sia sotto dittatura dal lontano 1975 e quindi mi riesce difficile capire perché non abbia consegnato dei terroristi allo stato italiano e che nei fatti ha protetto degli assassini, si consideri che tra l’altro l’Italia aveva presentato alle autorità francesi una regolare rogatoria per l’estradizione. Gheddafi cedette e la Francia no… è incredibile ma vero ! E la cosa più grave è che neanche la creazione dell’Unione Europea ha determinato un cambio di marcia per l’estradizione di terroristi della peggior razza… e cioè quella “comunista terrorista”. Quindi dopo aver difeso ad oltranza i terroristi” il regime francese” a differenza di Gheddafi non li ha consegnati all’Italia ma ora sono sempre liberi di circolare nel paese transalpino perché… la costituzione, quella francese, ora “garantisce dei terroristi sino al processo in Cassazione”… ma guarda un po’ ! Ma se sono dei terroristi e quindi giunti in Francia da clandestini… allora mi chiedo : come hanno fatto ad aver ricevuto la cittadinanza francese ? Quindi paradossalmente ai terroristi brigatisti bisogna garantire dei diritti… e3 allora chiedo se la stessa cosa è garantita anche per i terroristi islamici della strage di Charlie Hebdo ?Qui la logica si arresta inesorabilmente perché non si può concedere ancora la libertà a dei terroristi dopo che hanno vissuto serenamente per 40 anni. Il patetico è che i radical chic francesi, sì… quelli che sono contro i fascisti, li difendono a spada tratta i terroristi comunisti… come a voler dire al mondo intero che i criminali comunisti terroristi hanno agito nel giusto ad ammazzare i “servi dello stato italiano in servizio”… nonché padri di famiglia e mariti di donne che sono diventate vedove per il resto della loro vita. In tutta questa vicenda almeno Gheddafi ha avuto un sussulto di dignità nel consegnare i criminali alla Gran Bretagna, mente il governo francese con in capo Macron non hanno neanche più quella anche se oggi registro una bellissima presa di posizione del ministro della giustizia. A distanza di oltre 40 anni ci sono ancora figli che piangono i loro padri vittime delle brigate rosse e attendono ancora giustizia. Gli assassini devono essere incarcerati perché sono dei criminali e condannati all’ergastolo dalle sentenze dai tribunali Italiani e… punto. Il governo francese e Macron si vergognassero del loro comportamento, è un insulto a tutto il mondo civile occidentale.

L’appello a Macron degli intellettuali francesi è quanto di più orribile ci possa essere. Ci siete o ci fate
La radicalchiccaggine, scusate il neologismo, sta tutta in una delle 30 firme apposte da sedicenti intellettuali all’appello in difesa dei terroristi rossi arrestati (e subito liberati) in Francia. Tra i nomi spunta quello di Valéria Bruni-Tedeschi, scritto proprio così, con l’accento sulla “e” che possono vantare solo i francesi di sangue e i radical chic di un certo peso.
Quell’orrido manifesto andrebbe letto, riletto, esposto al ludibrio della pubblica piazza, portato nelle scuole per dire: cari ragazzi, fate di tutto per non diventare mai così. Chi scrive è nato nel 1992, Craxi volgeva al termine e il terrorismo rosso era già un mezzo ricordo del passato. Quindi l’irritazione cutanea provocata dal leggere quell’appello a Macron non è l’effetto di alcun condizionamento temporale o ideologico. È solo il fastidio per le stupidaggini che vi sono scritte.
Fa infatti specie leggere parole come “rifugiati” riferite a sette terroristi rossi (non ex, ma ancora tali), quando quei signori sono scappati dal Paese che voleva solo giudicarli per i loro crimini. Fa orrore leggere del “doloroso esilio” che avrebbero vissuto a Parigi, quando i familiari delle vittime ancora non riescono a rimarginare le ferite di quegli assassinii. Fa senso sentir parlare di “spaventapasseri” utilizzati “per scopi politici”, quando pretendere il rientro nelle patrie galere di un manipolo di criminali dovrebbe essere il fondamento di ogni Stato liberale.
Macché “vendetta”, cari radical chic. Ma davvero riuscite a dire che quei signori erano attivisti “impegnati” nella violenza politica, come se ammazzare fosse un lavoro normale? Della serie: “Mi scusi, lei: che lavoro fa?”. “Mah, niente: l’impiegato in una banda di terrorismo politico”. Ci siete, o ci fate? “Il contesto era diverso”, dite. Certo. Un tempo era molto peggio. Ed è per questo che sono riusciti a rifarsi una vita in Francia senza pagare per i loro errori. Nel senso che anni fa il “contesto” si poteva riassumere in un caldissimo brodo culturale che allevò quei “compagni che sbagliano” e li armò ideologicamente. Loro erano il braccio armato di un’ideologia che aveva tanti sostenitori. E mentre i malandrini di destra venivano giustamente trattati da criminali, quelli di sinistra godevano di un’aura di giustificatoria comprensione. Niente di più orribile.
Racconta oggi Vittorio Feltri un aneddoto inquietante: il giorno dell’assassinio della scorta di Aldo Moro, durante un convegno di sindacalisti, all’annuncio del rapimento dell’esponente Dc la platea scattò in un fragoroso applauso.
Ecco, miei cari radical chic: voi siete rimasti a quell’applauso. Vi scorticate ancora le mani ben curate per sostenere gente che non merita neppure il rispetto che si può concedere a chi ha combattuto una guerra “dalla parta sbagliata”. Perché allora non ci fu alcuna guerra civile, nessuna “strategia della tensione” che potesse giustificare l’uccisione di giornalisti, politici, operai, gente comune. Si chiamano omicidi, punto.
E poco importa se per 40 anni la giustizia francese li ha coccolati. Poco importa se decine di presidenti, di destra e di sinistra, si sono accomodati al vostro tavolo ricoperto di caviale e mezze bugie. E sì, il loro arresto equivale – come scrivete – ad accusare l’amministrazione francese “di aver protetto, per quaranta anni, degli assassini”. Perché è proprio questo quello che è successo: l’Eliseo ha protetto dei criminali. Punto. Pietrostefani e soci non hanno “deposto le armi” come fanno i combattenti in guerra, sono solo scappati dai loro guai giudiziari. Vi hanno fatto credere di essere combattenti di una battaglia giusta, a volte di essere innocenti, e gli avete pure creduto. Non vi è bastato sostenere Cesare Battisti, il quale vi ha infinocchiato per anni per poi confessare i suoi delitti una volta finito dentro le patrie galere?
Poco importa, infine, se ormai sono dei rispettabili cittadini francesi, se hanno lavorato come impiegati nello Stato, se hanno 80 anni e si sono rifatti una vita. Non c’è debito con la giustizia che non si debba pagare, soprattutto quando il crimine è così odioso e la ferita storica tanto profonda. Cari intellettuali radical chic, fateci e fatevi un favore: smettetela di difendere l’indifendibile. Lasciate perdere appelli pettinati e lettere pseudo libertarie. Lasciate che l’Italia sani la sua ferita. E non ci rompete le scatole.

Et tandis que les maraudeurs de droite étaient traités à juste titre comme des criminels, les gauchistes jouissaient d’une aura de compréhension justifiée. Rien de plus horrible.

Enfin, peu importe qu’ils soient maintenant des citoyens français respectables, s’ils ont travaillé comme salariés dans l’État, s’ils ont 80 ans et ont reconstruit une vie. Il n’y a pas de dette envers la justice qui ne devrait pas être payée, surtout lorsque le crime est si odieux et la blessure historique si profonde. Chers intellectuels du chic radical, faites-nous plaisir et rendez-vous service: arrêtez de défendre l’indéfendable. Oubliez les appels peignés et les lettres pseudo libertaires. Que l’Italie guérisse sa blessure. Et ne nous
