LA FARSA… DEL MAGISTRATO !
La teoria di Palamara, scritta e pubblicata in un libro, ha trovato oggi a Palermo in un freddo giorno di aprile dell’anno delle ingiustizie 2021 la sua triste applicazione e deludente conferma… Già, parliamo delle terrificanti confessioni rese pubbliche da lui e senza tanti giri di parole, pubblicate in suo libro scritto in collaborazione con il giornalista Sallusti… una narrazione fatta di episodi ed accuse squisitamente rivolte ad una parte di magistratura, meglio indicata in quella che si è “distinta”… nei modi, direi molto singolari, e nelle procedure di assegnazione di favore dei posti di potere nelle varie procure con metodi non propriamente corretti e decisamente illeciti. Spiace ma oggi abbiamo conferma che la nostra magistratura è alquanto inquinata e lo è a tal punto che non dimostra mai segnali di cedimento o intenzioni di voler fare passi indietro nonostante lo scandalo sollevato dal libro pare gli sia scivolato di dosso senza nessun dramma. Sì è proprio così… poche ore fa vi è il riscontro di quel che è stato scritto, apprendiamo e constatiamo che il crimine ideato e voluto a danno del leader della Lega si è concretizzato perfettamente ! Ancora una volta, purtroppo e con rammarico, la magistratura ha dimostrato di essere un ordigno esplosivo ad orologeria, pronto ad esplodere quando serve per comprimere la politica italiana, i suoi leader e ne detta i tempi ! Molto bene per il Gup di Palermo, ma molto male per l’Italia e gli elettori italiani di centro destra, che dopo Berlusconi vedono avviarsi un altro percorso similare che rompe gli schemi istituzionali, infatti il senatore Salvini è il primo ministro degli interni della Repubblica italiana ad andare a processo da… imputato… che vergogna ! Giornata doppiamente infausta per la magistratura italiana, in quanto lo scandaloso attacco premeditato dei magistrati a Salvini era stato scoperto e reso pubblico attraverso il libro già citato e tuttavia non hanno avuto il coraggio di accogliere la richiesta del pubblico ministero del nonl “luogo a procedere ” al processo. E ora ? Che si fa ? “Caro giudice”, vuole il processo al senatore Salvini ? Benissimo lo si celebri… e ora con oculatezza, porti tutto il governo Conte 1 sui banchi dell’aula giudiziaria e vediamo realmente come sono andate le cose e chi ha raccontato le bugie e come si sono succeduti i fatti e poi, con calma ovviamente, spiegate… agli italiani i contenuti delle intercettazioni telefoniche e dei dialoghi intercorsi tra i magistrati che sollecitavano il processo a Salvini sebbene loro stessi sapevano della sua innocenza … spiegateci questo prima di processarlo, e spiegateci perché quei magistrati ad oggi non sono stati ancora puniti né sollevati dai loro incarichi ! Certo che mandare a processo un ministro per aver svolto il suo lavoro nell’interesse del paese francamente è un paradosso tutto italiano. D’accordo, lo si mandi processo, ma la magistratura italiana sappia sin d’ora che gli italiani, almeno quelli di centro destra, non sono più con loro… ma contro di loro… perché questo processo è una farsa epocale… già, una farsa anticipata e resa nota proprio nella pubblicazione del libro di Palamara e Sallusti !

Open Arms, Matteo Salvini rinviato a giudizio | “Vado a processo a testa alta”

Il gup di Palermo Lorenzo Jannelli ha rinviato a giudizio Matteo Salvini. Il leader della Lega risponde di sequestro di persona e rifiuto di atti d’ufficio per avere impedito, secondo la Procura illegittimamente, alla nave della Ong catalana Open Arms, con a bordo 147 migranti soccorsi in mare, di attraccare a Lampedusa. Per giorni i profughi rimasero davanti alle coste dell’isola.
“Vado a testa alta”“‘La difesa della Patria è sacro dovere del cittadino. Articolo 52 della Costituzione. Vado a processo per questo, per aver difeso il mio Paese? Ci vado a testa alta, anche a nome vostro. Prima l’Italia. Sempre”, è la reazione di Salvini, in un post sui social, alla notizia. “Sopporto cristianamente”, ha poi aggiunto.
“Decisione politica” – “È una decisione dal sapore politico più che giudiziario”, ha aggiunto Salvini. Il processo comincerà il 15 settembre davanti ai giudici della seconda sezione penale del tribunale di Palermo. La Procura di Palermo aveva chiesto il rinvio a giudizio del senatore. In aula per l’ufficio inquirente c’erano il Procuratore Francesco Lo Voi, l’aggiunto Marzia Sabella e il pm Gery Ferrara.
Salvini all’attacco – “A mio avviso sul banco degli imputati dovrebbe esserci qualcuno che gioca sulla pelle degli esseri umani mettendone veramente a rischio la vita. Perché se qualcuno gira, non per sei giorni, il tempo del mio presunto sequestro, ma per 13 giorni per il Mediterraneo in attesa di raccogliere altri immigrati, chi è il sequestratore? Chi gioca sulla pelle di questi poveri ragazzi? Sono contento perché al processo sono convinto emergeranno delle verità”, ha aggiunto il leader della Lega.

All’udienza preliminare si sono costituite 21 parti civili: oltre a 7 migranti di cui uno minorenne, Asgi (Associazione studi giuridici immigrazione), Arci, Ciss, Legambiente, Giuristi Democratici, Cittadinanza Attiva, Open Arms, Mediterranea, AccoglieRete, Oscar Camps, comandante della nave e Ana Isabel Montes Mier, capo missione Open Arms.

La théorie de Palamara, écrite et publiée dans un livre, trouve aujourd’hui à Palerme par une froide journée d’avril de l’année des injustices 2021 sa triste application et sa confirmation décevante … Oui, parlons des aveux terrifiants rendus publics par lui et sans hacher les mots , publié dans son livre écrit en collaboration avec le journaliste Sallusti … un récit fait d’épisodes et d’accusations délicieusement adressé à une partie du pouvoir judiciaire, mieux indiqué dans celui qui s’est “distingué” … dans les voies, je dirait tout à fait unique, et dans les procédures d’attribution des postes privilégiés dans les différents procureurs avec des méthodes qui ne sont pas strictement correctes et décidément illicites. Désolé mais aujourd’hui nous avons la confirmation que notre système judiciaire est quelque peu pollué et c’est au point qu’il ne montre jamais de signes de ralentissement ou d’intention de vouloir prendre du recul malgré le scandale soulevé par le livre qui semble s’être échappé sans drame. Oui c’est vrai … il y a quelques heures il y a eu confirmation de ce qui a été écrit, on apprend et on voit que le crime conçu et voulu nuire au leader de la Ligue s’est parfaitement concrétisé! Une fois de plus, malheureusement et avec regret, la justice s’est montrée un engin explosif avec du timing, prêt à exploser en cas de besoin pour comprimer la politique italienne, ses dirigeants et dicter les temps!
