E QUANDO SI SCRIVERA’ LA PAROLA FINE ?
Ci risiamo, ancora una donna morta e ammazzata nel peggiore dei modi, questa volta è proprio il “modus operandi”… che colpisce l’animo delle persone buone nell’ennesimo femminicidio avvenuto nella città di Reggio Emilia, solo che questa volta non è la solita efferatezza con la quale si è uccisa una donna che fa rabbrividire, ma sono i precedenti storici dell’assassino in questione che lasciano interdetti ed increduli. Già… la prima domanda che vien d’obbligo è da chiedersi come può un ragazzo di 24 anni, che ha visto morire la propria madre appena sei anni fa, per mano del compagno, sia stato capace di ripetere il gesto orribile dell’assassinio della propria donna esattamente com’era capitato alla madre ? Fa davvero impressione veder emulare la tecnica omicida di un assassino, e già… perché uccidere una donna, spiace doverlo far notare ma è necessario farlo per capire, è un’abitudine di certe culture religiose e tutto sommato quel che ha fatto il tunisino compagno alla madre per certi versi lo si può anche comprendere, ma non certamente accettare, considerando le origini di quel signore e i suoi convincimenti culturali che vanno in quella direzione… ma non è comprensibile quando si tratta di un giovane italiano, in teoria cresciuto e sviluppatosi culturalmente in un ambiente totalmente diverso e di assoluta civiltà e rispetto della figura femminile. Infatti è proprio il taglio della gola della donna e non il semplice accoltellamento che segna e fa la differenza di cultura tra noi occidentali e certe culture e questo è quello che ha davvero stupito la comunità della città reggiana, e direi anche tutta quella italiana, ed è proprio questo spirito di emulazione insinuatosi nella mente del giovane italiano quel che terrorizza e preoccupa e che può essere a sua volta oggetto di emulazione anche per le nuove generazioni di immigrati di seconda generazione. La riflessione va fatta e si rende necessaria in quanto, evidentemente dev’essere così, il giovane avrà assorbito dal compagno della madre dei concetti di violenza che si sono poi radicati in lui e messi in pratica con una puntualità spaventosa facendoli esplodere nella gelosia incontenibile. E che è un tipo particolarmente violento lo si evince anche da una recente denuncia a suo carico nel 2020… Infatti, lo scorso anno si era reso protagonista di un altro squallido episodio, ricco di violenza e minacce, nei confronti della precedente compagna… con la quale conviveva in altra città emiliana e col senno del poi possiamo affermare, senza ombra di dubbi ,che la poverina è stata fortunata guardando la sorte che è capitata alla povera Juana Cecilia Hazana Loayza. Il sindaco della città emiliana, Luca Vecchi, invoca “leggi più dure e controlli più stringenti”, sì d’accordo… è saggio chiederlo però… come si fa a prevedere la follia omicida di un individuo se non è la vittima stessa dei suoi soprusi a denunciarlo o a renderlo noto ai servizi sociali del comune o a qualche organizzazione apposita che opera nella missione di tutela del genere ? Quindi dobbiamo partire proprio dalle ragazze e donne con campagne pubblicitarie televisive di sensibilizzazione ed informazione sul come difendersi oppure come chiedere aiuto per evitare che si ripetano questi maledetti “femminicidi”. L’invito è rivolto al ministero della pubblica istruzione e delle istituzioni tutte affinché organizzino programmi televisivi informativi e degli utili programmi scolastici con dibattiti, da realizzarsi nelle sedi scolastiche, tra insegnanti ed allievi unitamente a dei psicologi e psichiatra che possano insegnar loro come individuare le situazioni pericolose ma soprattutto capire quando è il momento di denunciare o… da scappare da certi uomini. Ritengo questa possa essere una strada alternativa e valida per preparare le ragazze alla vita di coppia ed evitare poi spiacevoli epiloghi come quello appena descritto. (ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 21 NOV – Mirko Genco, 24enne fermato ieri dai Carabinieri reggiani con l’accusa di aver ucciso Juana Cecilia Hazana Loayza, 34enne trovata sgozzata in un parco a Reggio Emilia, nel 2020 era stato denunciato da un’altra ex compagna con cui viveva a Parma per comportamenti vessatori nei suoi confronti. Genco, secondo quanto emerso, aveva costretto la donna a tagliare tutti i ponti con l’esterno e a chiudere le relazioni con gli altri. In seguito alla denuncia lei è stata collocata in una struttura protetta. A quanto risulta c’è un procedimento a carico di Genco per quest’altra vicenda ma non risultano misure cautelari.
Ed emerge anche un altro dettaglio, biografico, su Genco. Sua madre, Alessia Della Pia, fu uccisa all’età di 39 anni nel dicembre 2015. Del delitto della donna fu accusato l’ex convivente Mohammed Jella, trentenne tunisino. La donna era stata prima picchiata nell’androne di casa a Parma, poi immersa nella vasca da bagno dell’appartamento dove viveva e infine riportata esanime nell’androne. Fu lo stesso Jella, all’epoca, ad avvisare il 118 per poi fuggire subito dopo. Fu arrestato nel 2017 nel Paese d’origine, la Tunisia, dopo una latitanza di un anno e mezzo.
Reggio Emilia è sconvolta per la morte di Juana Cecilia. Il sindaco, Luca Vecchi, invoca “leggi più dure e controlli più stringenti”. Nel pomeriggio al parco dove è stato trovato il corpo della 34enne è in programma un sit-in silenzioso dei cittadini. (ANSA)

C’est reparti, toujours une femme morte et tuée de la pire des manières, cette fois c’est justement le “modus operandi”… qui frappe l’âme des bonnes gens dans le énième fémicide qui a eu lieu dans la ville de Reggio Emilia, seulement cette fois non, c’est la brutalité habituelle avec laquelle une femme est tuée qui fait frémir, mais ce sont les précédents historiques du meurtrier en question qui laissent perplexe et incrédule. Oui… la première question qui me vient à l’esprit est de se demander comment un garçon de 24 ans, qui a vu sa mère mourir il y a tout juste six ans, aux mains de sa compagne, a pu répéter le geste horrible du meurtre de sa propre femme exactement comme c’était arrivé à sa mère ? C’est vraiment impressionnant de voir la technique homicide d’un meurtrier émulé, et oui… car tuer une femme, désolé de devoir le signaler mais il faut le faire pour comprendre, c’est une habitude de certaines cultures religieuses et dans l’ensemble ce que le tunisien a fait compagnon à sa mère à certains égards, cela peut aussi être compris, mais certainement pas accepté, compte tenu des origines de ce monsieur et de ses croyances culturelles qui vont dans ce sens … mais ce n’est pas compréhensible quand il vient à un jeune italien, théoriquement grandi et culturellement développé dans un environnement totalement différent de civilisation absolue et de respect pour la figure féminine. En fait c’est justement l’égorgement de la femme et non le simple coup de couteau qui marque et fait la différence de culture entre nous les occidentaux et certaines cultures et c’est ce qui a vraiment émerveillé la communauté de la ville de Reggio, et je dirais aussi tous les Italienne, et c’est précisément cet esprit d’émulation qui s’est infiltré dans l’esprit du jeune Italien qui terrifie et inquiète et qui peut à son tour faire l’objet d’émulation également pour les nouvelles générations d’immigrés de la deuxième génération. La réflexion doit être faite et s’impose car, évidemment, il doit en être ainsi, le jeune homme aura absorbé de la part de la compagne de sa mère des notions de violence qui se sont alors ancrées en lui et mises en pratique avec une ponctualité effrayante les faisant exploser en une jalousie irrépressible. Et qu’il soit un type particulièrement violent, cela se voit aussi dans une récente plainte contre lui en 2020… En fait, l’année dernière, il est devenu le protagoniste d’un autre épisode sordide, plein de violence et de menaces, contre son ancien partenaire. .. avec laquelle elle a vécu dans une autre ville émilienne et avec le recul, nous pouvons dire, sans l’ombre d’un doute, que la pauvre fille a eu de la chance en voyant le sort qui est arrivé à la pauvre Juana Cecilia Hazana Loayza. Le maire de la ville émilienne, Luca Vecchi, invoque “des lois plus sévères et des contrôles plus stricts”, oui, je suis d’accord… il est sage de demander mais… comment prédire la folie meurtrière d’un individu s’il n’est pas le victime elle-même de ses abus pour le signaler ou le faire savoir aux services sociaux de la commune ou à quelque organisme spécial qui opère dans la mission de protection du genre ? Il faut donc commencer par les filles et les femmes avec des campagnes publicitaires télévisées pour sensibiliser et informer sur comment se défendre ou comment demander de l’aide pour éviter de répéter ces maudits « féminicides ». L’invitation est adressée au ministère de l’éducation publique et à toutes les institutions d’organiser des programmes télévisés informatifs et des programmes scolaires utiles avec des débats, à réaliser dans les écoles, entre les enseignants et les élèves ainsi que des psychologues et des psychiatres qui peuvent leur apprendre à identifier les dangers situations mais surtout de comprendre quand il est temps de signaler ou… d’échapper à certains hommes. Je pense que cela pourrait être un moyen alternatif et valable de préparer les filles à la vie conjugale et d’éviter ainsi des épilogues désagréables tels que celui qui vient d’être décrit. (ANSA) – BOLOGNE, 21 NOV – Mirko Genco, 24 ans arrêté hier par le Reggio Carabinieri accusé d’avoir tué Juana Cecilia Hazana Loayza, 34 ans retrouvé abattu dans un parc de Reggio Emilia, en 2020 il a été signalé par un autre ex compagnon avec qui il a vécu à Parme pour comportement oppressif à son égard. D’après ce qui est ressorti, Genco avait contraint la femme à couper tout lien avec le monde extérieur et à entretenir des relations étroites avec les autres. Suite à la plainte, elle a été placée dans un établissement protégé. Apparemment, il y a une procédure contre Genco pour cette autre affaire mais il n’y a pas de mesures conservatoires.
