“CHE FIGURA DI …..” !
Effettivamente la figura barbina è veramente di quella che resterà negli annali della nostra storia repubblicana in termini di festeggiamenti… Quel che cozza in tutta questa vicenda è l’assoluta superficialità della Raggi, un modus operandi messo in pratica per tutta la durata del suo mandato che è stata la sua “ peculiarità “nel ridicolo mondo del non saper fare… un modo tutto suo che sta a dimostrarci che ci vuol proprio tanto coraggio ad autosostenersi e a sentirsi candidata a sindaco della capitale d’Italia dopo questo ennesimo fallimento. Tanti diranno che la colpa non è sua, quella materiale difatti non lo è… e qui però non sono del tutto d’accordo anzi, colgo l’occasione per chiarire ed esporre il mio pensiero che va nell’opposta direzione : se tu hai tanti problemi ogni giorno, come gli autobus che si incendiano e tanti altri disastri quotidiani, che non ti vengono comunicati tempestivamente allora vuol dire che sei attorniata da gente impreparata o dispettosa e non puoi far affidamento su di loro né dar luogo da un manifestazione, di nazionale importanza, e alla presenza della alte cariche dello stato, presidente e vicepresidente della repubblica, per poi farla naufragare miseramente dinanzi a ai media e nel contempo offendendo un deceduto prestigioso come il glorioso ex presidente della Repubblica Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. Una vera e propria caduta rovinosa e umiliante per l’amministrazione capitolina, incapace di gestire la ricorrenza della nascita della Repubblica… come anche lo è in evidente difficoltà a gestire la città romana che nei fatti d’ogni giorno la si vede affondare sempre più nella comicità e ilarità generale. Non vado per il sottile e mi piace affrontare il vero problema della capitale, tutto ciò lo si deve esclusivamente solo “grazie alla sua totale inadeguatezza di amministratore” che ha ridotto la più bella città del mondo alla “città barzelletta del mondo” e capace anche di ridicolizzare l’importante festa della Repubblica nel suo 75° anniversario. Una lungimirante e svelta amministratrice, in ipotesi… sapendo di essere attaccata da più parti, poteva magari incaricare un suo vero “uomo di fiducia” e affidabile… affinché verificasse la correttezza del nome inciso sulla targa prima della sua affissione perché, tra l’altro bisogna dirlo per onestà d’informazione, non è certamente la prima volta in assoluto che si sbaglia l’incisione del nome sulla targa commemorativa e un buon sindaco… ha il dovere di assicurarsi che tutto “andrà bene” … E invece no, consto ancora una volta, e con sommo rammarico, che alcuni politici sono di una tale superficialità irritante che sconfina spesse volte nel ridicolo come il caso della sindaco Virginia Raggi, non assicurarsi che tutto sia ok nella sua parte più importante della cerimonia sta ad indicare che ha affrontato la cerimonia con la solita spaventosa disinvoltura… non avendo rispetto né per il deceduto Ciampi, né per le istituzioni presenti alla cerimonia… già, perché in fondo era suo obbligo assicurarsi il buon andamento al fine di evitare di far brutta figura… ci sono alcune e particolari manifestazioni che non si possono assolutamente far sconfinare nel ridicolo e lei ha creato il grave precedente. Difatti sarebbe bastato poco per assicurarsi della buona riuscita della manifestazione che invece si è trasformata in un’altra tragedia comica sollevando ilarità in un momento in cui la responsabilità istituzionale cittadina richiedeva il massimo sforzo organizzativo. E così accade per le voragini che si aprono nelle strade, i bus che prendono fuoco, gli animali a quattro e due zampe che invadono la città, i rifiuti che sostano nelle vie, qui è anche colpa della regione Lazio, e insomma assistiamo sempre al solito scarica barile . Ma si, uno “sbalio” può capitare a tutti. Anche se è davvero brutto, come quello capitato ieri a Virginia Raggi che aveva invitato tutte le più alte autorità della Repubblica alla cerimonia di inaugurazione di una piazza di Roma dedicata a «Carlo Azelio Ciampi». Già, perché sul marmo proprio così era inciso il nome: “Azelio” invece che “Azeglio”. Uno “sbalio”, dunque. Imbarazzante, molto. Perché la targa con tanto di nome era coperta da un drappo giallorosso trasparente, che l’errore faceva comunque trasparire, ed avrebbe dovuto essere scoperta davanti non solo ai figli di Ciampi, Gabriella e Claudio. Ma anche di fronte al presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, ai presidenti del Senato e della Camera, al prefetto di Roma, al comandante generale dell’arma dei Carabinieri, al governatore della Banca di Italia e a una lunga serie di personalità che non sto qui a citare perché l’elenco sarebbe lunghissimo. Quindi una figuraccia vera e propria, ingigantita dalla bugia subito fatta circolare sulla targa che non poteva essere scoperta perché chi l’aveva montata poco prima l’avrebbe maldestramente danneggiata (falso), e dalla rassicurazione fornita dalla sindaca alle varie autorità che sarebbe arrivata subito la targa sostitutiva con il nome corretto, cosa che invece non è avvenuta.

Quindi alla fine la grottesca cerimonia non ha scoperto nulla. Piccolo incidente, si dirà, rispetto ai tanti problemi di questa città. Vero, ma un fatto grottesco a cui è seguito qualcosa di anche peggio, che lo rende simbolico in questi tempi. Primo: di fronte alla figuraccia invece di ammettere l’incidente e scusarsi, è partito addirittura un contrattacco dalle fila dei fedelissimi della Raggi. Che con Paolo Ferrara – che fu capogruppo prima di qualche disavventura – ha addirittura ipotizzato il complotto: “Si avvicinano le elezioni”, ha scritto su Facebook, “e ormai si inventano tutto per fermare Virginia Raggi. La targa con il nome sbagliato di Carlo Azeglio Ciampi non è un semplice errore. Vi sembra possibile? A me no”. Ferrara è tipo eccentrico, lo conobbi nel 2016 a Palermo dove si svolgeva la festa annuale dei 5 stelle, e mi disse che dormiva su una barchetta affittata per quello al porto perché sulla terra ferma non si sentiva sicuro, quindi deve essere uno abituato a vedere la realtà al contrario. Il fatto è che al commento stravagante è seguita una immediata caccia al colpevole. E nel giro di un paio di ore è stato pure trovato, visto che stata fatta trapelare sulle agenzie stampa la notizia che si tratterebbe “di un dipendente capitolino dell’Ufficio gestione appalti di installazione e manutenzione targhe toponomastiche”, che ora rischia “una sanzione disciplinare” e financo il trasferimento. Insomma, la figuraccia della Raggi viene fatta pagare all’ultimo dei poveracci, quello che magari avrà trasmesso male per telefono il nome a chi doveva scolpirlo sul travertino.

Non è manco così inusuale a Roma, dove nel linguaggio parlato dalla gente si deformano nomi e doppie come fa Osho nelle sue vignette sulla nostra prima pagina. E certo alla fine avrà pure sbagliato il poveraccio, l’ultimo in fondo alla catena delle responsabilità: capita, come accade a tutti noi tutti i giorni. Ma tra lui e la sindaca quante persone c’erano che avrebbero dovuto notare quell’errore e provvedere alla correzione, e non l’hanno fatto, magari perché manco se ne sono accorti? E a pagare deve essere l’ultima ruota del carro? Purtroppo questo sembra un malcostume nazionale, un andazzo che sta contagiando la classe dirigente del nostro paese senza distinzione di maglie, come stiamo vedendo dal malcostume anche del Movimento 5 stelle. C’è lo stesso criterio di giudizio nei fatti ben più gravi di questi giorni. Si guardi la tragedia del crollo del ponte Morandi: urla e strepiti per due anni con lo slogan “la faremo pagare ai Benetton”, poi il risultato grazie a Danilo Toninelli & c che se ne gloriano pure è che tutti gli italiani sono costretti a pagare i Benetton, che si mettono in tasca direttamente 2,4 miliardi di euro. E a pagare poi per il crollo magari sarà un loro casellante.
Stessa piega sembra prendere l’inchiesta sulla strage della funivia del Mottarone: i freni della cabina erano stati disattivati per evitare di chiudere l’esercizio rinunciando agli incassi. Ma la posizione del titolare della società di gestione – l’unico che avrebbe avuto vantaggi da quella operazione – si è alleggerita molto e si sta andando a caccia di una responsabilità di manovali e operai che al massimo hanno obbedito a direttive che non erano in grado di discutere non capendone nulla o quasi. Sembra che di ogni male abbia responsabilità sempre e comunque un poveraccio. Comodo per coprire una classe dirigente forse fra le peggiori che abbia mai avuto l’Italia. Ma ingiusto, profondamente ingiusto. E le ingiustizie prima o poi si pagano.

En effet, la figure de barbana est bien celle qui restera dans les annales de notre histoire républicaine en termes de célébrations… mandat qui était sa ” particularité ” dans le monde ridicule de ne pas savoir faire… une manière qui lui est propre cela nous montre qu’il faut beaucoup de courage pour se soutenir et se sentir candidat à la mairie de la capitale de l’Italie après cet énième échec. Beaucoup diront que la faute n’est pas la sienne, celle matérielle en fait ne l’est pas… et là, pourtant, je ne suis pas tout à fait d’accord en effet, j’en profite pour préciser et exposer ma pensée qui va en sens inverse : si vous avez tant de problèmes chaque jour, tels que des bus qui brûlent et de nombreuses autres catastrophes quotidiennes, qui ne vous sont pas communiqués rapidement, cela signifie que vous êtes entouré de personnes non préparées ou malveillantes et que vous ne pouvez pas compter sur elles ou provoquer à une manifestation, d’importance nationale, et en présence des hautes fonctions de l’Etat, président et vice-président de la république, pour ensuite la faire échouer lamentablement devant les médias et en même temps offenser un défunt aussi prestigieux que le glorieux ancien président de la République Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. Une véritable chute ruineuse et humiliante pour l’administration capitoline, incapable de gérer l’anniversaire de la naissance de la République… comédie et hilarité générale. Je ne fais pas dans le subtil et j’aime affronter le vrai problème de la capitale, tout cela n’est dû exclusivement qu’à “grâce à sa totale insuffisance d’administrateur” qui a réduit la plus belle ville du monde à la “ville plaisante en le monde” pour ridiculiser l’importante fête de la République à l’occasion de son 75e anniversaire. Une administratrice clairvoyante et rapide, en hypothèse… sachant qu’elle a été attaquée de plusieurs côtés, elle pourrait peut-être engager un véritable et fiable “homme de confiance”… pour vérifier l’exactitude du nom gravé sur la plaque avant son affichage car, entre autres, il faut le dire pour l’honnêteté de l’information, ce n’est certainement pas la première fois que la gravure du nom sur la plaque commémorative est erronée et un bon maire… a le devoir de s’assurer que tout ” ira bien”. .. Mais non, je me rends compte encore une fois, et avec grand regret, que certains politiciens sont d’une superficialité tellement irritante qui frise souvent le ridicule comme le cas de la maire Virginia Raggi, ne faites pas en sorte que tout est ok dans sa partie la plus importante de la cérémonie indique qu’il a affronté la cérémonie avec la facilité effrayante habituelle… n’ayant aucun respect pour le défunt Ciampi, ni pour les institutions présentes à la cérémonie… oui, car au fond ou c’était son obligation d’assurer la bonne performance afin d’éviter de faire une mauvaise impression … il y a certaines manifestations particulières qui ne peuvent absolument pas être ridiculisées et vous avez créé le grave précédent. En fait, il aurait fallu peu pour assurer le succès de l’événement qui s’est plutôt transformé en une autre tragédie comique, suscitant l’hilarité à une époque où la responsabilité institutionnelle de la ville exigeait un effort organisationnel maximal. Et ainsi de suite pour les gouffres qui s’ouvrent dans les rues, les bus qui prennent feu, les animaux à quatre et deux pattes qui envahissent la ville, les déchets qui s’arrêtent dans les rues, ici c’est aussi la faute de la région du Latium , et bref on assiste toujours au déchargement habituel du baril. Il y a le même critère de jugement dans les faits beaucoup plus graves de nos jours. Regardez le drame de l’effondrement du pont Morandi : des cris et des cris depuis deux ans avec le slogan “nous ferons payer les Benettons”, puis le résultat grâce à Danilo Toninelli & c qui en sont aussi fiers c’est que tous les Italiens sont obligés de payer les Benetton, qui ont mis 2,4 milliards d’euros directement dans leurs poches. Et puis peut-être qu’un de leurs postes de péage paiera pour l’effondrement.
