IL NUOVO RICHELIEU E… RE MACRON!

Se il ministro dell’interno e d’oltremare francese, Gerald Darmanin, oggi avesse pubblicato su Facebook un  post il cui contenuto è un chiaro invito gli altri Paesi e membri dell’Unione europea  a non accettare migranti clandestine accolti dall’Italia sulle sue coste… beh, il social, conoscendo il suo  modus operandi severo su certe questioni, lo avrebbe bloccato per un mese… giustificando la cancellazione del post come una chiara violazione alle regole del social  ed inquadrato come vera e propria incitazione all’odio razziale. E’ proprio così, mi soffermo sulle dichiarazioni del ministro francese che non è un capo di governo, né il Presidente francese Macron ma una semplice pedina della formazione di governo… ed è un soggetto alquanto singolare ed appare ciarliero ed  anomalo nella questione della Nave Ong che attraccherà a Tolone, salvo, ipotesi non remota, che gli ordini gli vengono impartiti dall’alto presidenziale nel rigoroso silenzio. Infatti ispira sospetto nel vederlo arrogarsi  e scagliarsi con una sortita offensiva senza precedenti nei rapporti bilaterali contro l’Italia…  La minaccia  espressa  a mo’ di ripicca è qualcosa che nelle diplomazie non portano mai a niente di buono… e quello di voler stracciare gli accordi sulla accoglienza di 3500 migranti, che dovrebbero arrivare in Francia nel 2023… e badate bene non entro il 2022… E’ proprio avvilente registrare le urla inviperite del ministro per aver accolto  una nave ONG con 247 di migranti imbarcati  battente bandiera francese, quando in Italia nei primi dieci mesi dell’anno in corso ne sono arrivati quasi novantamila… Strano quanto ridicolo constatare poi che il ministro Darmanin si sia arrogato anche il diritto di decidere le politiche del governo francese e di mettere in cattiva luce la figura del Presidente Macron che da questa vicenda… ne esce con le ossa rotte e l’immagine offuscata da un semplice ministro che al momento, nei fatti è così, sta contando più del Presidente francese che di fatto col suo silenzio ne accetta il potere oscuro del suo dipendente. Ho la netta impressione che si sia tornati indietro nel tempo quando il cardinale Richelieu, nominato primo ministro francese il 29 aprile 1624  da re Luigi XII, comandava e disponeva come meglio credeva e all’insaputa del re e ignorandolo. A parte la breve parentesi storica che mi è venuta alla mente, devo purtroppo dire con molta franchezza che il modo di operare di questo ministro mi stupisce, irrita e mi lascia molto dubbioso e perplesso sulle capacità di trasparenza dei governanti francesi nei rapporti internazionali con altri Paesi e soprattutto con gli Stati dell’Unione, Italia in primis. Alla faccia della parentela che ci vantiamo di avere, cugini…certo che mi sento cugino dei francesi anzi, direi fratello, ma non posso dire altrettanto del governo francese che penosamente fa politica proprio sulle pelle dei migranti e dei cittadini italiani che per colpa di politiche europee fallimentari si vedono le strade piene di clandestini. E per continuare, desidero mettere in evidenza le falsità del Presidente Macron, del governo francese tutto, della Germania e di quello schifo dell’organizzazione europea di Bruxelles, do i numeri veri sull’immigrazione pertinente solo ai primi dieci mesi del 2022 e della loro distribuzione in detti Paesi:   i migranti giunti sulle coste italiane sono circa 90.000, di cui 117 distribuiti secondo gli accordi UE, nel numero di 38 alla Francia e nel  numero di 72 alla splendida Germania e 5 al Lussemburgo… com’è la storia che siamo tutti fratelli nell’Unione? Ma andate a… quel paese! La Ue non funziona, la Germania e Francia fanno i propri interessi e noi siamo gli unici che si accollano il peso di un ‘immigrazione senza fine allora, facciamo come la Danimarca e la Svezia, la prima li accoglie e poi “umanamente” li spedisce in Ruanda… mentre la grande civile e moderna Svezia ha deciso di accoglierne non più di 900 unità l’anno. Le conclusioni su queste scelte dei Paesi nordici  fatele voi ma l’immigrazione evidentemente non è più gradita ed infatti, i governi di quell’area hanno letteralmente chiuso ogni possibilità di arrivo in modo clandestino. A quanto pare l’immigrazione tanto desiderata e voluta per pagarci le pensioni… forse da come reagiscono tutti i governi  non è proprio la salvezza dell’Europa anzi, mi pare la stia affossando ancora di più. Per concludere, siamo in guerra e  nessuno ha chiesto il mio consenso se volevo entraci o meno… siamo  pieni di migranti e nessuno mai ha chiesto il mio parere se li volevo o meno… e voi avete anche il coraggio di dirmi che questo è un Paese antifascista? … 10112022 …by… https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/

Alta tensione Italia-Francia sul tema migranti. L’Eliseo ha deciso di sospendere l’accoglienza prevista di 3.500 rifugiati attualmente nel nostro Paese. Lo ha annunciato il ministro dell’Interno francese Ge’rald Darmanin, chiedendo a tutti gli altri Paesi partecipanti al Meccanismo europeo, in particolare alla Germania, di fare altrettanto. Una decisione che arriva dopo il caso Ocean Viking: la nave con a bordo 231 migranti, “respinta” da Roma, approderà venerdì mattina al porto di Tolone

“Scelta incomprensibile dell’Italia” – “Le nuove autorità italiane hanno fatto la scelta incomprensibile di non rispondere alle diverse richieste di assistenza rivolte dalla nave negli ultimi giorni, nonostante si trovasse senza alcuna contestazione possibile nella zona di ricerca e soccorso italiano”, ha aggiunto il ministro dell’Interno francese. La Francia deplora “profondamente” il fatto che l’Italia “non si sia comportata come uno Stato europeo responsabile”, ha affermato Darmanin. “La gestione dei flussi migratori nel Mediterraneo è un problema europeo che ci colpisce tutti e richiede una risposta europea”, ha aggiunto il ministro.

“Tutti sospendano ricollocamento migranti da Italia” – “È evidente che con effetto immediato la Francia sospende l’insieme dei ricollocamenti di 3.500 rifugiati a beneficio dell’Italia e invita “tutti gli altri partecipanti” al meccanismo di ricollocamento europeo dei migranti, “in particolare la Germania”, a fare lo stesso.

“Ocean Viking accolta in Francia in via eccezionale” – che ha specificato come Parigi abbia deciso di accogliere l’imbarcazione “in via eccezionale” dopo il comportamento “inaccettabile” dell’Italia. “Su richiesta del presidente della Repubblica, è a titolo eccezionale che accogliamo questa nave, tenuto conto dei 15 giorni di attesa in mare che le autorità italiane hanno fatto subire ai passeggeri”, ha spiegato al termine del consiglio dei ministri a Parigi.

“Un terzo dei migranti ricollocati in Francia, un altro terzo in Germania” – Darmanin ha riferito che un terzo delle persone a bordo della Ocean Viking verrà ricollocata in Francia. “La nave conta 243 persone, tra cui 57 bambini e una ventina di persone malate”. Ha annunciato, inoltre, che la Germania si è impegnata ad accogliere un terzo dei migranti che rispetteranno le condizioni per beneficiare dell’asilo o di un titolo di soggiorno e che altri Stati europei “ci stanno attualmente comunicando il numero di persone che sono disponibili ad accogliere sul loro territorio”. “Le persone che non hanno diritto al soggiorno e all’asilo sul nostro territorio saranno sottoposte senza indugio a procedure di allontanamento”, ha precisato Darmanin.

“Rafforzeremo controlli frontiere con l’Italia, conseguenze saranno gravi” – “La Francia nelle prossime ore adotterà delle misure di rafforzamento dei controlli alle nostre frontiere interne con l’Italia. È chiaro che ci saranno conseguenze estremamente gravi per le nostre relazioni bilaterali”, ha dichiarato ancora.

Il caso – Le parole di Darmanin arrivano 24 ore dopo quelle del portavoce del governo francese, Olivier Véran, che aveva richiamato l’Italia a “rispettare gli impegni europei” e a quelle di Giorgia Meloni, che, parlando agli eletti di Fratelli d’Italia, aveva dichiarato: “Il governo italiano sta rispettando tutte le convenzioni internazionali e il divieto imposto a queste navi Ong di sostare in acque italiane, oltre il termine necessario ad assicurare le operazioni di soccorso e assistenza dei soggetti fragili, è giustificato e legittimo”. Il presidente del consiglio aveva sottolineato poi che “a bordo di queste navi non ci sono naufraghi ma migranti”.  Le Pen: “Da Macron drammatico segno di lassismo” – “Accettando per la prima volta che una nave sbarchi dei migranti in un porto francese, Emmanuel Macron lancia un drammatico segnale di lassismo. Con questa decisione, non potrà più far credere a nessuno che intende porre fine all’immigrazione massiccia e anarchica”. Lo ha scritto in un tweet la capogruppo del Rassemblement National all’Assemblea Nazionale, Marine Le Pen, commentando il caso Ocean Viking.

Ue: “Serve cooperazione tra stati europei. Priorità salvare gente, su Ocean c’era obbligo legale” – “Quello che stiamo osservando nel Mediteranno ci fa vedere che abbiamo bisogno di cooperazione fra stati europei e serve avanzare sul patto sulla migrazione: la Commissione è qui per aiutare, non vogliamo addossare la colpa a uno Stato o all’altro”, ha dichiarato un portavoce della Commissione al briefing quotidiano, commentando le mosse della Francia sulla Ocean Viking. “Abbiamo chiesto lo sbarco immediato dalla Ocean Viking perché sappiamo che la situazione ha raggiunto un livello critico e chiaramente c’è l’obbligo legale al salvataggio. Si le ministre français de l’Intérieur et de l’Outre-mer, Gérald Darmanin, avait publié aujourd’hui sur Facebook un post dont le contenu est une invitation claire aux autres pays et membres de l’Union européenne à ne pas accepter les migrants clandestins accueillis par l’Italie sur ses côtes… eh bien , le social, connaissant son modus operandi strict sur certaines questions, l’aurait bloqué pendant un mois… justifiant l’annulation du poste comme une violation manifeste des règles du social et encadrée comme une véritable incitation à la haine raciale. C’est vrai, je m’attarde sur les déclarations du ministre français qui n’est pas un chef de gouvernement, ni du président français Macron mais un simple pion dans la formation d’un gouvernement… et c’est un sujet plutôt singulier et qui apparaît bavard et anormal dans la question du navire ONG qui accostera à Toulon, sauf, hypothèse non lointaine, que les ordres lui sont donnés par le haut présidentiel dans un silence rigoureux. En fait, cela inspire la suspicion de le voir s’arroger et se lancer dans une sortie offensive sans précédent dans les relations bilatérales contre l’Italie… La menace exprimée par dépit est quelque chose qui en diplomatie ne mène jamais à rien de bon… et celui de vouloir déchirer les accords sur l’accueil de 3500 migrants, qui devraient arriver en France en 2023… et attention pas d’ici 2022… C’est vraiment désolant d’enregistrer les cris de colère du ministre pour avoir accueilli un navire d’ONG avec 247 migrants embarqués sous pavillon français, alors que près de quatre-vingt-dix mille sont arrivés en Italie dans les dix premiers mois de l’année en cours… Étrange comme il est ridicule de constater que le ministre Darmanin s’est également arrogé le droit de décider de la politique de la gouvernement français et sous un mauvais jour la figure du président Macron qui de cette histoire … sort avec des os brisés et l’image floue d’un simple ministre qui en ce moment, en fait, l’est, oui Il compte plus que le président français qui accepte en fait le pouvoir obscur de son employé par son silence. J’ai la nette impression que nous sommes remontés dans le temps où le cardinal de Richelieu, nommé premier ministre français le 29 avril 1624 par le roi Louis XII, commandait et arrangeait comme il l’entendait et à l’insu du roi et sans l’avoir entendu. Hormis la brève parenthèse historique qui m’est venue à l’esprit, je dois malheureusement dire très franchement que la façon de travailler de ce ministre m’étonne, m’irrite et me laisse très dubitatif et perplexe sur les capacités de transparence des gouvernants français dans les relations internationales avec les autres. Pays et surtout avec les États de l’Union, l’Italie en premier lieu. Malgré la parenté que l’on se vante d’avoir, cousins… bien sûr je me sens cousin des français, en effet, je dirais frère, mais je ne peux pas en dire autant du gouvernement français qui fait péniblement de la politique sur la peau des migrants et des citoyens italiens qui, par la faute de politiques européennes ratées, voient les rues pleines d’immigrants illégaux. Et pour continuer, je voudrais souligner les mensonges du président Macron, de tout le gouvernement français, de l’Allemagne et de cette merde de l’organisation européenne à Bruxelles, je donne les vrais chiffres sur l’immigration pertinents uniquement pour les dix premiers mois de 2022 et leur répartition dans ces pays : environ 90 000 migrants sont arrivés sur les côtes italiennes, dont 117 répartis selon les accords de l’UE, 38 vers la France et 72 vers la splendide Allemagne et 5 vers le Luxembourg… comme le veut l’histoire que nous sommes tous frères en l’Union? Mais allez dans… ce pays-là ! L’UE ne marche pas, l’Allemagne et la France font leurs propres intérêts et nous sommes les seuls à assumer le fardeau d’une immigration sans fin ensuite, nous faisons comme le Danemark et la Suède, le premier les accueille puis les envoie “humainement” au Rwanda … alors que la grande Suède civile et moderne a décidé de ne pas accueillir plus de 900 unités par an. Vous tirez des conclusions sur ces choix des pays nordiques mais l’immigration n’est évidemment plus la bienvenue et de fait, les gouvernements de cette zone ont littéralement fermé toute possibilité d’arrivée clandestine. Apparemment l’immigration tant désirée et souhaitée pour nous payer les pensions… peut-être que la façon dont tous les gouvernements réagissent n’est pas exactement le salut de l’Europe, au contraire, il me semble qu’elle l’enterre encore plus.
