RICCHI E CLANDESTINI ? SONO… DIFFERENTI !

06012022 …by… https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/   https://vk.com/id529229155

Djokovic respinto da Australia, “deve lasciare paese”

Il tennista serbo ricorre contro il provvedimento

Novak Djokovic respinto dall’Australia.

Djokovic ‘no vax’, premier Australia: “In regola o torna a casa”

RICH AND CLANDESTINE? THEY ARE DIFFERENT !

Yes, this time I have no doubts who to stay with … I am on the side of the Serbian who in my opinion is suffering a shameful injustice, in fact I find it hard to understand why a person free to move around the globe entry to the country of destination must be denied, as he knew well of his arrival … In the specific case I am talking about the number one tennis player in the world Novak Djokovic, he, with a private flight, traveled and arrived in Melbourne in Australia, home to a tennis tournament where his sporting participation was expected, and therefore both on departure and on arrival he did not have physical or verbal contact with any other traveler or airport staff except with his staff and the employees of the private plane. He left for Melbourne with the waiver in his pocket to play the Australian Open and obtaining a special exemption because he was not vaccinated, so without being infected nor can he be considered a vector of the infection, asymptomatic and tested, through the swab. of a good state of health … but despite all these precautions he was not allowed to participate, at the moment, in the tennis event and is confined to a hotel in the city in a sort of quarantine … It is curious as it is singular that he is obliged to stay in the hotel, also because in the worst case scenario it is he who could get infected and never the other way around … and it must be said that entering the sports facility to meet the opponent certainly the risk of contagion there would not be seen that the possibility of physically meeting is non-existent for the sporting typology in place, in fact the two athletes do not have the possibility of touching each other and are always distant. Entering a country with a regular passport and with certain medical proofs of being immune is a guarantee for everyone … but no … for him we wanted to create the international case, useful to demonstrate that the law is the same for everyone and that you have to respect it regardless of the millions of dollars you have. Honestly we are faced with a real idiocy because one thing is to travel by public transport, in that case the discourse on prevention is flawless, and it is different if one travels privately and far from others and moreover is not even infected. , because if he had been … the good tennis player … I point out that he would have had neither the strength to compete nor to physically resist for two or three hours consecutively … so much is the average duration of a match. Okay, let’s accept the “fable of the rich beaten up” … but now, since in Italy and in Europe all have lined up against the tennis player you explain to me, and not only to me, why migrants, without passport or documents and also infected, therefore carriers of the pandemic virus, which are on board NGO ships, are they allowed to dock in Mediterranean ports first and then land them on European coasts? And how come the more than 28,000 migrants who crossed the English Channel from France to Great Britain have been granted and permitted to do so? And why are those arriving from the Turkish and Greek coasts with their final destination Italy accepted? We are always faced with uncontrolled hypocrisies because then in the end we must also draw the line of conclusions and I see once again injustices and idiocy triumph … yes, the infected illegal immigrants are allowed everything while the rich tennis player, who provides all the health guarantees of immunity and has the documents in order, it is sent indoors because it is not vaccinated … but why are the illegal immigrants who escape from the reception hubs vaccinated? And it does not seem to me that the 72,508 infected Australians of today are to be blamed on the tennis player and this means that in the country the virus circulates rapidly and infects easily and therefore … with a little common sense it could be played down because in the end it is the tennis player who must fear contagion and not the other way around … sometimes reasoning is a non-existent quality in some politicians. But the world is like this … and journalism always wants its headline victims to sell them and make money. I thought that Australia had more responsibility and ability to manage certain situations but obviously the fact of being a no-vax has negatively affected the Djokovic question, and it’s a great shame … because this is yet another successful demonstration of the single thought which goes against individual freedom. 06012022 … by … https://manliominicucci.myblog.it/ https://vk.com/id529229155

Djokovic rejected by Australia, “he must leave the country”

05 January 2022 | 22.21

The Serbian tennis player appeals against the provision

Novak Djokovic rejected by Australia. The number 1 in world tennis will have to leave the country in the next few hours. Djokovic, unvaccinated, arrived in the country with an exemption special to participate in the Australian Open, starting on January 17th in Melbourne. The tennis player’s visa, however, was not judged to be regular and, as stated by The Age newspaper, Djokovic will have to leave the country. The athlete’s lawyers are preparing to appeal.

Djokovic ‘no vax’, premier of Australia: “In good standing or go home”

The verdict, perhaps not definitive, came after 9 frantic hours. Djokovic landed in Melbourne, Tullamarine Airport, around 11.30pm local time (1.30pm Italian time) on January 5th. His visa was not deemed compliant: in particular, the attached documentation was insufficient to justify the exemption from the vaccine. It would not have been clear, in particular, whether Djokovic has recovered from the covid in the last 6 months.

The affair was complicated by the rebuke of responsibility: the federal authorities, in charge of the controls, asked for the intervention of the government of the state of Victoria, which replied by demanding a written request. Apparently no one wanted to stamp Djokovic’s passport, assuming the formal responsibility of giving the go-ahead for the illustrious no vax’s entrance.

Jaala Pulford, Victoria’s interim minister of sport, tweeted later in the day: “The federal government has asked if we will support Novak Djokovic’s visa application to enter Australia. We will not provide Novak Djokovic with individual support for the visa application to participate in the Australian Open 2022. We have always been clear on two points: visa approval is a matter for the federal government and medical exemptions are a matter for doctors. ” On the Australian morning of January 6, the ‘no’ and the order to leave the country arrived. In reality, the affair cannot be considered closed. Djokovic could remain in Australia pending any further action.

THE PREMIER – “Mr. Djokovic’s visa has been canceled. Rules are rules, especially when it comes to our borders. Nobody is above these rules.” Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison expresses himself in this way on the affair. “Our strict border policies have been instrumental in guaranteeing Australia one of the lowest death rates from covid, we continue to remain vigilant.”

THE COMMUNICATION – “The Australian Border Force will continue to ensure that those arriving at our borders comply with our laws and meet the requirements for entry. The ABF can confirm that Mr. Djokovic has not provided appropriate elements to meet the requirements for entry into Australia, his visa was consequently canceled “, said ABF, responsible for controls on entry into the country.

“Those who do not have citizenship and do not have a valid visa or have a visa canceled will be detained and removed from Australia”, continues the note that denies the rumors that the tennis player would have been held in a room and deprived of his mobile phone for several hours: “ABF can confirm that Mr. Djokovic has had access to his phone”.

THE PHONE CALL – Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on his Instagram profile revealed that he had spoken on the phone with the world number one tennis player Novak Djokovic, after Australia canceled the entry visa to the champion. “I just spoke on the phone with Novak, I told him that all of Serbia is with him and that our authorities are taking all measures” to stop “the bad treatment of the best tennis player in the world as soon as possible”, explained Vucic. .
