CHI SONO I VERI COLPEVOLI ?
Bruttissima storia di una rapina fallita dovuta alla tempestiva ed immediata reazione del titolare della gioielleria contro dei rapinatori che picchiavano moglie e figlia in tentativo violento di rapina… che vede come tragico epilogo la morte stessa di due banditi ed un terzo, loro complice, ferito e in stato di arresto in ospedale, tutti e tre oggetto e bersaglio di un’arma da fuoco… In coscienza questa volta, e per la apparente dinamica descritta dallo sfortunato commerciante, non mi sento assolutamente di biasimare la vittima per aver reagito efficacemente con coraggio e rabbia all’ennesima violenza dei rapinatori a danno dei suoi familiari e della solita oreficeria. Non è la prima volta che il gioielliere subisce una rapina e c’è anche da aggiungere, elemento importante, che l’altra volta gli è “andata malissimo” all’orefice e alla propria moglie, e collaboratrice, in termini fisici… Questa volta invece il risvolto è cambiato… due dei tre rapinatori hanno pagato a caro prezzo e con la vita la loro azione criminale in quanto il commerciante si era premunito, legittimamente, armandosi in previsione di nuova ed ipotetica rapina. Ora si sta indagando sulla scena del crimine per capire meglio le dinamiche della sparatoria… va bene è rito di prassi, tuttavia ritengo che le colpe dell’ennesima scena da far West debbano essere addebitate esclusivamente ai tanti governi precedenti ed a quello attuale… Già, li metto sotto accusa attribuendo loro il fallimento delle politiche economiche nazionali, questo almeno è il mio punto di vista, perché i politici non hanno ancora capito che non si può tenere “alla fame il popolo italiano” ad oltranza e nonostante una spaventosa crisi economica che strozza il paese dal lontano 2008 poi aggravata da quella pandemica… E’ ovvio che la delinquenza minuta ed organizzata cresca a dismisura e si sviluppi in modo esponenziale e in più, c’è da considerare anche che la delinquenza di livello sta diventando sempre più l’attività preferita da chi non vuol lavorare o non riesce a trovare un impiego. La criminalità pericolosa è un fenomeno che già annunciavo dallo scorso anno mentre i saccenti ed arroganti del governo, Conti 1 e 2, hanno ignorato il problema… infatti tanti soggetti, dal nord al sud dell’Italia, che vivevano di espedienti, prima dalla pandemia e sino al marzo 2020, nei fatti hanno perso la loro unica occupazione fatta proprio di quegli “espedienti quotidiani”… e ad aggravare la loro situazione c’è da registrare l’assenza di ristori o redditi di emergenza che nei fatti non hanno mai ricevuto perché a tanti di loro non spettano… quindi in parole povere… ora sono costretti a delinquere per sbarcare il lunario perché tanti do questi non hanno i risparmi in banca per sopravvivere. In tutta questa drammatica vicenda quel che irrita è come sempre l’informazione, non sappiamo niente di niente dei rapinatori deceduti né ci viene fornito qualche dettaglio… così giusto per capire se sono degli italiani o meno, eh sì… è un elemento importante conoscere la nazionalità dei rapinatori, può essere molto utile in chiave di lettura per comprendere il nuovo fenomeno delinquenziale degli ultimi anni, sia in termini di spaccio che di rapine, indi affrontarlo in modo opportuno e soprattutto capire in ambito immigratorio le intenzioni di chi arriva da noi e per mettere in luce, e una volta e per sempre, la loro identità e status, se da profugo o da potenziale delinquente. Già non aver letto della nazionalità dei rapinatori deceduti e di quello ferito mi pare uno sciocco tentativo di coprire l’informazione e sviarla, anche perché da domani di questa vicenda se ne parlerà per mesi ed anni… visto che il gioielliere è già indagato per eccesso di legittima difesa… Vediamo chi sono i rapinatori e come si svolgeranno le indagini.

(ANSA) – CUNEO, 29 APR – E’ indagato dalla Procura di Asti per omicidio colposo ed eccesso di legittima difesa Mario Roggero, il gioielliere di 66 anni che ha reagito a un tentativo di rapina nel suo negozio di Grinzane Cavour uccidendo due banditi e ferendone un terzo. “E’ un momento difficile per il mio assistito, straziato da quanto successo e per essersi trovato in una situazione drammatica”, spiega l’avvocato Stefano Campanello, che difende l’uomo.
“Non abbiamo ancora ricevuto l’avviso di garanzia – precisa – ma il mio assistito ritiene comunque di aver fatto quanto necessario per salvare la sua vita e quella dei suoi familiari. E’ molto scosso”. (ANSA).

(ANSA) – CUNEO, APRIL 29 – Mario Roggero, the 66-year-old jeweler who reacted to an attempted robbery in his shop in Grinzane Cavour, killing two bandits and injuring a third. “It is a difficult moment for my client, heartbroken by what happened and for having found himself in a dramatic situation”, explains the lawyer Stefano Campanello, who defends the man.

Très mauvaise histoire d’un vol raté en raison de la réaction opportune et immédiate du propriétaire de la bijouterie contre les voleurs qui ont battu sa femme et sa fille dans une violente tentative de vol … qui voit la mort de deux bandits et d’un troisième, leur complice, en épilogue tragique. blessé et en état d’arrestation à l’hôpital, les trois objets et cibles d’une arme à feu … En conscience cette fois, et pour l’apparente dynamique décrite par le malheureux commerçant, je n’ai absolument pas envie de blâmer la victime pour avoir réagi efficacement avec courage et colère à la énième violence des voleurs au détriment de sa famille et de l’art habituel de l’orfèvrerie. Ce n’est pas la première fois que le bijoutier subit un vol et il y a aussi à ajouter, un élément important, que l’autre fois il s’est “très mal passé” chez l’orfèvre et sa femme, et collaboratrice, sur le plan physique … le temps, cependant, l’implication a changé … deux des trois voleurs ont payé cher et de leur vie pour leur action criminelle car le commerçant s’était légitimement protégé en s’armant en prévision d’un nouveau et hypothétique vol. C’est un élément important pour connaître la nationalité des voleurs, cela peut être très utile en termes d’interprétation pour comprendre le nouveau phénomène délinquant de ces dernières années, à la fois en termes de trafic de drogue et de vols, puis le traiter de manière appropriée et surtout comprendre les intentions de nous vient et mettre en évidence, une fois pour toutes, leur identité et leur statut, que ce soit en tant que réfugié ou en tant que criminel potentiel.
