E PERCHÉ ?
Ci sono fatti ed episodi che difficilmente si riusciranno a capire se l’assassino non decide di raccontarci la reale versione dei fatti e soprattutto il movente che lo ha spinto all’omicidio incredibile ed allucinante del bimbo di tre anni. Forse dietro questo orrendo omicidio si cela qualcosa che al momento genitori ed inquirenti investigatavi ignorano ? Appartiene a qualche setta satanica ? O magari è così risentito verso i genitori del piccolo, per chissà quale motivo, e per provocargli un dolore immenso ha pensato alla morte del bambino come gesto vendicativo ? Oppure, cosa può aver detto o fatto quel povero bimbo per meritarsi l’atroce morte ? Non credo centri qualcosa quel che ha potuto dire o fatto un bimbo di tre anni…Non lo so, ma il pensiero è rivolto ai genitori, mi chiedo come sia stato possibile tenere un domestico in casa che ha seri problemi psicologici, stando alle indiscrezioni della polizia, senza mai accorgersene di strani comportamenti o di anomali ragionamenti ? E già… perché se qualcuno ha dei problemi mentali, ammesso che lui li abbia, sicuramente qualche volta li avrà manifestati, seppur involontariamente, in qualche modo e magari non sarebbe stato male chiedergli del suo stato di salute oppure prendere le necessarie ed opportune informazioni presso amici o attraverso i suoi vecchi datori di lavoro o da gente che lo conosceva considerato che nella zona era abbastanza conosciuto. È una scena da incubo… senza senso e senza logica, almeno per il momento. Comunque sia, porgo le più sentite condoglianze ai genitori per la gravissima e prematura perdita del loro carissimo bambino. Bimbo caduto dal balcone a Napoli, non è stato un incidente: fermato un 38enne per omicidio

La polizia ha fermato un uomo di 38 anni, Mariano Cannio, ritenuto gravemente indiziato dell’omicidio del piccolo Samuele, 4 anni, avvenuto venerdì a Napoli, in via Foria. Il provvedimento è sottoposto al giudizio di convalida del giudice. Il piccolo è morto precipitando dal balcone e facendo un volo di quindici metri: inizialmente si era ipotizzato che si fosse trattato di un tragico incidente. Sotto shock i genitori: la mamma del bimbo è incinta di 8 mesi.
Fermato il domestico – Il fermo del 38enne, che lavorava saltuariamente come collaboratore domestico e che soffrirebbe di problemi psichici, è arrivato su disposizione della Procura di Napoli. Il piccolo era in casa con la madre che al momento della tragedia pare fosse in un’altra stanza. Motivo per cui si era pensato all’incidente.
La ricostruzione – Da quanto ricostruito, il collaboratore domestico, molto conosciuto nella zona dove abita, aveva accesso alle abitazioni di diverse famiglie del quartiere che si fidavano di lui. Viene descritto come una persona molto chiusa di carattere. Al momento della tragedia la mamma del piccolo Samuele si era allontanata dalla stanza dove erano il figlio e, secondo la ricostruzione investigativa, il 38enne avrebbe approfittato della lontananza e di un momento di distrazione della donna per lanciare il bambino dal balcone.
La versione del domestico – L’uomo ha ammesso di essere sul quel balcone e di aver preso in braccio il piccolo Samuele ma ha negato di averlo volutamente scaraventato di sotto. Agli inquirenti ha detto di soffrire di disturbi psichici e ha fornito una sua versione dei fatti che escluderebbe il motivo doloso puntando invece sull’incidente. Ma non ha saputo spiegare con esattezza come il bambino sia caduto dal balcone. Sulla sottile linea che separa l’ipotesi colposa da quella dolosa si giocherà l’udienza per la convalida del fermo, in programma lunedì mattina alle 9:30.

ET POURQUOI ?
Il y a des faits et des épisodes qu’il sera difficile de comprendre si le meurtrier ne décide pas de nous raconter la vraie version des faits et surtout le mobile qui l’a conduit au meurtre incroyable et hallucinant de l’enfant de trois ans. Peut-être que derrière cet horrible meurtre se cache quelque chose dont les parents et les enquêteurs n’ont pas conscience pour le moment ? Appartient-il à une secte satanique ? Ou peut-être est-il si rancunier envers les parents de l’enfant, pour qui sait pour quelle raison, et pour lui causer une immense douleur a-t-il pensé à la mort de l’enfant comme un geste vengeur ? Ou, qu’est-ce que ce pauvre enfant aurait pu dire ou faire pour mériter la mort atroce ? Je ne pense pas que ce qu’un enfant de trois ans puisse dire ou faire ait quoi que ce soit à voir là-dedans… Je ne sais pas, mais mes pensées vont aux parents, je me demande comment il était possible de garder une servante dans la maison qui a de graves problèmes psychologiques, selon les indiscrétions policières, sans jamais remarquer de comportement étrange ou de raisonnement anormal ? Et oui … parce que si quelqu’un a des problèmes mentaux, en supposant qu’il en ait, il les aura sûrement parfois manifestés, bien qu’involontairement, d’une manière ou d’une autre et peut-être qu’il n’aurait pas été mal de lui poser des questions sur son état de santé ou de prendre les informations nécessaires et appropriées auprès d’amis ou par l’intermédiaire de ses anciens employeurs ou de personnes qui le connaissaient car il était assez connu dans la région. C’est une scène de cauchemar… absurde et sans logique, du moins pour le moment. Quoi qu’il en soit, j’offre mes plus sincères condoléances aux parents pour la perte très grave et prématurée de leur enfant le plus cher. Enfant tombé du balcon à Naples, ce n’était pas un accident : un homme de 38 ans a été arrêté pour meurtre

La police a arrêté un homme de 38 ans, Mariano Cannio, considéré comme un suspect sérieux dans le meurtre du petit Samuele, 4 ans, qui a eu lieu vendredi à Naples, via Foria. La disposition est soumise au jugement de validation du juge. Le bébé est mort en tombant du balcon et en faisant un vol de quinze mètres : au départ, on a supposé qu’il s’agissait d’un accident tragique. Parents sous le choc : la maman du bébé est enceinte de 8 mois.
Le domestique arrêté – L’arrestation de l’homme de 38 ans, qui travaillait occasionnellement comme domestique et qui souffrirait de troubles mentaux, est arrivée sur ordre du parquet de Naples. La reconstruction – A partir de ce qui a été reconstruit, l’employé de maison, bien connu dans le quartier où il habite, a eu accès au domicile de plusieurs familles du quartier qui lui ont fait confiance. Il est décrit comme une personne de caractère très fermé. Au moment du drame, la maman du petit Samuele s’était éloignée de la chambre où se trouvait leur fils et, selon la reconstitution de l’enquête, l’homme de 38 ans aurait profité de l’éloignement et d’un moment de distraction du femme de jeter l’enfant du balcon.
La version du domestique – L’homme a admis qu’il était sur ce balcon et qu’il a pris le petit Samuele dans ses bras mais a nié l’avoir délibérément jeté en bas. Il a déclaré aux enquêteurs qu’il souffrait de troubles mentaux et a fourni sa version des faits qui exclurait le motif malveillant, se concentrant plutôt sur l’accident. Mais il ne pouvait pas expliquer exactement comment l’enfant est tombé du balcon. Sur la fine ligne qui sépare l’hypothèse coupable de l’hypothèse malveillante, se jouera l’audience de validation de l’interpellation, prévue lundi matin à 9h30.
