Giustizia è fatta ! Finalmente quell’odioso disegno di legge dell’on. Zan è stato buttato nel posto che si meritava… cioè nel cassonetto dell’umido. Tuttavia non capisco il termine utilizzato in senato per indicare il modo di votare il ddl, infatti utilizzare il sostantivo “tagliola” mi pare poco adatto in un ramo del parlamento e molto offensivo per la dignità di un parlamentare in quanto, credo e penso, che votare senza condizionamenti politici né ideologici e con l’unico desiderio di esprimere un voto in assoluta libertà di pensiero ritengo sia un doveroso e lodevole comportamento di un rappresentante del popolo. Già… perché a differenza di quello palese, come auspicato dal promotore delle legge e dai suoi amici politici a lui vicino, traccia una linea di obbligo di rispetto e sottomissione al pensiero unico che in un parlamento libero e democratico, come il nostro, è sinonimo di dittatura di matrice politica. Ancor più sconvolgente sono i “commenti degli sconfitti”, da quel che è emerso pare che i concetti di libertà e democrazia sono presenti solo nell’esternazioni mediatiche per fini propagandistici ma poi… nella pratica si comportano esattamente come affiliati di un regime. Il voto segreto, anche se mal digerito da alcuni segretari di partito, lascia ampio margine di scelta personale e di coscienza, specie quando i disegni di legge sconclusionati, come quello appena bocciato, trattano argomenti delicati che riguardano i nostri bambini e la loro probabile confusione sessuale e crescita fisica se proprio in ambito scolastico si trattano tematiche che ritengo premature per loro e fuori luogo. Né sono d’accordo sulle forzature ed imposizioni che quella proposta di legge ventilava attraverso un lavaggio mediatico di anni e di notizie ampliate e diffuse come spot tragicomici che annunciavano imminenti pericoli di vita per gli omosessuali o funesti presagi sulla loro integrità fisica. Preoccupazioni che, guarda caso, in tempo di campagna elettorale sono sparite, com’è sparita anche la preoccupazione per i fascisti… adesso son morti tutti… Già, lo sappiamo come funzionano i media in Italia ! E poi domando : ma noi padri e madri non contiamo nulla ? Forse certe decisioni a riguardo dei nostri figli forse vanno lasciate a noi, magari con un referendum popolare dove tutti possano dir la loro attraverso il voto e non lasciare ad alcuni politici, che per una serie di opportunità personali, intendono stravolgere la società italiana e il futuro dei suoi piccoli cittadini. Ben fatto e un plauso a chi ha votato contro… è la salvezza per i nostri bambini che il ddl Zan sia stato affossato sperando ora che la si smetta di coinvolgere i bambini nelle schifezze sessuali di certi adulti. Questa è l’ennesima dimostrazione che il nostro paese è in mano a politicanti che del pensiero unico ne fa una missione e che non tutti, per fortuna, a sinistra amano soggiacere al volere di alcuni piccoli dittatori… di partito ! Il Senato, a scrutinio segreto, ha votato a favore della “tagliola” proposta da Lega e Fratelli d’Italia per il ddl Zan: ovvero si ferma l’esame del testo. A favore, 154 senatori, 131 i contrari e due astenuti. Presenti 288 senatori. La votazione, avvenuta a scrutinio segreto, è stata accolta dagli applausi dell’emiciclo: al momento di andare alla conta, nel segreto dell’urna, sono arrivati gli “aiutini” al centrodestra. Dal punto di vista politico traspare una nuova maggioranza e l’ago della bilancia non va cercato certo in un pagliaio: è già partita la corsa verso il Quirinale e Italia Viva e il suo leader vogliono contare e pesare in tutte le scelte, senza troppi scrupoli, come tutti hanno imparato a memoria. Più sul merito della legge, invece, per il provvedimento appena abbattuto, al centro di polemiche e decine di rinvii, il cammino si fa davvero difficoltoso. “Chi per mesi, dopo l’approvazione alla Camera, ha seguito le sirene sovraniste che volevano affossare il ddl Zan è il responsabile del voto di oggi al Senato. È stato tradito un patto politico che voleva far fare al Paese un passo di civiltà. Le responsabilità sono chiare”, ha scritto su Twitter il deputato dem Alessandro Zan. Poco prima della votazione, intervenendo a “L’aria che tira” su La7, aveva detto: “Se passa la tagliola, la legge è morta“. Ed è proprio questo il destino a cui il provvedimento potrebbe andare incontro: approvato dalla maggioranza giallorossa compatta a novembre scorso, con l’arrivo di Draghi al governo è stato scaricato da Italia viva che ha deciso di schierarsi con la destra per chiedere ulteriori modifiche. E, come dimostrato dal voto di oggi, tra assenze e franchi tiratori, far passare la legge sembra una sfida ormai impossibile.
I numeri – Ora si cerca di capire come si sono comportati i gruppi nel segreto dell’urna. Il centrodestra, che di base conta circa 135 senatori, ha potuto contare sull’aiuto di 19 senatori. Secondo fonti Pd, il centrosinistra ha avuto 16 voti in meno di quelli previsti: gli occhi puntati sono sui renziani che a Palazzo Madama sono 16 (ma c’erano 4 assenze). Erano 288 i senatori presenti in Aula e 287 i votanti. Da quanto risulta finora ai singoli gruppi, 2 senatori della Lega erano assenti sul totale di 64 e 3 gli assenti di Forza Italia rispetto al totale di 49. Si tratta di Niccolò Ghedini, Renato Schifani e Massimo Ferro. Per Fratelli d’Italia, invece, presenti tutti i 21 senatori. Nel Pd si contano 2 assenze su 38, 4 nel gruppo di Italia viva su 16 e 2 tra gli scranni del M5s sul totale di 74. Per il gruppo delle Autonomie solo un’assenza su 8 senatori, così come per L’alternativa c’è (ex M5s, che sono oggi nel gruppo Misto): presenti 3 su 4. Tra i presenti di FI, c’è stato un voto in dissenso ‘certo’: è quello di Barbara Masini che ha spiegato in Aula: “La mia storia personale e la mia coscienza mi hanno costretto a votare contro le mozione di non passaggio agli articoli, andando anche contro il mio gruppo di riferimento”. A luglio la senatrice, protagonista di un coming out mesi prima, aveva fatto un
intervento commosso in aula dicendo di essere favorevole al disegno di legge Zan, pur con alcune riserve.

Justice est faite ! Enfin, ce projet de loi haineux de l’hon. Zan a été jeté à la place qu’il méritait… c’est-à-dire dans la poubelle. Cependant, je ne comprends pas le terme utilisé au Sénat pour indiquer comment voter le projet de loi, en effet, utiliser le substantif « piège » me semble inadapté dans une branche du parlement et très offensant pour la dignité d’un parlementaire car, je croire et penser, que voter sans conditionnement politique ou idéologique et avec le seul désir de voter en toute liberté de pensée, je crois que c’est un devoir et un comportement louable d’un représentant du peuple. Oui… car contrairement à l’évidence, comme le souhaitaient le promoteur de la loi et ses amis politiques proches de lui, il trace une ligne d’obligation de respect et de soumission à la pensée unique que dans un parlement libre et démocratique, comme le nôtre , elle est synonyme de dictature politique. Encore plus choquants sont les “commentaires des perdants”, d’après ce qui a émergé, il semble que les concepts de liberté et de démocratie ne soient présents dans les médias qu’à des fins de propagande mais alors… en pratique, ils se comportent exactement comme des affiliés d’un régime. Le vote secret, même s’il est mal digéré par certains secrétaires de partis, laisse une large place aux choix personnels et à la conscience, surtout lorsque les projets de loi décousus, comme celui qui vient d’être rejeté, traitent de sujets délicats concernant nos enfants et leur probable confusion sexuelle et physique. croissance si des problèmes sont traités en milieu scolaire que je considère prématurés pour eux et déplacés. Je ne suis pas non plus d’accord sur le forçage et les impositions que ce projet de loi a diffusé à travers un lavage médiatique d’années et de nouvelles élargies et diffusées sous forme de publicités tragi-comiques annonçant des dangers imminents pour la vie des homosexuels ou des présages fatals pour leur intégrité physique. Des soucis qui, comme par hasard, ont disparu le temps de la campagne électorale, comme a disparu aussi le souci des fascistes… maintenant ils sont tous morts… Oui, on sait comment fonctionnent les médias en Italie ! Et puis je demande : est-ce que nous, pères et mères, comptons pour rien ? Peut-être faudrait-il peut-être nous laisser certaines décisions concernant nos enfants, peut-être avec un référendum populaire où chacun peut s’exprimer par le vote et ne pas laisser le soin à certains politiciens, qui, pour une série d’opportunités personnelles, entendent bouleverser la société italienne et l’avenir de ses petits citoyens. Bravo et applaudissements à ceux qui ont voté contre… c’est le salut pour nos enfants que le projet de loi Zan a été sabordé en espérant qu’il arrêtera d’impliquer les enfants dans les conneries sexuelles de certains adultes. C’est une énième démonstration que notre pays est entre les mains d’hommes politiques qui en font une mission de pensée unique et que tous, heureusement, de gauche n’aiment pas succomber à la volonté de quelques petits dictateurs… du parti !
