Eh già… è proprio così, ancora una volta mamma RAI si è adoperata nella sua migliore trasmissione e vena artistica di sempre e cioè : come offuscare e nascondere le notizie ingombranti ed “anti regime”… Specie quando l’informazione stessa può essere deleteria e quindi conviene ometterla ! Il ragionamento di fondo è sempre il solito : meglio non parlarne altrimenti si potrebbero esacerbare gli animi degli italiani in un periodo in cu i sono arrivati 14mila immigrati proprio a bordo delle navi Ong simili a quelle della “valorosa comandante Carola! ! Archiviate le accuse proprio sulla comandante della nave Ong, che ricordo a tutti, forzò un posto di blocco imposto dal ministero degli interni italiano nel 2019, strafregandosene degli ordini ricevuti dal ministero di un paese diverso da quello indicato dalla sua bandiera di navigazione. Considero quell’azione un atto deliberato di disubbidienza internazionale anche perché, è importante ricordarlo, la sua forzatura era del tutto fuori luogo e non rientrava in quadro di estrema gravità in quanto i migranti che ospitava a bordo della sua nave non rischiavano la vita né altre improbabili disavventure. Un vera e propria forzatura che doveva, al di là di ogni considerazione umanitaria, essere punita severamente e che invece la si è voluta ideologicamente ignorare. Il Pm di Agrigento, Patronaggio, è certamente un personaggio singolare che ha un metro di valutazione sulle questioni marittime molto particolare ed ha una visione tutta sua del diritto internazionale della navigazione marittima ! Ora la domanda d’obbligo è la seguente : e gli altri comandanti di navi Ong, che hanno a bordo dei migranti, con Covid o senza Covid 19, che sono al limite delle nostre acque territoriali avranno l’accortezza e la pazienza ideologica e politica di attendere gli ordini d’approdo ai nostri porti al largo ? O anche loro tenteranno di entrare, vista l’esperienza positiva di Carola, nei porti sfidando anche la sorte investendo le motovedette della Capitaneria di Porto ? Eh già… perché il problema che si pone ora è il rischio della solita emulazione e se tu, caro P.m. di Agrigento, non hai mandato a processo Carola, c i spieghi perché si dovrebbe mandare a processo un suo collega, ipotetico comandante di nave battente bandiera ics, che forza un blocco d’ingresso nel porto ordinato dal ministero degli interni ? Se la legge, almeno in teoria è così, è uguale per tutti, con questa archiviazione, pericolosissima, ora rischiamo di vederci decine e decine di navi ONg entrare nei porti italiani senza nessuna autorizzazione e giustificati dal semplice fatto che Carola non è andata a processo e quindi nei fatti si è legittimato l’arbitrio alla… faccia del codice di navigazione e delle nostre leggi. Questo è l’aspetto più terrificante del “modus operandi” della nostra magistratura che mostra i segni della collusione ideologica con la politica di un certo colore e purtroppo anziché venir contrastata dalla politica stessa è appoggiata in toto e la usa come un’arma efficace. Non lo so cosa accadrà nell’immediato futuro ed in piena emergenza immigrazione ma aver salvato dal processo un Capitano disubbidente è sicuramente una lieta novella per tutti i comandanti di navi Ong che ora, finalmente e con gioia potranno nuovamente sperare di stappare tante altre “bottiglie di Champagne” alla faccia degli italiani che pagano… perché il grande business è ripreso alla grande. Ci sono cose che non si possono scrivere ma la magistratura e la televisione di stato anche in questa occasione hanno dato il… peggio del peggio… e ancora una volta assisto allo schifo totale della giustizia italiana ! L’ultima domanda la riservo, con rispetto, alla polizia stradale : ma se mi impongono l’alt mentre sono alla guida della mia autovettura e non mi fermo che mi succede ? Mentre sul proscioglimento di Salvini c’era stata l’apertura del telegiornale, per la capitana della Sea Watch solo una breve notizia detta a voce e collegata ad un servizio sulla crisi dei migranti a Ceuta

Nei giorni scorsi il gip di Catania ha prosciolto Matteo Salvini dall’accusa di sequestro di persona e il Tg2 ha suonato le campane.
Prima una serie di servizi sul non luogo a procedere nei confronti dell’ex ministro dell’Interno nei quali mancava solo la fanfara (anche perché c’erano già le campane).
Salvini innocente, Salvini che ha difeso i confini fino alla straripante avvocata Bongiorno che faceva notare come uno prosciolto a Catania non può essere colpevole in un processo simile (ma non uguale) a Palermo, sempre per sequestro di persona.
Quindi Salvini assolto in anticipo in tv dal prossimo dibattimento.
Solo dopo, ma solo dopo la beatificazione di Salvini martire sono arrivate le notizie sul Covid e quella sulle violenze tra israeliani e palestinesi.
Cose secondarie per quello che a Saxa Rubra chiamano da anni Tg Salvini (e Meloni).
Poi capita che Carola Rackete, descritta dalla destra razzista come una criminale che aveva rischiato di uccidere militari italiani (anche se nessuno le avesse mai contestato il tentato omicidio) la complice di scafisti e immigrazionisti, venga prosciolta dalle accuse per essere entrata nel porto di Lampedusa nonostante il divieto.
Perché salvare vite non può essere reato e perché avendo la Sea Watch stipata di migranti ha agito in stato di necessità.
Quindi innocente. Quindi tutte le accuse erano infondate. Quindi la campagna di odio social alimentata ad arte di soliti noti era basata sul nulla.
E il Tg2 che fa? Intervista Carola Rackete? No. Intervista il suo avvocato? No. Dedica alla storia un bel servizio? No.
Ma a metà Tg delle 20,30 una breve notizia data a voce (dove si parlava di cosa era stata accusata ma non del perché era stata prosciolta, giusto per non nascondere ancora di più) seguita da un servizio – come se le due cose fossero collegate – con l’arrivo in massa di migranti nell’enclave spagnola di Ceuta dopo la crisi con il Marocco.
Guardate che accade con i migranti…
Questo è il servizio pubblico. E c’è da dire che il Tg2 non perde un colpo
