E PERCHÉ NON INOCULANO IL LORO VACCINO ?
Brutto epilogo della pandemia in Russia, il contagio si diffonde con velocità e le vittime aumentano ogni giorno, ieri se ne sono avute 968, altri morti che si sommano ai precedenti, aggiungo che quello di ieri è il numero più alto di sempre dall’inizio della pandemia ma che comunque segue un trend di crescita negativo esponenziale preoccupante e stranamente non vedo nulla all’orizzonte muoversi nella direzione soluzione del problema né direttive chiare in merito agli assembramenti da parte del ministero della sanità. La Russia è sotto scacco del virus e fa fatica ad uscirne e a fronteggiarla, bruttissima situazione davvero per la popolazione… Però, visto l’aumento quotidiano di contagiati e morti mi chiedo : perché lo Sputinik, il loro vaccino anti Covid, non lo inoculano alla gente come soluzione al contagio ? Ma che fine ha fatto il tanto decantato vaccino ? Non ho idea del perché non viene utilizzato, forse non sono in grado di produrlo oppure non è proprio efficace come annunciavano nell’estate del 2020 ? Sarà per questo che non lo iniettano alla gente ? E allora, perché non acquistarlo dagli americani o dai cinesi ? Certo, perché se Putin ha problemi nel dialogare con l’occidente tutt’altra cosa è farlo con la Cina con la quale condivide la politica estera dal 1946 e sono in ottimi rapporti. Beh, loro devono riflettere molto attentamente sulla questione e prendere sul serio l’ipotesi di rivolgersi al mercato sanitario europeo ed americano col fine di ricevere le dosi necessarie per proteggere la popolazione russa visto l’alto numero di morti che ogni giorno si registrano nel grande paese euroasiatico. Putin farebbe bene ad aprire un tavolo di negoziati con l’Unione Europea, vaccini in cambio del ripristino delle forniture di gas metano. “Due piccioni con una fava”… così facendo noi europei risolveremmo il problema delle forniture di gas per il prossimo inverno e loro salverebbero la vita di migliaia, se non addirittura decine di migliaia, di cittadini russi. L’unica cosa che ancora non capisco è perché si tergiversa dinanzi alla possibilità di salvare delle vite umane. Forza, tutti insieme facciamo un passo avanti nella direzione di un accordo salvavita e benessere per tutti. Sono fiducioso nel buon senso di Putin e della commissione europea . La Russia è nel pieno di una nuova ondata pandemica. Per cinque giorni di fila il Paese di Putin ha registrato oltre 25 mila nuovi casi giornalieri. Oggi Mosca ha comunicato il nuovo picco — 27.550 contagi — un nuovo record di decessi: dopo settimane che aggiorna al rialzo la triste conta, per due giorni di seguito è stata superata la soglia delle 900 vittime in 24 ore: l’ultimo dato è di 924, dopo le allarmanti 929 e 895 dei giorni precedenti.
Mentre il virus dilaga, Mosca è restia a prendere provvedimenti e a imporre restrizioni malgrado il basso tasso di vaccinati: solo il 33 per cento della popolazione ha avuto almeno una dose dello Sputnik o degli altri farmaci prodotti nel paese, e il 29% ha completato il ciclo. Sembra un paradosso, visto che la Russia è stato il primo Paese ad aver registrato un vaccino anti Covid: lo hanno venduto a mezzo mondo, sta per essere accettato anche dall’Oms e forse dall’Ema, ma i vertici russi non riescono a convincere i loro concittadini a sottoporsi alle iniezioni contro il virus.
Il problema è che la gente non si fida dei vaccini e non si fida delle autorità che ne lodano le proprietà. È un atteggiamento che viene da lontano, almeno dall’epoca sovietica, quando erano più veritiere le cose sapute da un qualsiasi vicino che quelle comunicate dal partito o dallo Stato. Stato che rifiuta l’idea di imporre lockdown o altre misure, delegando le autorità regionali a intervenire, ma scoraggiandole a farlo. A chi gli chiedeva se Mosca offrirà supporto alle regioni che imporranno il lockdown il portavoce del Cremlino ha risposto che «le chiusure sono uno scenario indesiderabile per ogni regione».
Il risultato è che oggi in Russia oggi quasi non esistono restrizioni. Solo alcune regioni, meno importanti, hanno introdotto l’obbligo del green pass per accedere ai luoghi pubblici. Ma nel resto del Paese, a cominciare dalla capitale, tutti sono liberi di fare ciò che vogliono senza dover mostrare nulla a nessuno. Così, in controtendenza con quanto avviene nel resto d’Europa, in tutte le regioni dell’immenso Paese ci si continua ad infettare e si muore.
La Russia ha già il bilancio più alto di morti da Covid in Europa: oltre 212 mila secondo i dati , ma potrebbero essere di più. In base alla comparazione delle statistiche con gli anni precedenti, dall’inizio dell’epidemia ci sono state in Russia 665 mila morti in eccesso. In buona parte attribuibili al Covid. Il fatto è che le autorità registrano il virus come caso di morte solo quando il paziente non è colpito da altre affezioni, come un infarto o l’insufficienza respiratoria. Secondo alcuni specialisti di statistica, almeno la metà di questi decessi in più sarebbe dovuta al Covid. Vale a dire un totale di 361 mila casi e non 212 mila.

Mauvais épilogue de la pandémie en Russie, la contagion se propage avec rapidité et les victimes augmentent chaque jour, hier il y en a eu 968, d’autres décès qui s’additionnent aux précédents, j’ajoute qu’hier c’est le nombre le plus élevé depuis le début de la pandémie mais qui suit toujours une tendance de croissance négative exponentielle inquiétante et étrangement je ne vois rien à l’horizon évoluer dans le sens de la résolution du problème ou des directives claires concernant les rassemblements par le ministère de la santé. La Russie est sous contrôle du virus et peine à s’en sortir et à y faire face, très mauvaise situation pour la population… Cependant, vu l’augmentation quotidienne des infectés et des morts, je me demande : pourquoi Sputinik, leur vaccin anti Covid, n’est pas inoculer les gens comme solution à l’infection? Mais qu’est-il arrivé au vaccin tant vanté? Je ne sais pas pourquoi il n’est pas utilisé, peut-être ne suis-je pas en mesure de le produire ou n’est-il pas aussi efficace qu’ils l’avaient annoncé à l’été 2020 ? Serait-ce pourquoi ils ne l’injectent pas aux gens? Alors pourquoi ne pas l’acheter aux Américains ou aux Chinois ? Bien sûr, car si Poutine a des problèmes de dialogue avec l’Occident, c’en est une autre avec la Chine avec laquelle il partage la politique étrangère depuis 1946 et est en excellents termes. Eh bien, ils doivent bien réfléchir à la question et prendre au sérieux l’hypothèse de se tourner vers le marché de la santé européen et américain afin de recevoir les doses nécessaires pour protéger la population russe compte tenu du nombre élevé de décès qui sont enregistrés chaque jour dans le grand pays eurasien. Poutine ferait bien d’ouvrir une table de négociation avec l’Union européenne, des vaccins en échange du rétablissement des approvisionnements en gaz méthane. “Deux oiseaux avec une pierre” … ce faisant, nous, Européens, résoudrons le problème de l’approvisionnement en gaz pour l’hiver à venir et ils sauveraient la vie de milliers, voire de dizaines de milliers, de citoyens russes. La seule chose que je ne comprends toujours pas, c’est pourquoi il tourne autour du pot face à la possibilité de sauver des vies humaines. Allez, faisons tous un pas en avant dans le sens d’un accord de sauvetage et de bien-être pour tous. J’ai confiance dans le bon sens de Poutine et de la Commission européenne. La Russie est au milieu d’une nouvelle vague pandémique. Pendant cinq jours consécutifs, le pays de Poutine a enregistré plus de 25 000 nouveaux cas chaque jour. Moscou a annoncé aujourd’hui le nouveau pic – 27 550 infections – un nouveau record de décès : après des semaines de mise à jour du triste décompte à la hausse, pendant deux jours consécutifs le seuil des 900 victimes en 24 heures a été dépassé : le dernier chiffre est de 924, après le alarmant 929 et 895 des jours précédents.
Alors que le virus se propage, Moscou hésite à agir et à imposer des restrictions malgré le faible taux de vaccination : seulement 33 % de la population a reçu au moins une dose de Spoutnik ou des autres médicaments produits dans le pays, et 29 % ont terminé le cycle . Cela semble un paradoxe, étant donné que la Russie a été le premier pays à avoir enregistré un vaccin anti-Covid : ils l’ont vendu à la moitié du monde, il est aussi sur le point d’être accepté par l’OMS et peut-être par l’EMA, mais les dirigeants russes sont incapables convaincre leurs concitoyens de se faire des piqûres contre le virus.
